Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Me gusta el diseño, lo vintage. El SPA con sus masajes de lujo y el circuito húmedo te deja renovado para empezar con la vida del lunes. La comida y cervezas de Cervecería Hércules el mejor, el desayuno en la taberna. Las batas del baño y del SPA. El árbol que esta "adentro" de la habitación. Las copas para el agua. El concierge de que nos recibió en la noche super amable y atento.
La luz blanca de las mesitas de noche, las almohadas de una de las camas tenia un olor no muy agradable. La actitud del congierge de la mañana no fue muy amable.

No hay cafetería ni cantina en el hotel como tal y todo se tiene que comprar en la taberna. Me gustaría una sala en el hotel con opción a poder tomar un café o té de manera gratuita.

For me hotel rates are kind expensive but I think is the value and also we were celebrating new year on our own in a common area and staff complain on that, didn´t see is not possible on the rules, but is the less to be honest all in general was really good experience.

Creo que tener mayor sincronía entre los servicios, hotel spa por ejemplo que no tenían la información necesaria más allá de mi nombre de la reserva que realice en recepción. Y temas de gestión de toallas y batas, luego no había ninguna toalla en la zona de spa o en la habitación después de que realizarán la limpieza solo había 1 bata en lugar de 2.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Es muy bonito, la arquitectura es excepcional, pero los cuartos son ruidosos, la calle o incluso los interiores filtran el sonido, lo que hace un poco perturbadora la estancia. La rapidez del personal del hotel y sus restaurantes es muy lenta tmb, podrían mejorar mucho el servicio, en la Taberna teníamos que estar repitiendo la orden y las cosas a los meseros.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Hotel Hércules is charming and magical and beautifully designed. It offers several restaurants and food options - the main taberna near the hotel lobby, the seafood forward one near the pool area and their brewery are all fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!
One thing to note is this hotel is a 15 minute uber ride from the historic city center - but Ubers are very inexpensive and easy to order for sightseeing.

Las camas están incomodas muy duras. todo lo demás excelente

Property is also open to non-guests, so amenities seem few and not exclusive. Rooms are overpriced for the noise, and we had to pay separately to access the spa.
