Todo, es muy lindo, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno delicioso, buena ubicación, el personal muy amable.

Hay una construcción al lado y hacen ruido desde temprano, pero no le resta calificación al hotel.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación para poder caminar, la atención de todo el personal es muy buena y atentos, cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento a una cuadra y también incluía el desayuno muy completo y el domingo con una variedad diferente, la habitación es amplia y muy bonita. También cuentan con una pequeña estación de bebidas en recepción la cual fue ideal para refrescarnos. Nos hospedamos ahí por una boda en Rosewood y nos quedo cruzando la calle lo cual es ideal para asistir a eventos dentro del lugar. Tiene una vista hermosa desde el Roof Garden

El área del desayuno es en el roof por lo que nuestra habitación estuvo justo debajo y si hay un poco de ruido por las mañanas, al igual que el cuarto de servicio del piso se encontraba a un costado de la habitación.

The exterior is beautiful and substantial. My room, though! The bed is so soft and luxe. Thanks for not cutting corners with pillows. The room is perfectly laid out. The extra Attn paid to lighting placement is noted and appreciate. The bathroom, with a shower with two showerheads along with nice touches like solid shampoos, lotions, and body soap feel resort like. Everyone is so kind, breakfast is awesome, as is everyone from the owners, managers, and staff.

I honestly can’t think of anything. Oh! I know, there wasn’t a wine opener in my room when I checked in late at night. Update I just walked into my room to a bottle of wine chilling in an ice bucket with a wine opener.

We absolutely loved our stay at Agua Santa Hotel Boutique. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip to San Miguel de Allende. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and much larger than we expected, and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and felt like such a nice way to start the day. This was our first time visiting San Miguel de Allende, and we feel like we made a great choice staying here. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending Agua Santa to our wedding guests when we plan our wedding in San Miguel in 2028. Can’t say enough good things.

There really wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. Everything from the room, location, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. If anything, we wish we could have stayed longer.

It is a great place to stay, staff is just beyond kind. It is not that far from downtown, but still walkable.

It wasn’t clean well, we discovered someone’s underwear in our shower, and it was unpleasant surprise. Made us question how well it was all cleaned.

La excelente atención de Pau, desde que reserve su puso en contacto conmigo por WhatApp. Desayuno muy completo y rico, muy buena atención de los que sirven los alimentos. La ubicación para mi estuvo muy bien, a 15 minutos caminando al centro.

No es importante, ni es mala nota al Hotel, solo es una sugerencia, nivelar el piso de la regadera, ya que el agua no se iba hacía la coladera.

Staff was great! Our room was very comfortable with easy access to outdoor space and very well located. I will say that one should be aware that there is major construction going on next door…so ask for a room away from daily noise. The breakfast was perfect…outside dining with a nice selection and very accommodating service! Lovely rooftop terrace.

A Waldorf Astoria is being built next door, so the noise during the day might prove problematic if in a room facing construction.

The construction next door made the hotel itself pretty dusty. Obviously it wasn’t their fault as it was the Waldorf hotel that could have been considerate with their construction hours being at all times in the night.

Everything- very nice, clean, and comfortable accommodations. Our interaction with staff members: Paulina at reception is vey complete with all our requests and responded to all my texts. I had special requests for my stay and she was very responsible to make sure they were done to my expectations. We had breakfast included on rooftop terrace in our stay and it was awesome. Sylvia & Felipe are an amazing couple who are in charge of daily breakfast & Sunday brunch buffet. Sylvia, the master chef has superior culinary talent and both were always checking on us to make certain that we were doing great. The food was delicious with great presentation and their service and kindness was beyond awesome. We looked forward to breakfast to begin our day with Positive energy and delicious food from Sylvia and Felipe. If you plan a stay, make sure you include the Sunday brunch buffet. Awesome place to stay with Great Staff! Thank You!

