Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Un hôtel qui vaut le détour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et nous y aurions volontiers passé plus de temps. Un immense appartement avec vue sur la mer à toutes les fenêtres. Moderne et neuf, cet établissement est reculé de tout et permet une retraite/détente. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire de cuisine si vous apportez votre nourriture bien sûr. Auquel cas, cela sera compliqué de vous déplacer si vous n'avez pas de voiture.
Le personnel répond vite sur WhatsApp et facilite le Check-in/out.
La piscine et les jacuzzi étaient top ainsi qu'un rooftop d'exception où voir le lever de soleil.
Mais nous recommandons fortement d'y rester une nuit ou plus !
Petit bémol sur la propreté, nous avons remarqué pas mal de moisissures ou d'endroits sale dans notre appartement.

N a pas repondu au messsages . A fuir pas fiable du tout. Il s agit vraisemblablement d un prétexte heureusement nous avons trouve un autre logement .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Très bel appartement en bord de mer. La déco de l appartement est sympa, la vue mer est incroyable ( même avec des sargasses). Belle piscine et hamac, tables et chaises pour pouvoir manger dehors les pieds dans le sable.
Très peu de vaisselles/ ustensiles de cuisine et les verres sont en plastique, je trouve ça dommage mais c'est un détail.

La piscina a sfioro che si mischia all’orizzonte dell’oceano. Le jacuzzi sul tetto con vista straordinaria. La possibilità di usufruire degli spazi comuni oltre l’orario di check out.
Non ci sono servizi e negozi nei dintorni. Mancanza di utensili e dotazioni ordinarie in cucina come pentolino o pentole di varie dimensioni. Nella palestra mancava il telecomando dell’aria condizionata e non è ben mantenuta.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Mooi, ruim, doch wat afgeleefd appartement met zeezicht. Fijn zwembad om af te koelen. Ruime tuin met mogelijkheid tot bbq’en. Rechtstreekse toegang tot strand. Op vraag worden handdoeken dagelijks gewisseld. Overdag is er thermos verse koffie op de gang. Heel mooi rooftop dak met jacuzzi.
We zaten op het gelijkvloers met zicht op tuin, zwembad en zee. De gordijnen waren stuk of ontbraken waardoor gasten in de tuin volledige inkijk bij ons hadden. Het appartement was wat afgeleefd. Enkele buitendeuren konden niet meer afgesloten worden waardoor we het appartement niet veilig konden afsluiten. Bij boeking was het niet duidelijk dat we in een afgesloten eigendom boekten ver van centrum en winkels. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt bevind zich op 9km. De keuken was niet voorzien op 5-6 gasten: vooral glazen ontbraken (we hadden 2 wijnglazen en enkele plastieken versleten bekers)

Er was bijna geen keukenmateriaal aanwezig en wat er was was echt vuil. Zelfs de kurkentrekker was helemaal verroest. Drinken was bijna allemaal uit kapotte plastieken bekers. Er was geen enkele keukenhanddoek (is iets wat mensen met het vliegtuig meestal niet in hun bagage hebben) en er was totaal geen warm water in de douches. De kasten waren helemaal vettig en de borden vuil. De jacuzzi had bruin sop in het water. Echt jammer voor zo n mooie locatie!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026We've been to Mexico before but this has the best location for a vacation! We enjoyed every bit of our stay here, from the quiet location - away from the crowds, the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the beach access, unique pool and the jacuzzi was a bonus, and most of all waking up to an amazing view! It's so private you don't want to leave. We will definitely come back 😍

A little run down kitchen and bathroom - kitchen faucet was wobbly and a bit rusty and one of the faucets in the bathroom didn't have much water coming out.
Due to its location, there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, but they sell basic refreshments.
May I suggest a vending machine for snacks and drinks, like a few options of chips and sandwiches, soda, beer and juices will suffice.
Customers of any age will benefit from it especially when having a great time at the pool!

De ontvangst, de kamer die te laat klaar was, de hygiëne, grootste deel van de tijd helemaal geen water in de kamer en alle inrichting die eigenlijk zijn beste tijd wel gehad heeft/vies was of gewoon kapot..

Kitchen not very good equipped. Not enough wine glasses, no bowls to make a salad in or any other bowls. No toaster, no kettle or jug to boil water (for tea). No cutting board. Knifes only very blunt.

Es realmente una pena que el alojamiento no ofrezca nada de alimentos y bebidas y obliga a comprar y cocinarse.

We stayed here because we were flying out of Cancun next day. It probably is a 20 minute drive to the airport if you are going at Mexican motorway speeds : ) BUT if there is an accident on highway (as we had) it can be three times as long.
The beach in front of hotel is pretty but dangerous, many hidden rocks. You have to be an expert (Australian :)) swimmer to go in further than your knees. The pool looks only good for small children.

