Lejos del centro pero buena ubicación dentro de Punta Cocos.

Calidad/precio muy buena. La playa cercana ideal para el baño y relax; hay opción de ir por libre o estar en beach club. A 15min andando está punta-cocos y playa dle poeta donde se pueden ver flamencos y hay beach-club y columpios. Puede parecer que está lejos del centro pero para la playa nos pareció mejor la cercana y con el grupo fe restaurantes cercano (a 10 min, donde la Cabane etc) y los minisuper que teníamos cerca nos apañamos muy bien. La piscina está fenomenal, hay tumbonas, mesitas etc. Dentro de la hab teníamos nevera y zona de mesa. No se puede cocinar, ni microondas ni fuego. Solamente cafetera o calentar agua y alguna preparación basica tipo ensalada o bocadillo.

El taxi al puerto o al centro son 200 pesos; pero en general moverse por la isla salvo andando sale caro. Las excursiones que ofrece el alojamiento son más caras que si te acercas al puerto o la plaza y las negocias tú. Como aspecto de mejora, falta alguna zona para tender bañadores o toallas. El alojamiento podría ofrecer un 2do set de toallas para playa o piscina; incluso alquilar gafas de snorkel. Se echa también de menos poder tomar alguna bebida fria o aperitivo en la piscina (aunque con la nevera y los super cercanos se puede apañar, pero hay que preverlo). También convendría habilitar alguna zona para tener las maletas, colgar ropa etc. El armario ropero dentro del wc no nos pareció buena idea porque olía a humedad.

La proximité d’avec la plage, la piscine et le calme. La literie est très confortable et les chambres sont climatisées avec présence supplémentaire de ventilateurs. Monsieur Perez a l’accueil nous a donné plusieurs informations sur les activités, restaurants sur l’île et s’est occupé de nous fournir un taxi pour notre arrivée et notre départ.

De l’eau potable à disposition serait appréciable. Nous avons dû redemander papier wc et gel douche car il n’y avait pas assez. Nous pensions pouvoir cuisiner mais la cuisine n’est pas équipée pour. Enfin nos enfants ont fermé un matin leur chambre avec les clés à l’intérieur et nous avons attendu plus d’une heure qu’on vienne leur ouvrir.

Excelente trato de Luis, muy amable, muy rapido para dar atencion y soluciones si necesitas ayuda. El establecimiento esta muy a gusto y limpio. La habitacion era un poco mas grande de lo que esperaba y tenia refri.

Cuando llegué , la señora que creo es la encargada del hotel, le hablo grosera a Luis, el de la recepción mientras Luis me daba atención. Un trato así frente a un huesped que acaba de llegar es de muy mal gusto y deja muy mal sabor también. Uno esta ahi de vacaciones para pasarla bien no para que lo pongan incomodo, y todo nomas porque la seniora tenia hambre y se queria ir a comer y lo apuraba a Luis que me estaba atendiendo a mi para hacerme el chek in!

Séjour incroyable, gros coup de cœur pour Holbox et un grand merci au réceptionniste pour ses bons conseils, sa disponibilité, ses services, il s’est occupé de nous livrer des vélos, faire venir un taxi. Superbe emplacement pour aller à pied à la plage de Punta coco et des flamants roses et piscine incroyable.

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h, qui est l'heure de check-in et avons trouvé l'hôtel fermé. Nous sommes restés sous le soleil, chargés de nos valises pendant près de 15 minutes dehors.... Ce sont finalement des clientes qui nous ont ouvert. Personne à l'accueil pendant près 15 minutes après être entrés. A 15h30 nous avons pu récupérer les clés par nous-mêmes... Plus tard dans l'après-midi, nous avons enfin rencontré le réceptionniste. Très antipathique. il ne s'est pas excusé que nous ayons trouvé porte close à notre arrivée !! En fin d'après-midi, nous nous rendons compte qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans notre chambre, constaté par le réceptionniste. Là encore aucune excuse.... Le lendemain, au moment du check-out, une autre personne s'est occupée de nous. Nous lui avons expliqué la situation, mais il nous a refusé tout geste commercial... Bref le service est déplorable !!! Enfin la chambre pourrait être beaucoup mieux, aucun meuble pour poser ses affaires, à part la table à manger et deux petites tables de chevet... Le réfrigérateur fuyait... il manquait une télécommande pour le ventilateur...

