We stayed only one night and we were very happy with the room. It was compact, but it was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Check-in was easy and had a place to store our luggage since we were early.

It seemed a bit expensive for what we got, but I think everything is too expensive now adays.

O hotel é excelente! A localização é fantástica, com fácil acesso às principais partes centrais da cidade, muito pertinho da quinta avenida e perto da Times Square pra quem gosta do agito. Também é super perto do metrô, o que foi ótimo para nós que fizemos o trajeto de chegada do JFK até o hotel, super simples. Fiquei com a minha irmã em um quarto com uma cama queen e nos atendeu super bem, estávamos com duas malas de 23kg e duas aviators e ainda assim conseguimos ficar super confortáveis. O quarto era SUPER limpo, com bom chuveiro, tínhamos água gratuita todos os dias no quarto e um crédito de 10 dólares por dia para usarmos no restaurante e no bar do hotel. A equipe também foi extremamente prestativa. Pedimos um late check-out no nosso último dia, pois nosso voo era apenas 20h30, e conseguimos sair 1h30 mais tarde. Um dos funcionários que guardou nossa bagagem após o check-out também nos informou que eles ofereciam corridas a preço fixo para o aeroporto (90 dólares), o que acabou fazendo sentido para nós, pois acabou custando U$20 a menos do que o preço do uber. O táxi chegou quinze minutos antes do horário e saímos com muita tranquilidade até o JFK. O custo-benefício foi ótimo, o hotel é realmente super bom. Recomendo muito!

רעש של המזגן בחדר. ככל הנראה הבעיה ידוע כי יש אוטמי אוזניים בחדר ובאמת פעם ראשונה בחיי השתמשתי בהם ועוד במלון שעולה 1000 ש"ח ללילה! בנוסף, באחד הימים לא ניקו את החדר עד השעות המאוחרות של הצהריים (אחרי 16:00) דבר שהקשה על סדר היום. למרות שנגשנו לדלפק בשעה 15:00 וביקשנו לנקות את החדר כדי לנוח צהריים, קיבלנו תשובה לאקונית שישתדלו אבל לא מבטיחים ובאמת לא עשו זאת.

Location is very central from everything, good hotel atmosphere - although really don't expect to meet anyone if you're travelling alone- the bar doesn't really give that lounge/chill vibe, handy man was friendly and trying his best, gym was small but had everything for a good workout (quite busy at 7 am). Room was small but it's NY, actually lots of space to put stuff (under bed, on counter, small chair) wish they had one more shelf maybe. Housekeeping did ok considering the wear and tear on a lot of things. Smart TV appreciated.

Front desk staff gave attitude 4 times out of 5 sollicitations, for really normal things (asking for bike ticket, time of chekout etc) like they were bothered or just seemed above you. Restaurant staff seems bothered to have the check asked on the 10$ credit we get daily.. which is quite ironic. I thought the bed matress would be bad when I first sat on it, turns out it was average, def not high quality matress. Room has a nice feel and decoration, and its nice to come back to on a full day out, but if you look closer : carpet is stained and disgusting (had to cover it with clean towels daily), blind is dirty and got stuck I had to ask for the handy man to repair. Shower knob has wear & tear (like really just almost rusty) and kept falling off leaving marks on the shower floor, I had to ask the handy man to repair. The little sitting stool in fabric was dirty, just put some bags on it. 4 of the 6 USB port didn't work and that couldn't be repaired. The AC is VERY loud but I guess at least it covers the noise of neighboors (you will hear them cough and be on the phone).

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room and how staff cleaned the room. Free water and snacks was also a plus. Location was superb.

Staff was sometimes not very friendly. They just answer and expect us to just go after an answer. There was a bias with spanish speaking staff that helped mainly spanish speaking. There was a werid charge of 64 euros before the day of the checkout. which was corrected later. Deposit was un hold one day before. And my keys were locked because of that. That we found very unconvient

Yes, the rooms are very small, but given the price and the location this hotel is excellent. It’s located right in the heart of New York, so it’s very easy to get pretty much anywhere and many sights are within walking distance. The hotel has quite a high-end, quality feel - apart from the size of the rooms. The lobby area is nice and the lifts have a clever system, which works really well. The rooms are tiny (the shower and the toilet are basically just cabins in the room, so there is no separate bathroom), but well thought-out. If you don’t intend to spend lots of time in the room and don’t mind not having much privacy, then the size is not a huge issue.