The rooms were very spacious, and having three bathrooms was incredibly useful after coming back sandy from the beach. The location was overall good, we loved that the Caribbean Sea was so close, and being able to see it directly from our window and enjoy the view practically 24/7 made the stay even better. Puerto Morelos isn’t far and is great for families, with restaurants, big markets, and playgrounds. The rooftop jacuzzi was a lovely addition, and the hosts were very friendly. We also appreciated being on the ground level because it was very convenient. And the sunrises were absolutely amazing.
There’s no market within walking distance, so shopping requires a drive to Puerto Morelos. The only real downside of having a ground‑floor apartment was that people walking on the beach could see inside, which reduced privacy.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The staff was very nice to us and attentive. The view from the pool on the ocean is beautiful. It is possible to go walk on the beach for miles and come back. The apartment was very spacious and well equiped, and it was a very comfortable stay.
The building and the apartments were clean, but are poorly maintained and unfortunately, it shows. The rooftop felt completely abandonned, and so did the jaccuzzis. It is a shame because the place has a lot of potential. Another thing to know is that you need a car to access the hotel, and the road is like a minefield, so beware of that.

Des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas (salle à manger à moitié dans le noir - lampe de chevet à la rescousse), douche à moitié bouchée en arrivant, porte manteau manquant dans la sdb, pas de torchon vaisselle, bref un niveau d’équipement pas à la hauteur.

The location is amazing, the beach is beautiful and it’s a much more private place than many others.
Our first room, which is probably the same as the one that had problems in the reviews, were lacking many necessities, the kitchen was poorly equipped, the master bedroom had no storage or tv, bathroom had no racks to hang towels, the essentials were challenging to acquire and the bedding was stained, needed more chairs for our group, it was a minimum of everything. All of these are from our first room, Abby wonderfully changed our room and most of these complaints and amenities were much better.
La vue est splendide. Le lever de soleil depuis le lit est incroyable. Le personnel est sympa et réactif (on a eu le problème d’eau en arrivant). Il y a personne sur la plage. L’appartement est grand.
L’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel mais il n’est pas entretenu. Le ménage était pas au top ! J’ai tout nettoyer en arrivant. L’équipement de la cuisine est juste incompréhensible (appartement pour 4, nous avons même pas eu 4 grandes assiettes ni de couteaux, uniquement des verres en plastiques, pour faire la cuisine c’est très très imité). Le rooftop où se trouve jacuzzi hors service (!) est à l’abandon. Des déchets autour de la piscine. C’est très dommage. Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour et surtout le prix ne vaut pas les prestations !

The in room facilities specific to the kitchen were limited.
The contact with the hotel was never really figured out because the erratic Front Desk hours and I had not brought my list listed phone number phone with me. That was limiting for water exchange and a few other basic supplies.
Мы занимали двухкомнатные апартаменты на первом этаэже. Очень просторные, современные, все необходимое в наличии. Вид из кухни-гостинной -восхитительный. Не много напрягали другие отдыхающие поямо под нашими окнами, но это было не часто. Пляж перед домом не осень привлекательный, много больших камней, но рядом есть очень красивые , практически безлюдные пляжи. И еще плюс этого места, что здесь можно увидеть животных. Мы видели енота - он приходил каждый вечер и переворачивал мусорки, и морскую свинку.
Не понравился бассейн, создавалось впечатление что он грязый (возможно из-за цвета дна, так казалось), хотя егоо чистили каждый день, причем чистильщик приходил в самое активное для отдыха время и это было некомфортно. Не очень хороший пляж перед домом. И люди, отдыхающие перед твоими окнами.

There was a horrible smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom throughout our stay - it was really disgusting and made us feel uncomfortable. My three year old son did not want to use the toilet because of the horrible smell. The kitchen was dirty and poorly equipped - we had to wash all dishes we used before using them as they were not very clean. The bathroom was not very clean either and the balcony floor was very dirty. The water pressure was very low when we arrived and the hot water did not work. On the second day of ourstay the water stopped working in the middle of my shower in the morning. When we came back in the late afternoon, the water stopped working again after five minutes. Only after two hours wait time did the water finally start working again with a better water pressure. There was only one employee around to deal with the water issue affecting all 14 apartments who just told us to wait. The bathroom and kitchen in the apartment are also quite old and in need of renovation. We were really disappointed with our choice. We do not understand why this accommodation received so many good reviews in the past . For the price we paid, we expected something better.

