Hôtel unique en son genre. Très belle rénovation de ce bâtiment ancien. La décoration intérieure est sublime avec un choix de couleurs, matériaux et pièces d'art très pointue. Nous avons bien aimé la localisation proche de bars et restaurants trendy.

L emplacement est top dans le quartier Roma , la maison et la décoration des chambres sont magnifiques , literie très confortable , , ils servent plutôt une collation en guise de petit déjeuner , qui est excellente , simple mais efficace , une boisson chaude , une madeleine ou autre et une coupe de fruits frais , granola et fromage blanc , 3 jolies boutiques au Rez de chaussée et le restaurant attenant ARDA , est une réelle découverte ! Nous y avons dîné les deux soirs car nous avions envie de tout goûté sur leur carte , personnel professionnel et tre gentil , nous reviendrons !!!

Couldn’t recommend the property more. Amazing communication with the team, comfortable room, great location and lovely staff. Loved the coffee station in the hallway and easy to top up water etc. Loved it all.

This property is STUNNING. Phenomenal location near top-notch park and really, really good restaurants. Unforgettably gorgeous room. Plenty of storage. Ride share easy to and from hotel. Coffee was delicious. Unlimited filtered water, coffee and tea available 24 hours a day was really convenient. They bright breakfast to our room for free. Very simple, just yogurt, fruit and coffee, juice or tea, but it was delicious! 24-hour security and service folks were helpful and made us feel safe.

Minor things. The restaurant below is noisy but they provided earplugs, so I had no trouble sleeping. The transport to and from the hotel offered was the same quality as an Uber but 4x as expensive. Next time, I'll just book my own. The floors are really squeaky due to the age of the building, I'm guessing. To me, it was worth it, but it might not be a good place for light sleepers.

De locatie was perfect, de wijk zelf was erg leuk om in rond te lopen met een grote keuze aan restaurants en cafe's. De Ubers waren prima en talrijk, best mogelijke vervoer naar andere delen van de stad. Het pand zelf was ook prachtig , een soort art deco-museum. De medewerkers waren superaarding en behulpzaam. Elke dag heerlijk ontbijt bezorgd op de kamer.

Als ik echt iets moet noemen: het had iets lichter gekund in de kamer. Maar daar hadden we ook gewoon om kunnen vragen; dan was dit kleine minpuntje ongetwijfeld snel opgelost. Niets viel echt tegen!

Beautiful boutique design hotel inside of a mansion with great shops on the ground floor. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The breakfast options were extremely limited, and we could not sit inside, which - during winter mornings - was not very comfortable. Also, they want you to use an app to open and close the door, which did not work for us as we did not have an American phone number. Instead, we got one physical key, which is outdated and limited, given that we were two. Sound-wise, the hotel is at a big street, so sleeping with windows open is not recommended.

This hotel is one of a kind. The rooms are stunning with all of the amenities you need, and the service is fantastic. The room(s) are unique, decorated in their own way which really makes you feel special. Additionally they allowed us to check out late due to our flight being late which was very kind of them. This hotel is a gem and I would definitely recommend them 10x over.

Easier to say what we didn't like - nothing! Gorgeous rooms, comfortable king bed, excellent bathroom and shower, quiet location, convenient location, beautiful small boutiques on main floor, art exhibition in the downstairs, incredible restaurant on the property, excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and capuccino provided (with alternatives), staff - very professional, kind, attentive (woke every morning to a message asking how we had slept and whether there was anything they could do for us that day)... the list goes on and on. Absolutely top class people and property.

Air conditioners were pretty loud and annoying. You need staff to let you enter the property after hours. In room coffee would have been better than the shared set up in the hall.

The hotel is ideally located for a trip to Mexico City. Roma Norte has so much to offer! The hotel is so discreet. You will feel safe and looked after without feeling overwhelmed.

There's nothing we didn't like about our stay other then wishing we could stay longer.

Absolutely stunning. The property only has a few rooms and it is located inside a renovated mansion from the 1900s. The staff is incredibly attentive, checking in each morning to ask how I slept. 10/10. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the rooms were grand. Bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on site, although we did not dine there, I know that is a plus for some. It is in a good area right next to salon palomilla and galanga, two places that were on my list to try.

BEWARE that the hotel does not have a 24 hour front desk. They are supposed to have 24 hour security to help out with any questions/request after, I believe 6pm?, but that is not always the case. The hotel is within two gates and the gates are locked after about 10/11pm. And if there isn't a security there at the time there is no way to get back inside until they come back. This happened to us one night when we came back around 11pm and the main gate was locked and when we knocked no one was there. Luckily the gate to the restaurant was still unlocked and we were able to get back inside. HOWEVER, the gates are locked after a certain time at night and you are locked INSIDE the hotel. Yes, no way of getting out. My partner and I had a 4am wakeup for hot air balloon ride that we almost missed because of this and no security in sight. We had to jump the 10 foot gate in order not to lose our $500 tickets for the activity. Imagine if we needed to get to our flight, we would have missed it. The hotel whatsapp also was no help, no one answered our call at that time and we didn't get a response until about 10am. They did compensate us with a free breakfast in the morning, but I don't believe the stress of the morning was worth free breakfast at the hotel. The staff is kind, but clearly the no 24 hour desk is an issue.