The air-conditioning is loud, which is pretty annoying. We stayed in two rooms (on two separate occasions). One of the rooms was next to an electric cupboard, which created additional noise. The other room was slightly bigger but not all the charging ports worked. Some receptionists weren’t friendly.

I had left my 18carat gold necklace with smalls diamond stones on the heart pendant in the room on top of the table by the land line phone and the TV unit , and when we came back to the hotel room, my necklace was missing , after searching through the room and not finding my necklace, I rang the receptionist who was on shift to report and I also emailed my complaint to the manager with the picture of my necklace that was missing attached , 24hours gone and I never heard back from them, I have follow up, but no response or any word from them until our stay finished and back to England .

Posizione super comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi da Times Square. Inoltre ci hanno dato la camera al 37 esimo piano, perciò avevamo una vista stupenda.

Al momento del check-in ci è stato consegnato un foglio che indicava la possibilità di usufruire di un pass illimitato per le biciclette. Quando però siamo andati a prenderle, abbiamo scoperto che ci era permesso solo di usufruire di uno sconto, con un massimo di 19 dollari, quindi di fatto non si trattava affatto di un pass illimitato come ci era stato comunicato. Inoltre non funziona con i numeri italiani, perciò non abbiamo proprio potuto usufruirne. Per scusarsi del disservizio ci sono stati offerti due buoni per la colazione, ma anche in questo caso il servizio non era assolutamente paragonabile a quello che ci era stato inizialmente presentato: la scelta durante la colazione era molto limitata, non è stato possibile ordinare liberamente ciò che si desidera.

Localização perfeita, na Times facilita muito a vida.Inclusive o Metro do JFK vem direto a estação próxima do hotel.Tem uma maquina com agua quente, fria ou gelada no Lobby.Muito bom. Funcionários ótimos.Consegui entrar de manhã sendo que meu Check in era as 16 horas.Isso me deu mais um dia pra aproveitar a cidade.Chuveiro e cama ótima.

Tamanho do quarto talvez, um pouco pequeno.Mas consigo entender os motivos. Essa localização é caríssima e é preciso otimizar o espaço.

- Locatie is echt midden tussen alle attracties. Alles goed te lopen en dicht bij de metro’s. Wel meeeega druk, drukste punt van NYC. Voor mij was het de derde keer in NYC, dus vond het daarom echt te druk en had de meeste dingen al gezien. / Tip: Neem geen taxi’s: te druk punt, duurt lang in de drukte en duur. Metro 3 dollar en 3x zo snel. Helemaal omdat bijna elke metro een verbinding heeft naar times square. - Elke dag 10 dollar te besteden, waardoor ontbijt niet zo duur was. / Tip: Ontbijt was echt top, zeker proberen! - Ik boekte via Booking en hoefde niet meer de tax te betalen. Geen verrassingen. - Lekkere douche. - Kleine compacte kamer, alles wat je nodig hebt. / Tip: als je echt ruimte wilt: boek buiten Manhattan. - Aardig personeel. - Dagelijks schone handdoeken en bed opgemaakt. Dagelijks vers water op je kamer!

- De airco maakte best veel lawaai. Toen ik hierover belde kwam er direct iemand het probleem oplossen. Super! Echter bleef het geluid na repareren vrij luid. Ik heb er prima om geslapen, maar als je last hebt van gehorigheid is dit misschien niet fijn. - Toen ik kwam zat er bloed op mijn toilet, ik heb dit kenbaar gemaakt. Er werd gevraagd om een foto, deze had ik niet, omdat ik met hoge nood moest plassen en het heb schoongemaakt. Hiermee was het onderwerp gesloten, wat ik begrijp, maar ergens ook iets vreemd vond. Ik heb er geen punt van gemaakt, maar bloed is wel echt best kwalijk. Verder was het oprecht hartstikke schoon!

