Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The breakfast wasn’t bad, but needed a few savory things. Most of the items served were sweet. The location was in an Asian community, but I enjoyed the many options of Asian cuisine and safety was not an issue at all.
A refrigerator in the room would have been an ideal fixture.

The room is kind of small for two double beds. And my feet past the edge of the bed. Their continental breakfast is very basic. Wish there were more variety.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Good location near Brooklyn Chinatown. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Attached parking is convenient since street parking is nearly impossible. Small room was perfect for one person needing a place to sleep.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were not very attentive, and I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or addressed. The biggest issue is that the hotel took a $100 advance/deposit, and it has now been one month, but I still have not received my money back. I have tried to follow up about it, but the issue has still not been resolved. Overall, I did not have a good experience with the service, especially considering that my $100 deposit is still being held after a month. I would expect much better communication and customer service from a hotel.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026This was my second stay at his location. It's convenient, close to good coffee shops, restaurants, and the train, and the staff are super nice and helpful.
I really wish there was something offered for breakfast that was not full of sugar and that the coffee was stronger.

a full breakfast vs continental breakfast would make this a 10/10 for me !

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The room was very clean, the curtains were great to block the bright street lights, the continental breakfast was good. I loved the high end shampoo, conditioner, and soap! Tons of towels, premium tea and coffee (I'm a tea drinker and there's never good tea in hotels) maker, and well thought out room.
The bed was pretty lumpy and squeaked. My back hurts from sleeping on it for two days.

The rooms are a smaller but do the job well. There was no mini fridge in the room which was not a problem for me.