Beautiful space. The refurbished mansion feels authentic to its historic roots but you can tell they put great care into the updates. We stayed in the OCRE room which was lovely. Will mention that this room faces the restaurant so if you have the curtains open at night the patrons can see inside. Wasn’t an issue for us though! We peeked into the other rooms and next time I think we’ll stay in the all blue one. Service was TOP TIER. Felt safe, space was clean, and everyone was lovely. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a great perk. Highly recommend if you appreciate great

the hotel is nice and staff are very welcoming how ever i think it is overpriced and it says breakfast is included serve at 8:30 and breakfast is yogurt with fruit .there is no dining area or even a table to eat. There is no coffee machine in the room there is green rooms hared for all rooms with coffee machine and it is actually a shower converted to a small kitchenet. Pablo was very nice and respond to message right away though

Absolutely loved our stay at Maison Celeste in Mexico City! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and had a really cool vibe. They offer breakfast and coffee delivered to your room as a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to tons of amazing bars and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

The property was gorgeous and had a unique style. The unit was quiet and very private during our visit despite being in a central part of Roma Norte. Andrea was so kind and welcoming and made our stay so smooth. We had some issues with the water but they were so accommodating and got all of the issues sorted out quickly. Would totally stay here again!!!

Beautiful building, unique property

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the Maison Celeste for several days. All of the staff were very service-oriented and attentive, and we felt very welcome. All of our questions and requests were handled quickly and easily. The hotel itself is a little gem in a prime location in Roma Norte, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity. Roma Norte is a very attractive neighbourhood where it is safe to walk day and night. We liked that very much. Overall, we highly recommend the Maison Celeste. We would stay there again anytime.

The location was perfect. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We loved getting breakfast to our room every morning. The room was large and so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful- super elegant, but also simple. My favorite kind of place.

I would’ve loved the shower pressure to be a little better and the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. Otherwise no complaints.

The location was amazing, very walkable to some great restaurants and coffee shops! We got to peek into each of the rooms and they were all decorated beautifully. Service was also great - you can have coffee/breakfast brought to your room in the morning and the concierge service was helpful when looking for dinner reservations.

The hotel is within a beautiful building with incredible natural features and character in a cool neighbourhood. The hotel is a new concept within its grounds and although they are in the process of getting up to speed, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. There isn’t a reception but you can message anytime on WhatsApp which works well as they are responsive and helpful with recommendations and questions. It’s a very small boutique and almost feel like you have the place to yourself. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys off the beaten track stays. I think this hotel will be hard to book once people start hearing about it. Thank you for such a warm welcome to the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Celeste! Not only are the rooms gorgeous, the staff is superb and the location fantastic. They allowed us a really early check-in for which we were grateful. Andrea arranged for our transport, a few restaurant bookings, and also helped us with local recommendations. We were initially staying in Alba, but after a spur-of-the-moment decision to extend our holiday, we moved into Musgo. Both rooms were spectacular but slightly different in design! We can't wait to return and book Maison Celeste for our next CDMX holiday!

Beautiful rooms in a nicely redone mansion. Small boutique hotel feel with big art focus (bottom floor is dedicated to galleries). Lovely and helpful staff.

Wifi was weak - don't expect to work from here. If you are next to the restaurant and light sleeper, you might find there's a fair bit of noise in the evening. Minimalist decor means some things you might expect are missing (e.g., no minifridge in the room).

Atmospheric 19th century house, good location between Roma North and Condesa, comfortable bed.

What a strange experience. They style themselves as a guest house, not a hotel, which just seems to be an excuse for random service, only at hours that suits them. The building is basically an exclusive mall (two galleries, two boutiques) with expensive rooms above. For the price, you expect far more. The rooms and facilities are an odd mishmash of old-fashioned/outdated, and hyper modern. Bizarre door lock system operated via an app (though spare key available on request). Very creaky floors (no quiet visits to bathroom in middle of night without waking your partner!) Outside certain hours, you can't get in or out of the hotel without whatsapping the security guard - which is a bit frustrating at 7.50am if it takes 10 mins for them to come. And yet we returned one night around 11pm to find the outside gate and hotel door wide open, with no guards in sight. So the vaunted security is a bit haphazard. They are proud of their colour-coded decor, but we had the misfortune to be in the room called Ochre, which is a misnomer for a fairly horrible brown. Safe too small for a laptop, and worked erratically (no instructions, either). We were told breakfast is from 8.30am, but actually you can't get it until about 8.45. No choice, but fortunately for our taste, the sole item is an excellent yogurt/fresh fruit/granola. But if you want anything else, or to be out early for sightseeing, you have to fend for yourself (if you can get the guard to wake up and let you out). The house is on a very busy and noisy road, and they have a new restaurant on site, which is outstanding, but also noisy for the rooms overlooking it. When we left, there was no-one around to help with bags or even say goodbye. The whole experience was very hit and miss, and not recommended. But do go to the restaurant Anda - it's exceptional (and totally undersold by the hotel concierge, who just said it was "all wood-fired" (true) and "Mediterranean" (untrue).