W apartamencie panował okropny zapach, było także bardzo brudno. Szczególnie w kuchni oraz w łazience. Nikt nas też nie przywitał ani nie pożegnał, na recepcji spotkaliśmy pracownika tylko raz w ciągu naszego pobytu. Jacuzzi na dachu było odkryte, brudne i z zimną wodą.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Cadre et vue exceptionnel... levé du soleil sur la mer, appartement spacieux et très confortable, piscine vue sur mer, transats et hamacs, isolé au milieu de la jungle...il y a des singes qui passent dans la propriété fin de journée, les tortues qui viennent pondre sur la plage la nuit en saison...c est un endroit isolé mais fantastique... prévoyez de faire quelques courses avant d arriver. C'était notre première location en arrivant au Mexique..juste fabuleux.je recommande vivement.
Je n' ai pas fait de photos de l appartement mais cela correspond parfaitement aux photos de l annonce.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, super Zimmer und extrem freundliches Personal. Abends ab ca. 22 Uhr kann man Wasserschildkröten am Strand beobachten und nachmittags kommen Affen aufs Grundstück um Früchte zu essen es war wirklich super interessant. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort zum Abschluss unserer Rundreise und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es gab auch trotz der derzeitigen Plage nur sehr wenig Seegras am Strand. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, dafür hat man dort halt absolute Ruhe.
Wasserzufuhr ist mal ausgefallen aber das gehört zum Mexiko Abenteuer einfach dazu.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025C'est une superbe résidence en bord de mer, au calme, où les tortues viennent pondre sur la plage. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir les observer. Autour du site, c'est la jungle et dans le jardin nous avons vu des singes, coatis, ratons laveurs. L'appartement que nous avons loué est très confortable (bonne literie, cuisine équipée, salon avec canapé et fauteuils) et bien décoré. Il faut penser à faire ses courses avant de venir car il n'y a pas de magasin alimentaire à proximité immédiate à pied. Il y a une superbe piscine avec vue sur la mer et sur le toit un rooftop avec une petite salle de sport, deux jacuzzi, des hamacs...et une vue magnifique sur la côte et la jungle. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était adorable et nous a expliqué comment et quand observer les tortues.
Notre séjour a malheureusement été trop court (une seule nuit), nous voulions dormir à courte distance de l'aéroport pour prendre un vol le lendemain (il y avait seulement 25 minutes de route et c'était parfait). Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps dans ce superbe lieu !

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025L’endroit est magnifique, nous étions au 3e étage avec 3 chambres, 3 balcons et 3 SDB, très bel appartement d’ailleurs. La vue que nous avions était magnifique! Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est sympathique et le check-in a été super rapide, et même que nous avons pu avoir l’appartement plus tôt. Serviettes fournies pour la plage et la piscine. Endroit vraiment tranquille donc idéal pour relaxer!
La propreté en général..la piscine est magnifique mais avait une couleur douteuse et complètement brouillée. Les transats mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Le plancher de ma douche n’était pas propre du tout avec des « touffes » de cheveux. Il n’y avait aucun tapis de douche ni aucunes serviettes à mains dans aucune des 3 salles de bains. Bref, des petites choses qui pourraient être améliorées facilement pour améliorer encore plus le bel endroit.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025We had an amazing trip , Angelina 28 apartments super comfortable the personal is super friendly,it's a property by the ocean to me lock great is hard to keep everything spotless since sand and some guest did not pick up after them selfs but over all was a great experience, my kids get to see some wild life iguanas, turtles and other animals the live there ,we stay 5 nights the first three the ocean didn't lock so good little sargazo on it but the last 2 night the ocean clear out and we had some beautiful views, it's about 10 min driving from Puerto Morelos market stores not bad for groceries if you had transportation.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025El lugar es muy lindo. El departamento muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, cocina y utensilios de cocina. La playa es rocosa pero linda.
El personal es muy amable. Pudimos ver tortugas marinas intentando hacer su nido, nos dijeron que en esa playa solo escarban, pero no hacen nidos al final, porque hay mucha piedra y se van a playas aledañas.
A considerar: no hay recepción 24 horas y la limpieza del departamento no la hacen diario, aunque creo que se puede solicitar de ser necesario. Así que es más tipo Airbnb.
Creo que si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

The pool was murky and full of bird poop. We considered it unusable. Most of the deck chairs as well as the roof top chairs were also dirty and ripped. The roof top
hot tub (one on the left) had a ring of brown sludge around the top. My finger could clean it so it wasn't any kind of mineral stain.

Ubicacion perfecta, entre puerto morelos, que tienen barrera entonces la playa siempre esta limpia, y cerca de playa der carmen hacia el otro lado para ir a cenar o actividades.
Por supuesto que regresaremos!!!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025It's next to the beach and a pool that seemed like it had beach water in it, warm water.
The location isn't great. You definitely need a car to get around. No stores near, until about 15 minutes away. No cleaning supplies like a broom, for crumbs we spilled on the ground. No mop for shower, since water gets out since there's no door or curtain
