La ubicación excelente, la comida cumple, el servicio y la alberca es una delicia.

La alberca un poco descuida en el fondo de ella, por pequeños mosaicos que se han caido, pero sin accidentes. Las habitaciones deberían tener espacio para dos maletas para poner ropa suficiente.

Staff did not give the right instructions to my taxi driver, in spite of me repeating 3 times. No curtains at all.

I’ve booked with Naked Hotel 3 years in a row and that won’t change! The service is amazing (shoutout to Luis and Rafael), the food is phenomenal, and the vibe extraordinary! Thanks for being my home away from home.

La comida es extraordinaria, definitivamente de las mejores de zipolite.

La alberca no está climatizada por lo que la parte que está cubierta por el techo del hotel, es realmente fría. La atención del personal es buena pero algo lenta y no tan personalizada.

Very strict, with the sheets, they threatened to charge us for any stains. However, the towels they provided us were very stained, they actually looked dirty. Twice we saw and smelled the horrible stench from the septic tank being cleaned. The food at the hotel was average. Also, the hotel plays music until 11 pm. every night.

Muy buen hotel para ir en pareja la pasamos excelente llegamos tarde y aún así había alguien para atendernos, nos dieron opción de fiesta y fue muy fácil ir por la playa, la comida exquisita, el costo de latte check out es muy alto hay hoteles que te dan opción a las 3 o 4 pm por un costo menor.

I loved the aesthetics of this property. The bed was so comfortable mixed with the sound of the ocean at night, I ended up getting the best sleep of my life. I will be staying here again.

La habitación y área de alberca están geniales ! Solo falta información por donde llegar mejor, google te manda por una terracería algo fea pero hay un acceso mejor. Así que ojo !

Nos gustaría que mejoraran en rehabilitar constantemente las instalaciones, ya que tanto de la habitación, y la alberca se les nota que necesitan ser mejoradas. Así como también rescatar el concepto del hotel, ya que no nos sentimos exclusivos por solo el echo de poder reservar en un hotel solo para adultos, había muchos empleados por todos lados todo el tiempo.

Excelente trato, instalaciones y ubicación

Los desayunos son muy malos, no hay empatía para el comensal, el precio es alto para la calidad y sinceramente por el precio encuentras mejores opciones, aparte es un hotel lleno de turismo gay, si no eres parte puedes sentirte incómodo.

Muy agradable fuimos en tercera da baja, la música audible pero nada incómodo, buena selección de música en inglés, el nudismo en muy esporádico pero aceptado, me anotaría poder regresar en el futuro. El área de la alberca es premium muy popular en la tarde con los visitantes del Day Pass

Si buscas un lugar donde haya mucha música a todo volumen, alberca(piscina), drinks y una vibe fiestera este es tu lugar. Si te gusta un lugar tranquilo deberías visitarlo en temporada baja de Lunes a Jueves, de lo contrario tendrás fiesta :)

In my opinion there was no hot water. Hot water that is needed to run a bath was not present. That was my only complaint for the property. Other than that great place. The food was really good! Our room had an ocean view and it was amazing and you can hear that ocean roaring in the room and I slept great! I will also say that if you are coming to Zipolite to get into the ocean pick another location. The water is so rough locals don't go into the water. You will need to find another location. If you are trying to reach the famous beach it is a long trek. Better to call a cab or walk the street because it is easier in my opinion.

En la descripción del hotel dice cambio de toallas / sábanas cada dos días y está bien, pero no entraron ni a tender la cama y asear el cuarto los dos días que estuvimos ahí.. el recepcionista que me dio el check in le molestó que le dije que hablaría con expedía ya que nunca me avisaron que no estaba disponible la habitación que había reservado,por remodelación. La propiedad no es fea pero mejor regresaré a El Alquimista, tienen mejor atención, las habitaciones están más grandes, es más barato y el restaurante es mucho mejor que el de Naked

Overall hospitality made our trip to zipolite so special. It started at check in and meeting the staff. Restaurant was very good and location is beautiful. It's a special community but this hotel is a must for anyones first experience.

