La struttura è abbastanza datata e molto umida. Il soffitto un po basso e la stanza piuttosto buia. Mancano servizi come la macchinetta del caffè.

Purtroppo arrivati in stanza abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli asciugamani perchè mancavano, tra cui uno sporco. Idem le lenzuola e federe erano macchiate. Poca luce in stanza essendoci una piccola finestrella, e soprattutto è situato sulla strada quindi la mattina senti tantissimi rumori delle macchine che passano.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Domaćini su uslužni i pristupačni, unutar hotelskog prostora je pregršt zelenila, što hotel čini pravom oazom za opuštanje s vanjskim bazenom i jacuzzijem. Sobe su čiste i prostrane te lijepo uređene. Hotel pruža besplatnu vodu za piće i možete si skuhati kavu na recepciji u svakom trenutku. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.
Sve mi se svidjelo.

Servirebbero più spazi per depositare oggetti e vestiti, come armadi o appendini. La doccia fredda da migliorare e con poca pressione del getto.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The property is a true gem, ideally located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the bus station and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything was super clean, and the room was very spacious. The property also offers a wide range of activities. As a lovely bonus, the two dogs are absolutely adorable and make the atmosphere even more welcoming.
Sometimes at night, the noise from cars or people on the street was a bit loud and could be heard in the room.

The location of the place was great, within walking distance of the beaches, and the local town square which has amenities and local food places. The room was great, staff were excellent and it even included a complimentary class which was really enjoyable.
The only minor thing I have was the work that was being done at the time which was quite loud during mornings and during the meditation class we had in the evening.

Notre court séjour dans l’établissement a pris une tournure négative lorsque que nous nous sommes aperçues que quelqu’un de l’hôtel nous avait VOLÉ. Plus de cartes de crédit, plus de liquide, plus de bijoux. C’est une honte.

תקרות נמוכות שיוצרות קלאוסטרופוביה. אין טלוויזיה בחדר. אין מיני מקרר בחדר. לא היה לנו מים חמים ולמים במקלחת היה ריח של חלודה או מתכת. בריכה שלא נראת כמו בתמונות. מיקום לא במלונות למי שמחפש חופשה, לא הבנתי למה אנשים מתלהבים ממיקום מרכז העיר. מבחינתי המחיר לא היה שווה את השהות.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, ich würde aber definitiv auch für mehrere Nächte buchen. Es war alles super. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne ruhige Anlage. Man ist zwar mitten in der Stadt aber dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Fussläufig zum Busbahnhof und viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Der Pool war gut, nicht besonders groß aber völlig ausreichend für die Größe des Hotels. Wir waren fast immer alleine. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer sah nicht aus wie beschrieben, das Bett war relativ unbequem und für zwei Personen schon recht klein. Das Bad war leider wirklich nicht schön und besonders die Dusche hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Außerdem hat es aus dem Abfluss so stark gerochen, dass es im gesamten Badezimmer nach jedem Duschen nach Gulli roch. Ging man mit Socken durch das Zimmer (nachdem die Putzkräfte da waren wohlbemerkt!) Waren die Socken danach ziemlich dunkel von unten… lässt besonders bei dem Preis zu wünschen übrig.

Nous avons check out à 12h et pu profiter de l’endroit et de la piscine jusqu’à notre départ pour l’aéroport à 16h. C’était très agréable. L’hôtel en lui même a une très bonne énergie, on s’y sent très bien.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026La gentillesse du personnel, leur disponibilité et leurs conseils pour découvrir Cancun! Points supplémentaires pour les chiens si mignons de l'hôtel! La piscine est très belle ainsi que les espaces communs sont charmants.
Notre chambre était très humide, les habits ne séchaient pas. L'isolation n'est pas top, donc on entend absolument tout. La salle de bain n'était pas en très bon état, le rideau de douche p.ex. mériterait d'être changé.

The swimming pool was very lovely at night. It was a relaxing time with quality. The hotel provided a free lesson so we took Rismo Latino. The professor was very friendly and we had fun with other guests! The room is very spacious and every morning the cleaning lady made it tidy.
The hotel is next to the road so sometimes we heard some sound but we didn’t care much.

Unfortunately we stayd only one night before our flight back to Europe, it was a pity because we could not enjoy extensively all the amenities of the hotel. we would definitely come back if we would be in Cancun again!

Mais la chambre est mal insonorisée c’était très bruyant, le rideau ne me cache absolument pas de la lumière donc même la nuit c’était éclairé à cause de l’éclairage urbain. La salle de bain est vraiment petite on ne peut pas poser d’affaires dedans

L’atmosfera è rilassata e le camere sono ampie come spazi. Devo sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia dei ragazzi della reception che gestiscono l’hotel. Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare i nostri Transfer di viaggio e ci hanno messo a disposizione un late check-out usufruendo dei servizi della SPA per poterci cambiare . Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per due volte e ci hanno sempre aiutato . Grazie per la vostra disponibilità e cortesia ♥️
Le tende delle finestre della camera potrebbero avere una doppia tenda , una più sottile per far entrare la luce pur mantenendo la privacy.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, администратор всё подробно объяснила при заезде. Сотрудники были отзывчивы по всем возникающим вопросам. Отдельно хочется отметить внутренний двор с бассейном и джакузи: удобные лежаки, есть зона для еды и столики, за которыми можно поработать. Wi-Fi работал нормально. Отдельное спасибо за рабочую зону, которую нам предоставили через дорогу. Для любителей кофе: очень вкусный кофе готовят в ресторане - соседняя дверь от входа в отель.
Из пожеланий: хотелось бы больше крючков для полотенец и одежды в ванной комнате.

Bed was fine a little hard for me but typical for MX, bath products decent and everything was clean. I don’t have time for the pool but it looked nice too. Location is not very interesting but very convenient!
The he front desk person said luggage storage and use of the showers by pool wa an option after check out since my flight left at 5pm. I didn’t realize the shower was outside with no privacy or soap or anything so just keep that in mind of you intend to explore and then return to prepare for an evening departure.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Welcoming and calm atmosphere, perfect to relax and enjoy the green areas. Big rooms, having all you need and big windows. Good sleep (no noises like in many other hotels on the main streets) and good area to go for breakfast and nice little restaurants. Staff is great, helpful, with good suggestions. With two nights stay, you also get to join a yoga class for free! Best option in Cancun!