Beautifully decorated, great service

It’s located right in the middle of the coolest neighborhood in Mexico City! There are so many coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques in the area. The building is impeccably designed - all the rooms are color washed and moody in the best way possible. It’s like living in a design studio!

After hours access was a bit difficult- the gates are locked, and getting out (eg to catch an early cab to the airport) was challenging. This is great at for security!

The coffee situation should improve! There is a machine and then sometimes breakfast and coffee are brought to your room, but there is no set system. It really seems like an easy thing to fix.

Simply amazing

Location is incredible! It’s a beautiful property with fabulously curated rooms. There are 3 stores in the lobby that sell gorgeous clothing and jewellery, as well as a stunning art gallery. The staff went above and beyond for us, and were extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot my boyfriend’s shirt in our room during checkout, and they went through the trouble of overnighting it to us in London. I could not be more grateful. I will 100% be staying here on all future trips to Mexico City, and I highly recommend other check it out! We loved it so much on our first stay, that we reorganised our trip to be able to spend an extra night in Mexico City at the end of our trip so that we could stay there again. 10 out of 10!

From the moment I booked my stay until the very end, I was taken care of. Andrea, the property manager, immediately reached out via WhatsApp to welcome me and offer any assistance. I was able to check in at 5:30 am after my overnight flight from SF, which made a world of difference, allowing me to relax and recharge for the day ahead. The accommodations were on par with how they were portrayed online, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently situated near every restaurant and bar on my list. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Andrea checked in daily, providing restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, and even treated me to a beer and offered breakfast one morning. I highly recommend staying here.

Maison Celeste is the place where you want to be in Mexico City. It’s a beautiful and very well curated guest house - combined with art gallery and designer stores. The team has done a really impressive job with the integration of the rooms within the mansion, dated from earlier 1900. Rooms have a combination of Scandinavian and vintage furniture. Beds are very comfortable and you have plenty of pillows. Andrea is a great and very attentive host, always there for anything you might need. They also give a really nice breakfast so you kickstart the day with energy. Location in the city is also brilliant with plenty of restaurants and coffee places in the neighborhood.

The only thing we missed was body lotion. They have really nice toiletries so it would have been a great addition.

Room was uniquely decorated and beautiful. Bathroom was very nice. Staff was accessible. The bed slept great, and the linens were sumptuously soft. Our simple yet tasty (and healthy) breakfast was brought to our room.

He usually hotels will have lotion and their bathrooms, but this hotel does not.

Such a beautiful experience, I absolutely loved my stay here so much that I went ahead and booked my second stay to experience another one of their rooms! Andrea, the concierge was such a beautiful spirit!

The staff was incredible. They were attentive and helpful whether I needed directions, help getting a car, or bringing me breakfast in bed. The hotel is a repurposed mansion with beautiful stained glass and high high ceilings. The bed was huge and the bedding excellent quality.

I loved my stay. In the morning I received a message wishing a good day and offering continental breakfast. The staff was very attentive to all my requests, and the instructions since I made my reservation were quite clear. I definitely recommend this space to anyone who wants to stay in a unique place, with an exceptional location, with boutiques shops, art exhibition in an old mansion with a modern decoration that creates the perfect balance.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Maison Celeste, which is a beautiful historical mansion in a perfect location in Roma Norte, accessible by foot to everything. My room (Pistachio) was gorgeous - spacious, serene, with stunning interior design and a lovely bath. I am a light sleeper and it was quiet. The downstairs area is incredible, with a beautiful sitting area, shops (including a Coqui Coqui Perfumeria), and an art gallery. The grounds are also lovely. The upstairs has a stunning sitting area as well. The colors, textures, creative hub elements, and design make for a sensory experience. The staff is attentive, responsive, professional, and warm. I mentioned it was my birthday when I booked, and arrived to find a delicious fruit tart under a glass pastry dome. I can't wait to return!

Stunning rooms in a perfect location. The hotel forms part of an art gallery so really interesting surroundings. Andrea looked after us so well, and even treated us to a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon. She gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and was always available if needed. Gorgeous property, captures all of the feel of modern Mexican design while celebrating the beaux arts feel of the Maison. It’s like staying in an art gallery. Location is just lovely. The staff is concierge-level service - attentive, friendly, very thoughtful. A text every morning asked preferences for a modest continental breakfast which was brought to the room. The security guard chased us a full clock down the street when I left shirts behind after check out. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

No central AC, but they provided an effective fan for the room.

The courteous staff, beautiful artistic atmosphere, and comfortable furnishings made this property a true gem and must stay.