La amabilidad del personal, especialmente en recepción fue destacada! por lo demás el lugar tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Le logement était spacieux, propre et offrait une magnifique vue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec ses hamacs. Notre plage préférée, Playa Coco, se trouvait juste à côté. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentif à nos besoins.

La piscine n’était pas très bien entretenue, mais après notre remarque, ils ont immédiatement fait le nécessaire. Nous aurions apprécié avoir une machine à café ou une bouilloire dans la suite afin de profiter du petit déjeuner sur notre terrasse. Le rooftop est très grand et offre une superbe vue pour le coucher du soleil, mais il n’y a malheureusement aucun mobilier.

La habitación era grande y la cama cómoda. Vista a la piscina. A mí lo me importa subir escaleras.

Hubo una noche que no me hicieron limpieza, lo comenté y al día siguiente lo hicieron. Personal amable.

So this was the highlight of my trip to Mexico. The room was nice and cool when I arrived and everything was clean. I liked the fact they have a pool downstairs and towels are supplied as well. I was very impressed by this hotel. Will definitely plan on coming back.

Only downside was that it is a little ways from the town center but besides that everything was great.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli, la chambre est très spacieuse et le lit très bien. L’hôtel est certes situé un peu loin à pied du centre-ville d’holbox mais il y a quelques restaurants à 2 min à pieds et la plage punta coco à 10 min à pied.

Le seul bémol était le débit d’eau de la douche qui était faible

Luis était au petit soin et très arrangeant. Rapport qualité/prix. En face de la plage. Très grande chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Peut-être ajouter 2 assiettes et du gel douche ☺️

Super comfy, modern rooms, great views, great pool and wonderful, super helpful staff (thanks for everything, Faviola!) We also liked the distance from town as was fun cycling to a fro. The pizza places just down the road (10min walk) are great, as are rooftop and beach sunsets (only 5min walk).

The road noise was awful. The supposedly "car free" island is heaving with CanAm 4x4 taxis that are SO LOUD, and unfortunately the hotel is on a main road from back of the island to town. They are a constant nuisance until around 1am every night. The hotel staff moved us from our lovely penthouse room to a small room poolside which was more tolerable but far from ideal. Also, the hotel isn't staffed at night. Although there are "quiet hours", it isn't policed meaning you run the risk of getting late night hostel vibes - with loud room or pool parties until late - like we did on our last night. Such a shame as its a lovely place. Its just not remotely peaceful, which is what we really hoped to get so far from town. There are definitely more peaceful places in town, so if you want peace, look in non-central town areas away from main throughroads.

Il y a une cuisine avec de la vaisselle et un réfrigérateur mais ni bouilloire ni cafetière ni rien pour cuire.

Everything was wonderful! The staff just incredible, room so clean and great. A bit further from the center , super quiet and cozy.

Struttura in stile new mexican semplice ma carina, niente di lussuoso, ma curata. Appartamento all'ultimo piano, di grande metratura , con ogni ambiente molto spazioso, pulito, ben fornito e curato nei dettagli. Vista a quasi 360°, vetrate luminose, terrazza privata ampia e terrazza comune sul tetto, molto grande dotata di amache, perfetta per ammirare le stelle di notte. Dintorni silenziosi e sicuri. Servizio noleggio bici per gli ospiti.