The only thing that was not good was the construction noise next door that was happening during our stay. A Big Construction Project (Waldorf-Astoria Condos) next door that will be going on for some months. I understand building construction is necessary and will be noisy, but this was the one thing did not like during our stay. We spent most of our time during day away from hotel exploring SMA and Guanajuato. We would return to Agua Santa Boutique Hotel again without concern.

Small, well-located hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and beautiful decor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular, truly some of the best meals of our entire visit to San Miguel and Queretaro. And the Sunday brunch was worth a visit for that alone. Sylvia and her husband, the chefs, are wonderful folks! The weather was hotter than expected so we were grateful for the mini-split A/C in the room. We would definitely stay there again.

Because there is a large development under construction next door (at the time of our visit and for the foreseeable future), it is noisy and dusty but management offered us a discount to compensate for it. Also, there is no sign for the hotel on the street or on the building. You just have to trust that the address is correct.

The style and decor of the room. The location is a bit remote, but it's quiet (or so I thought at first). The rooftop is also nice, but nothing worked on the days I stayed. The hotel design is nice, although various appliances need updating.

At night, after 1 am (!), when I was sleeping and just wanting to rest, someone was knocking loudly, either on the first floor or nearby. It was incredibly loud and lasted for about half an hour. It was impossible to sleep. I would also recommend changing the shower drain in the bathtub. I couldn't take a proper bath (which was the main reason I took this room); the water kept leaking. For a hotel of this level, they could hire security to keep nighttime visitors away and check the shower and bathtub.

La habitación era muy bonita ,limpia, su salita era un lugar acogedor, la decoración del lugar elegante y confortable.

Que no tiene estacionamiento cerca y q no tuvieron el cuidado de avisarnos q no podiamos estacionarnos afuera del hotel sobre la banqueta porq los de tránsito estan todo el tiempo quitando placas, venimos de fuera entonces las señalizaciones estan sobre la misma banqueta en cdmx y en san miguel no, nuestra llegada y recibimiento en san miguel fue con una multa , no llevábamos ni 10 mins estacionados 😞

Buena ubicación, a 10 minutos caminando de la catedral. Buenas instalaciones y atención. Los desayunos muy ricos.

Me pareció caro incluso para ser temporada alta.

La ubicacion y la limpieza

Cuando llegamos el precio lo querian cobrar en dolares a la tasa que el hotel usa que es mucho mayor a la oficial. En total eran como 2 mil pesos mas, despues de varias discusiones aceptaron el precio booking, en pasos mexicanos. Habia olor a humedad y a drenaje en una de las habitaciones y nos cambiaron.

Todo fue extremadamente bonito!! Las habitaciones son super limpias, el personal es increíble y amable, la comida es espectacular al menos los desayunos incluidos , la ubicación excelente.

El estacionamiento está un poquito lejos y complicado de llegar ahí o dejar tu coche ya noche, debería de haber valet ❤️

The high light of our stay at Agua Santa was the Staff and people we met. Fernando the owner, was awesome. Gustavo became a friend. Sylvia in the Kitchen was warm and helpful and her meals were great. Many others made us feel like part of the family and made our trip to San Miguel so very memorable.

The location is excellent and walking distance from Centro. The rooms are pretty basic and slightly rundown. The black bathroom wasn't particularly appealing. Breakfast, cooked to order was fantastic and the view from the rooftop restaurant was lovely. Parking was offered in a lot a block away but we chose to park on the quiet street outside the hotel each night.

This boutique hotel was beautiful and great service. The breakfast on the terrace was perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel. Our room was large and was beautifully appointed. The lobby is lovely and they have a gorgeous rooftop where breakfast is served. We spent evenings on the rooftop and enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Friendly staff.