El respeto ante todo es lo que manejan con un alto sentido de servicio, la limpieza de todas sus instalaciones IMPECABLE, la alberca extraordinaria y abierta las 24 horas del dia para los huéspedes, las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia sexy y relajada en pareja, el restaurante de 10..exquisitos platillos. Especial reconocimiento a nuestros anfitriones Gerardo y Rafa...muy atentos y super serviciales...es un hecho que regresaremos

Stunning property with great design, amenities, location, and super friendly staff.

It was good. Great hotel. Reception was a struggle, because I paid for my stay, and when I tried to check in. They wanted to charge me for the whole stay. I had to call hotel.com customer service, so they can communicate with the hotel reception. Phone service is poor so it was hard to conmect reception with hotel.com.

Como huésped el servicio es terrible, como visitante es bueno. Si regresaría pero pagando su day pass y me hospedaría mejor en otro lugar.

El hotel y la habitacion super lindos y muy ubicado, al ser temporada bajo, no habia gentey hbaia mucha gente pareja heterosexual con day pass, lo cual le restraba el encanto de hotel gay ( sin ser gay ) y nudista, ya que la gente estaba vestida.... A la habitacion le falta incluir vasos para tomar agua, en el baño el agua tarda en salir caliente y no hay barrera en la regadera lo que hace que el agua cuando te bañas se salga un poco o empape el tapete, de ahi en mas todo excelente cumplio al 100 costo / valor

We loved our stay at the naked so much that we extended by a night. The hotel is perfectly located on beachfront and within 2-3 mins walk of shops, restaurants, bars, massage places etc… Staff were super helpful in arranging transfers and kept the drinks flowing by the beach and pool loungers. Particularly loved the afternoon DJ set on weekends which makes the naked the Place to Be!

Very nice rooms but they lack cabinet space the upgrade fee was elevated the poolside table service was very good contrary to other places in zipolite and the staff was not as warm as in other places and the lady doing the night shift was not very nice

Had a fantastic four nights here. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Food and drinks were also excellent. I will definetely be back if I get the chance although it's a long way from Australia !

Everything was wonderful, great staff, upscale hotel, right on beach, good drinks, lovely pool. One thing that might improve things would be the DJ playing more Mexican music

Avitaciónes muy pequeñas, no hay donde acomodar la ropa, no hay ni una silla ni mesa en la recámara, encontramos cucarachas en la recamara, el restaurante tiene un menú con muy pocas opciones para comer, es molesto que haya teabajadores recustrellendo el piso pegado ala alberca mientras tratamos de descansar. Mi esposa y yo no volveremos a ése hotel no lo recomendams

El baño mixto en planta baja no es conveniente. Para ser de su categoría debería ser dos Baños, hombres y mujeres, separados.

The location is the best and the pool is really cool.

The staff service was very poor, especially the woman at the front desk during the night shift. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and no solutions or assistance were offered. Additionally, the TV in the room was not functioning.

First off let me say it was a wonderful stay. Staff were amazing, rooms were clean, drinks were on point. I love that clothes are an option throughout the hotel and even the pool thus “Naked Hotel”. The rooms need a better space for personal items, those luggage beds that keep them off the floor would help because you’re living out of your suitcase. The wristbands that are provided from the hotel need to be replaced with a different material they can be a little sharp and cut. The weekends are a little more of the party vibes with the circuit gays. That said if you’re looking for a chill vibe Sunday through Thursday is your best bet. Most of the beach beds are reserved Saturday . We were asked to move for a larger party on a Saturday . Was not a problem a little inconvenient but not a problem for us. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helped us get a cab at the end. All together a great stay.

El hotel está muy a gusto, la comida es rica y el personal súper amable. No me encantó la ubicación de la habitación 50, es obscura, caliente, no tiene una vista agradable, aparte de que se escucha mucho ruido.

Beautiful hotel, well designed.

Air conditioner didn't work (that's part of what we paid for). Noise from DJ is a bit much. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Our beach umbrella was stolen from the lobby when we checked in.

The hotel was everything I expected. Rooms were modern feeling, comfortable beds and clean. The service around the pool and bar was not the best. Long waits for drinks.

A bit loud late into the night...esp days with DJ. Opening bartenders were efficient, but cold and seemed bothered...reception too. Only ~10 in space on one side of bed to squeeze into. Ltd menu.