Bici a noleggio un po' care e soprattutto necessitano di manutenzione, cosa di cui mi sono dovuto occupare personalmente sia per le gomme sgonfie, che per i freni inefficaci o i cavalletti penzolanti. Staff molto giovane e per quanto disponibile, non sempre preparatissimo. Posizione molto isolata nel nulla. Le spiagge più vicine non sono affatto gradevoli, sembra più una zona lagunare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia principale o la zona centrale del paese con ristoranti, negozi e supermarket si deve prendere il taxi ogni volta oppure, come noi, pedalare tutto il giorno in bicicletta. La piscina è molto piccola per il numero di stanze e risulta un po' chiusa in un angolo, poco godibile. Solo scale e niente ascensore nella struttura. Infine l'armadio dei vestiti in bagno non mi è piaciuto per nulla, non ne capisco il senso, visto che spazio in camera ce ne era in abbondanza.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. Large room / suite size.

No coffee-making facilities whatsoever in the room / suite. No utensils whatsoever despite the suite having a kitchen / dining area. No bidet or similar (not all customers will want to use toilet paper and then leave it in the bin, as requested by the property). Lighting could be improved with warmer lighting and more lamps.

Nette kamers met keuken en zwembad. Lekkere douche en de airco werkte goed. Super vriendelijk personeel en mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren

La struttura è davvero eccezionale, comoda, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari.

La posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al centro e ci sono molte zanzare in quella parte dell'isola.

Alles war sehr sauber, großes Bett, extra Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche, großer Schrank, tolles Bad.

Die Toilettenspülung hat ab und zu nicht funktioniert, es wurde aber nach einer kurzen Meldung repariert. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile in unserem Apartment, aber kein Besteck oder Geschirr.

Staff upon arrival, denied I paid a for kitchen. "Why would you want a kitchen, there are restaurants" They finally brought me "kitchen facilities", all dirty including a fork with food on it, one plate and one bowl. Manager was argumentative not supportive. Wifi wasn't strong enough to bring up photos on Booking .com, I was told it was the "Whole Island Holbox" but my previous place had great wifi. No bathroom towels Not all guests are stupid and gullible as I was treated. Manager even gave me a hard time for asking that my bed got made properly. However, by the third day there was new staff who treated me courteously. My first few days were a loss, my last few days were comfortable. I can not recommend Casa del Sol.

Schöne ruhige location. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Velo oder zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Grosszügige Zimmer, super freundliche Rezeptionistin.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of your neighbours and stairs. The living room could use a couch or a beanbag to make it perfect :)

Nos hemos sentido muy bien durante nuestra estancia. El personal está muy disponible y amable. Fabiola estaba muy presente y nos ha ayudado para recomendaciones. Este hostel se situa al lado de bonitas playas y tiene un mirador sobre toda la isla ! Una maravilla !

הכל נקי מסודר מעוצב מהמם ונוח. החדר גדול המטבחון שימושי ונוח. הבריכה כיפית (די עמוקה יחסית למקומות אחרונים שהיינו ונקייה ממש!) הצוות היו מקסימים ועזרו לנו בכל מה שצריך . השכרנו מהמלון אופניים שהיו במחיר טוב ועזרו לנו להגיע לכל מקום שרצינו בקלות (המלון די רחוק מהמרכז אז האופניים היו די הכרחיים)

La Alberca está justo de tamaño adecuado y siempre limpia. La limpiaban a diario. Hay bastantes camastros y el patio está increíble con toda su vegetación. La habitación está enorme con comedor y cocina a la entrada, dormitorio con cama king enorme aparte, el baño con todo necesario: secadora, amenidades (shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha), caja de seguridad, closet con ganchos plancha con vapor en caso si requieren planchar ropa. En la cocina te dejan para tu uso café y azúcar, tienen cafetera. En refri te dejan como 5l de agua potable para tu uso. 2 aires uno en comedor y uno en dormitorio. El hotel está en una zona tranquila, cerca hay una tiendita y unos restaurantes. Al centro caminando van como 20 minutos. Está a 3 minutos de la playa hermosa, la verdad más limpia y bonita que en el centro. Igual más tranquila.

Cómo área de mejora podría ser solo más toallas en la habitación. Te dejan solo 2 toallas de baño. Dejaría al menos una más para la playa y una más de mano.

Très propre. L’appartement avec la chambre double est très grand. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Proche de la bioluminescence et de la plage de Punto coco. À 5 min à pied de la plage qui est très bien.