Muy bien ubicada pero lamentablemente las sábanas de la cama cuando íbamos a dormir estaban sucias con cabellos ajenos me quejé en recepción para que cambiaran las sábanas y al regresar de caminar las sábanas eran las mismas además era una habitación para tres personas donde se utilizaría un sofá cama lamentablemte amla hora de llegar en la noche el sofá cama no estaba listo para la tercera persona por lo que tuvimos que hacer la Cama

We had a great time and felt comfortable while being able to get around town easily during our stay. Great art and great services made this boutique hotel feel like a unique and wonderful vacation in San Miguel. Check in was easy. Breakfast on the terrace was scenic and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and we loved our time visiting the his beautiful city.

Beautiful building with beautiful decor.

I booked reservation for a suite with terrace and when I got to the hotel I was given a room with two windows only facing the street. I placed my concerned at the front desk and I was told that that’s all they had without an apology.

This hotel checks all the boxes. It's newer (3 or 4 years old) so very pristine yet built in a classic style so it's a perfect combo of old-meets-new. The rooms are very large, the amenities are fantastic, and as with all Mexican hotels in SMA the staff is superlative and very friendly, and accommodating. The rooftop included breakfast is a beautiful way to start the day, as the sun rises and hits the roof. Food is made with great care and is delicious! It's a full meal with fruit, juice, coffee, and a full plate of delicious fresh eggs, beans, chilaquiles, whatever you prefer. I love the build quality of the rooms and furnishings. It's basically a perfect location since it's split between the El Centro and the artist's community of San Antonia. You can easily walk to each. Really, a great find!

Very good location. Spacious and nicely decorated room with an excellent bathroom. Roof terrace has a great view of the city. Buffet breakfast is excellent, though it only happens on weekends.

The room was quite dark. Breakfast is decent but the choice is limited, especially compared to the paid breakfast menu. There is kitchenette in the room but no utensils of any kind -- no plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, nothing. A very odd oversight.

No es Boutique. El hotel está bien en general. Las habitaciones se sienten húmedas y el desayuno incluido es bastante malo y para quienes disfrutan de un buen café NO es opción ya que su café no es bueno. Las personas que atiende son bastante amables. El hotel aunque esta en el centro si te lleva unos 15 20 minutos para llegar al zócalo. En general bien aunque buscaría otra opción para cuando regrese a San Miguel de Allende

We didn’t like the cleaning of our room. When we checked in the shower was cover with hair we have to ask them twice to clean the wall.

Staff was incredible and being here during day of the dead was one of the moat enjoyable experiences we have ever had!

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y con muy rico desayuno, está más lejos del centro de lo que pensaba y el estacionamiento no es tan cerca, la habitación muy linda pero solo tiene una ventana muy pequeña, le falta ventilación e iluminación al igual que al baño, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable

The hotel staff was excellent, but the hotel amenities just don't justify the price. - Ok location. Close to Rosewood hotel but at least 15 min walk to Centro. I would have preferred staying in Centro for convenience. However, this hotel was the starting point of the Dia de los Muertos parade, so that worked out well for us. - Great included breakfast, but no lunch or dinner restaurant or bar. Had to go out searching for drinks to enjoy while in the room. - IT IS SO LOUD in the morning! The floors are all stone, could hear people walking down the hallways, tables getting dragged above our room. Really awful to wake up to - I liked the minimal waste - they had water refill station in the room and plastic-free bathroom products. Would have been really nice if they had robes/slippers available, since the floors were so cold and hard - Staff was fantastic, they arranged our airport rides and makeup for the day of the dead festivities. They were very nice

I liked the room. It was spacious but the bed was too soft. Also we didn’t have hot water all the time. I was disappointed to find out that coffee wasn’t in the room or lobby and I had to walk to a coffee shop.

I loved my stay at Agua Santa Hotel Boutique. The staff were lovely and my room (the one pictured) was spacious and homey. Breakfast is served on the lovely rooftop terrace, where I also spent a lot of time during the day. The location was excellent, too. Short walk to everywhere, yet apart enough to feel quiet and relaxing.