The location was excellent, with a very nice view. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the room was quite small, it was very cleverly designed and well organized. We were two people with two large suitcases and two cabin bags, and we still managed to feel relatively comfortable. The room was also cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is fantastic and the facilities are amazing. The lobby and rooms are very nice, however the beds could be more comfortable. The staff, apart from the manager at reception were lovely and very welcoming. (Shoutout to the guy who does the luggage storage) Overall it’s a lovely hotel, with a nice vibe in the rooms, the complementary snacks and water were also a nice touch.

I wouldn’t share a room with anyone you’re not close with as there’s no real wall between the room and the bathroom, just frosted glass. I am coming back to NYC, just 10 days after this stay and unfortunately, despite the hotel being beautiful, the attitude I got from one of the reception team has put me off staying, therefore this trip I’ll be staying somewhere else in Times Square.

Die Lage am Times Square ist perfekt. Nah zur Bahn und somit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Zimmer das wir gebucht haben war mit 13m2 und Etagenbett zu dritt schon knapp bemessen, aber machbar. Die Tür hat sehr geklemmt und ohne Klimaanlage wurde es sehr warm im Zimmer. Kleine Abstriche in Kauf genommen wegen der guten Lage

La habitación estuvo súper cómoda, climatización perfecta, muy buena ubicación, personal amable y servicial, hubieron beneficios adicionales como: poder consumir en el bar/café un determinado valor por día, y también sin costos adicionales guardar el equipaje. En mi caso la habitación era solo para mí, asi que en cuanto espacio y privacidad estuvo muy bien, pude regular el agua de la ducha sin problemas y descansar perfectamente en la cómoda cama grande.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Efectivamente cobran un depósito por noche, pero si te indican que dicho valor adicional será reversado a la tarjeta de crédito.

Plutôt très déçue... pour le prix franchement ! Déjà L'odeur affreuse dans le hall .. La clim extrêmement bruyante même éteinte ! (Prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles !). Mais alors le pompon c'est la salle de bain ! Elle est ds la chambre ... Il n'y a aucune porte rien ... Les photos n'étaient absolument pas clair et j'ai dû remonter très loin les commentaires afin de connaître ce détail . Il n'y a absolument AUCUNE INTIMITÉ ! Si vous n'êtes pas en couple et encore ... C'est vraiment pas pratique a 200€ la nuit honnêtement c'est très moyen . Un paroie coulissante ou même un rideau serai plus pratique. La aucune insonorisation des toilettes ou de la douche . La chambre est requiqui soit c'est NYC... Le lit n'est pas un king size contrairement a ce qui était annoncé ... La vue sur la ville bof aussi ... Le crédit de 10 dollars parlons en .. déjà vous ne pouvez pas prendre quelqueschose pour deux tant les prix sont élevés mais même quand vous êtes en dessous (j'ai acheté un croissant à 6 dollars donc même avec les taxes j'étais en dessous ... Des 10 dollars Et bien j'ai comme même été facturé de 2 dollars...) je n'ai donc pas profité tous les jours de ce crédit... The staff was wonderful! The bartender really made my daughter feel special for her bday and our first time in NYC for her bday! Room had a great view and location was super walkable to our Broadway show. We felt safe and our room was quiet. The happy hour was great too as was the burger we had!

Not much to dislike. The room was small but we weren’t there for the room so it was all we needed for two of us.

Economy-geared chain of Hilton, but has everything you would need for a short stay in the City. Room is compact, but clean and has all the modern essentials you would need. Staff at Reception are really helpful, as well as free baggage storage. Booking also included several perks such as daily E-Bike pass and $10 per day to spend at the Lobby Bar on some decent croissants or a drink. Location is obviously hectic being literally 60 seconds from the Times Square steps, and the Lobby is subsequently always pretty busy, but as a base spot it’s handy for getting about. There’s a no frills supermarket directly across the road too to get any supplies.

Staffers/ the fire alarm system scared me-I ran from 27th floor to ground floor only to be informed it was a wrong alert.

The staff members were very kind and informative. I requested an early check-in in advance and they accommodated me as soon as a room was available, which was technically 3 hours before their 4pm check-in time. The room was compact but perfect for solo travel. The view was great. The bed was comfortable. Even the water, snacks, and ear plugs were a nice touch.

In proximity to the key attractions. Quite satisfied with all the facilities we needed.
