Algunas habitaciones son viejas y ya tienen detalles, por ejemplo en la última que me hospedé, la puerta del baño no cerraba y había un hoyo debajo de la ventana.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026we had a booking with this hotel and arrived late at night to get a peaceful night of rest and the AC did not work in one if the 2 rooms we booked and the room was incredibly hot to the point that we had to find a different hotel for the 2 infants and their mother.
AC broken. like a hot sauna.

Personal, mal servicio, poca disponibilidad para brindar una buena atención. Falta de estacionamiento, pediamos ayuda por autos mal estacionados y de la recepción no nos brindaban el apoyo, decian que no sabia de quien eran los carros y no podian hacer nada. En fin mala atención.

There were some marks from previous furniture and on the curtains, but that's just a small detail. I'd recommend staying here if you want a budget option, it's really close to the ADO terminal in Cancún and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
The only downside was some marks from previous furniture on the walls and stains on the curtains, but nothing major.

It was fine, perfect for my needs and well priced. •Watch that toilet though when you flush it the handle jiggles; jiggle it back up so it doesn’t leak outside the backside. Flush handle probably needs fixed and tightened up. Hot water is questionable at certain times but still tolerable. I figured it out fast lol

No tienes las habitaciones tiene televisión con opción para poner cuentas de netflix, Disney, etc, y en la regadera no hay puerta, por lo que al bañarse el agua se sale por todo el piso del baño y si es un poco molesto.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, no todas las habitaciones tienen televisión para poner cuentas como netflix, prime, etc. En general es muy buena opción por precio, en lo personal el único detalle es el baño, la regadera no cuenta con puerta y hace que se moje todo el piso y es un poco molesto, pero si lo recomiendo, la verdad esta cómodo, tiene buena ubicación, es muy limpio y el precio esta excelente.
Hay habitaciones donde la televisión solo cuenta con unos pocos canales, otras si tienen pantalla con opción para poner cuentas como netflix, Disney, etc. Lo único que si fue un poco molesto, es que la regadera no tiene puerta y el agua se sale al bañarse, lo único que si no recomiendo es la comida del restaurante, el servicio es excelente pero la comida no.
