The room is a good size and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are spacious and everything was very clean. The bar in the lobby is really nice and the staff in general are very professional.

The air conditioning in our first room was quite loud but they very kindly let us change to a quieter room.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location and room was very modern. It was just very well setup and it was nice to arrive into the hotel with a fairly large foyer area and decorated beautifully. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I dont think there was anything i could have asked for more.

The location was perfect and super close to Times Square. We even found a fantastic café just around the corner from the hotel! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only minor downside was the room amenities—it would be great if they provided a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room.

I love this wonderfully friendly hotel. It is in a great, and enviable location, with amazing staff who are all helpful and always smiling. Each staff member, no matter their role at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Daniel and the other front desk staff are very, very helpful, the housekeepers for the floor we were on were smiling, and made sure our room was always clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, and that the toiletries were topped up. Security was smiling and provided umbrellas when necessary, remembering when our Airport shuttle was booked for, collecting our luggage as necessary.

The manager and some of the people at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude. They charged the room wrong and were unable to provide an itemized receipt despite the various requests made. The manager laughed at my family and I and treated us in a very unprofessional way. Told me that he was going to email me the receipt prior to charging the card on file and never followed through with it but did make the unauthorized charge. Would not recommend staying here

If you're okay with Times Square noise then I would recommend this place. The room is good with huge bathroom considering city. AC is loud but times square noise surpasses it. The best thing was the water station on 6th and 8th floor which saved our water cost for 4 days. They provided us kettle on request which was amazing as we needed hot water. They do have mini fridge as well. The checkin was smooth and they do take 300$ deposit. Make sure you do it by credit card. I would recommend this stay if you want something close to times square and okay with the rush.

One issue was that the room floor was not vacuumed properly which we could see as some dirt was present in the corners which I would like the management to look at. Even after room service it wasn't cleaned.

The room was so quiet despite being only a block from Times Square! The staff were wonderful and even had umbrellas we could borrow when it started raining. The location was amazing and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hallways were a little humid. But it was also very hot and humid outside. The rooms however were perfectly cool.

The room was nice, but it's NY so it's a little low on the Sq Ft. Bed was comfortable. The location couldn't be too much better if you want to be in the middle of the action in Times Square, you are close to everything there.

There wasn't much not to like. All rooms in NY are pretty expensive, so getting what you pay for isn't possible like it is in other places, but in NYC it's all about location, location location, so it was fairly priced given that it was the middle of NYC and there are lots of surrounding hotels, who charge more and you get less.

The room was much more spacious than expected and nicer than I remember from my last time staying there. I like the open unstocked refrig.

I wish that you coffee in the room.

A great sized room in a clean, friendly and safe hotel on the doorstep of Times Square and Broadway.

The hotel has an good location, right next to Times Square. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was very spacious and comfortable for all family. The breakfast was also good.

Our room was on the fifth floor and faced the main street. Unfortunately, this meant that it was quite noisy, both because of the general activity in the area and because of the roadworks taking place outside.

The location couldn't be beat. It was just off Times Square, but not in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself was very well appointed with a nice bar/restaurant and nicely updated decor. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was one of the largest ones I've stayed in while in NYC and was very clean. Also, the cleaning staff were sooo sweet and kind.

My only complaint was minor, but the bed was a little too firm for me, but I'm sure some people would have managed just fine. The room overall was easily a 9.5/10 for me.

This is our 2nd time staying at The Muse New York, we absolutely love it! Fantastic location beside Times Square. The hotel is great with spacious, comfortable rooms but it’s the friendly and helpful staff that really stand out. A special mention to Daniel in particular. On both of our stays, he has been incredibly knowledgeable, made great suggestions and always went above and beyond to help. He really made our stays that much better! Highly recommend The Muse.

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours. L'emplacement est idéal à côté de Time Square, et proche du métro. La chambre familiale avec deux grands lits est de belle taille, literie très confortable, la salle de bain est grande avec deux vasques et une très belle grande douche. Nous avons très bien dormi. La climatisation ne nous à pas dérangé comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires. Il y a un bureau et la chambre est grande pour quatre personnes. Le personnel de l'accueil et de la réception est très agréable, très serviable et souriant.

Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas digne de cet établissement : nous sommes restés pendant 8 jours avec de la poussière sur le bureau, les tables de nuit, et le sol en parquet. Pareil pour le sol de la salle de bain pas très propre. Nous avons dû demander à la réception chaque jour une serviette complémentaire, Nous étions quatre, et seulement trois serviettes étaient déposées par le service d'entretien des chambres. 1 fois où 2 on veut bien qu'il y ait un oubli mais devoir appeler chaque jour là réception c'était désagréable.

Excellent stay! The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The location was perfect, and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only downside was the breakfast, which we felt was not worth the price. There were very limited options, and you could only choose three items per day, including coffee. The food choices were always the same: yogurt, fruit, muffin, and croissant. More variety and flexibility would definitely improve the breakfast experience.

Place is well maintained, comfortable and in great locating if you seek to be accommodated near times square. its also quite and rooms are fair in their size. its an amazing choice to my opinion

the shower faucet in my room was a loose - but my room was changed shortly after. there is no "tea and coffee" set nor a way to heat water in the room.

What an incredible weekend in New York! The Muse is in a fantastic location, close to tons of great restaurants and easy Metro access. The front desk team was excellent, especially Angel, who made us feel incredibly welcome. We were in town to see Hamilton, which is literally about a two-minute walk from the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover The Pocket, an intimate jazz venue tucked into the lower lobby of The Muse. Such a cool addition to the hotel. Coffee at Little Opus was great as well. I didn’t catch the name of the barista who helped me, but she was wonderful. All in all, a fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location with a great team. We’ll absolutely be back!

Stayed here for a couple of nights when we wanted to visit NYC to show our 2 sons (11 and 7) the city for the first time. Decided on The Muse based on the good reviews, location (near Time Square), available parking, and 2 queen bed rooms (as opposed to doubles). Service was top notch (Angel at the front was particularly excellent), the room was spacious and clean, and the location was fabulous, a block or so off Time Square so near enough to everything, but not right in Times Square with the noise and crowds. We’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we decide to visit the city.

Le pulizie hanno lasciato a desiderare, cosa che non mi aspetto in un quattro stelle. Ho dovuto chiedere il cambio asciugamani, i dispenser saponi semi vuoti, il termostato non funzionava ( o meglio la temperatura minima era quella impostata per forza e per noi era troppo fredda. Il tutto segnalato ovviamente in reception.

The Muse Hotel was a beautiful as the description stated. Conveniently located that we could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Daniel, Patrick were excellent in information, suggestions at any request we made and Jan with those truffle fries were addictive. We definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

No views, no coffee maker or kettle in the room, ice machine was broken at our level. I have to say they brought us ice every time we asked for it, and they also gave us a kettle when we requested one.

My husband and I did a quick trip to New York, my first time there, for our Anniversary and stayed at The Muse. This was an excellent place to stay. The staff is remarkable! They upgraded us to a great room on the top floor. It was quiet (though we could hear Times Square, but it didn't bother us), clean, and very well laid out. They have a great lounge in the basement, we just peaked in one night, we wish we actually stayed (but we were exhausted), and they have a great breakfast, snack bar. They offer ice and water on the 17th floor and on the main floor (these were the closest for us) and it was so convenient to fill the water bottles we brought with us. It was so close to everything. 6 minute walk to Rockefeller Center, about a 15 minute walk to the Empire State Building. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Central park, which was beautiful. Such a walkable city! We would definitely stay here again!

destaco la atencion del front desk de Dan, super cordial y servicial. en el sector desayuno la atencion de Hernan, siempre buena onda y nos daba tips del clima y lugares para recorrer. la habitscion super amplia, eramos 4 y estaba fantastica, el baño doble bacha, muy bueno todo.

el ruido del aire acondicionado, lo teniamos que apagar para dormir. la vista desde el cuarto era lateral, medio oscura y no sabiamos bien si habia sol o llovia.

Los accesible que estaba de todo para moverse, a caminar o en cualquier transporte

Considero que hay grandes oportunidades de mejorar en el ofrecimiento del desayuno incluido

L’établissement est bien situé et permet aisément de s’orienter vers tous les lieux emblématiques de New-York. L’hôtel est très propre et les chambres confortables avec une bonne literie.

Je n’ai pas apprécié de devoir justifier à plusieurs reprises les prestations que j’avais déjà réglées, notamment les petits-déjeuners, que l’hôtel considérait comme non inclus alors que Booking avait clairement confirmé dans la réservation qu’ils étaient compris. Cette situation a donné lieu à plusieurs échanges inutiles. J’ai également dû justifier à nouveau le nombre de personnes concernées, alors même que la prestation proposée est loin de correspondre à un véritable petit-déjeuner continental : elle se limite à une boisson, une viennoiserie et un yaourt, ou à deux œufs durs. Ce sentiment est d’autant plus désagréable qu’au moment du check-out, plusieurs prestations supposément consommées en chambre ou au lobby m’ont été facturées alors qu’elles n’avaient jamais été consommées. Au final, 20,80 dollars m’ont été débités pour une consommation que j’avais pourtant déjà réglée directement en espèces au bar de l’hôtel. Cette gestion de la facturation manque clairement de professionnalisme et vient gâcher l’expérience du séjour. Il est particulièrement désagréable de devoir constamment justifier des prestations qui ont déjà été payées ou qui sont clairement incluses dans la réservation. Attention également à la vérification des factures et des consommations avant le départ : les erreurs de facturation peuvent rapidement nuire à l’expérience globale du client. À cela ajouter le bruit des climatiseurs des hôtels et immeubles positionnés sur l’espace intérieur qui rendent les nuits et journées bruyantes et de manière permanente. Bref, qualité des chambres, le reste est perfectible et le client ne devrait avoir à justifier ce qu’il a réservé et payé !

La rue devant l’hôtel était très sale (de nombreuses poubelles au sol), l’entrée de l’hôtel qui ne sent vraiment pas bon.

For sure, The Muse Hotel in Times Square is my new favorite place to stay (and I have tried many!) near Times Square. It's far enough away from the noise, yet a short walk to the heart of Times Square, so great for going to see a Broadway Play or a short walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue Shopping Area, and many other mid-town sites. So that checks off the LOCATION box. The hotel is modern, updated, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Barbara and Waku, for taking care of my guests! Now, the room was an unexpected delight! Very clean and modern elegance in its decor. The room I booked had 2 queen sized beds, and two sinks in the bathroom! What a time saver that is so you can have your own sink. Side-by-side teeth brushing (no having to wait my turn). The other unexpected feature that exceeded our expectations was the SHOWER! What an amazing shower!!! Rain Shower Head and a hand-held shower head that you can use simultaneously and have enough water pressure to pin you to the wall (the shower pressure is the best ever!) The water does not have any smell or issues, like other old hotels have. Something good must have been done with the water in this hotel, because they also have carafes in the room where you can fill them with filtered water (they also have a bottle filler in the lobby). The only downside is these water filler stations are on every other floor and not every floor. The room included a small fridge and a safe and good space for luggage. As I work when I am on vacation, it also had a nice desk with easy plug access for my laptop, so I could do a little work while vacationing in NYC. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast (way better than other hotels), and the bar area. A hotel that is a fun, exceptional place that I will book again and again! Outstanding Job, MUSE!

This is an excellent hotel in a location that cannot be beat! We were one block from Times Square but far enough removed that we didn't hear noise on the 14th floor. We were able to walk to all Broadway shows/theaters we wanted to. The subway lines were very nearby. There were plenty of delicious restaurants close enough to enjoy. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room size was more than comfortable for 3 people in a 2 Queen Executive Room. The bathroom was huge with a Jack and Jill sink which was handy. The shower's water pressure was excellent (there were two options for water - a rain shower head and a hand held nozzle). The water temperature was easy to maintain. The breakfast was delicious and the person behind the counter was also super friendly, creating a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The overall value was exceptional, and I will definitely be making this my hotel of choice when visiting NYC.

The location is amazing, walking distance to a lot of attractions and broadway musical, many foods even late midnight still open in the area. All the staffs also very friendly as well as the bell boy that took care of our luggage. Recommended to stay here while in NY.
