Elevator system was very efficient! Breakfast selection and eating area is very spacious and clean.

Granted it was under construction but noisy. Wish they offered parking service instead of parking on our own.

Los ascensores siempre estaba llenos, tocaba esperar mucho tiempo para tomar alguno.

Onestamente non abbiamo riscontrato particolari problematiche sugli ascensori come indicato in molte recensioni. Il flusso delle colazioni era tutto sommato ben gestito anche negli orari di punta. Ottima la posizione essendo a due passi da Times Square.

Il refill dell'acqua è stato fuori uso per tutta la settimana di soggiorno. I lavori in corso nella reception non hanno permesso di avere un'accoglienza adeguata. Colazione abbondante ma uguale tutti i giorni.

The location, it was close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were helpful and friendly, I really appreciated them, especially for them helping me check in early due to my flight change.

For the price, I did not like that there was damage in the bathroom. The window being fogged up, you could see a past guest had wiped it to look out. It was a small room, but thankfully we didn’t stay in it much. But for $500 for one night, you’re just paying for location.

Pozione e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona la colazione anche se bisogna andarci nelle prime ore di apertura per evitare coda e attese. Comodo il self market all’ingresso hotel per bibite e snack.

Niente di particolare, bisogna solo portare pazienza con gli ascensori per le attese. Ma è normale per strutture così grosse e soprattutto non è in tutte le fasce orarie.

Café da manhã. Pouca variedade, muita gente , sem condições. Não vale a pena pagar com café incluso, precisa ter muita paciência, espaço pequeno pelo excesso de pessoas ao mesmo tempo.

Great location right in Times Square and really good value that includes a good hot breakfast buffet. This is the second time I have stayed here with my family and would highly recommend it for a tourist stay. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Both times we were able to request early check-in. We were also able to leave our bags here after we checked out since our train home was not until the evening.

There was some construction going on that made the lobby a little cramped but not a big deal. The rooms are small, like all NYC hotel rooms in this price range, but they are well equipped with hooks, shelves and cubbies to store your stuff efficiently. The elevators get really crowded in the morning so you do have to be patient.

Una posizione semplicemente fantastica, perfetta per chi visita New York per la prima volta. La vicinanza alla metropolitana e la comodità per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città hanno reso gli spostamenti incredibilmente semplici e agevoli. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, che si è rivelata varia e davvero valida per iniziare al meglio la giornata e la comodità del servizio gratuito per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

L'hotel è bello e all'arrivo la stanza profumava di pulito e in ordine. Tuttavia, abbiamo notato che durante il soggiorno, con il servizio di pulizia a giorni alterni, il pavimento non veniva spazzato o lavato adeguatamente. Basterebbe un po' di attenzione in più nella costanza delle pulizie per rendere l'esperienza davvero impeccabile.

Posizione ideale per visitare New York (a pochi passi da Times Square). Molto utile la presenza di erogatori di acqua e ghiaccio nei piani. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La colazione purtroppo è stata carente di prodotti Gluten Free (presente solo il pane) ed il personale non era informato al riguardo. (nonostante l'avessimo segnalato all'atto della prenotazione). La dimensione della camera non è idonea per quattro persone.

La ubicación es estupenda . Junto a Time Square. No hay ruido en la calle y se puede descansar bien. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas.

El desayuno es poco variado. Hay algunas cosas calientes como huevos o salchichas. tortitas y pan. Se hecha de menos embutido para hacerse un bocata. Lo único que hay para el pan es mantequilla y mermelada , nada de embutido. Falta leche caliente . El yogurt está bueno pero se acaba pronto. Muy masificado el salón del desayuno. Hay que hacer cola y es difícil encontrar mesa. Otra cosa que no me ha gustado es la espera tan grande para conseguir ascensor. Estábamos en la planta 14 y tras una larga espera casi siempre estaba lleno con lo cual teníamos que bajar por las escaleras.

Come già riferito da altri clienti, c’è affollamento negli ascensori e in sala colazione. Il segreto è richiedere una stanza nei piani bassi (a noi al check in ci hanno chiesto se avevamo preferenze per alto o basso piano). Al mattino scendevamo quindi a piedi e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di code. Per la colazione, è consigliabile andare tra le 7 e le 8, ma comunque abbiamo sempre trovato posto abbastanza velocemente.

Ótima localização para quem deseja ficar no coração da Times Square, limpeza, atendimento geral dos funcionários Tivemos um pequeno problema com o chuveiro, comunicamos à recepção e em 15 min foi enviado um funcionário da manutenção que prontamente solucionou o caso. Destaque para a alegria e simpatia da funcionária Inocência no atendimento do café da manhã, que aliás é sempre muito cheio, mas com uma logística de serviços e reposições incríveis.

O café da manhã no quesito variedade deixa a desejar. O sistema de elevadores (são 9 no total) funciona muito bem e um pouco de demora só acontece mesmo nos horários entre 9 e 12:00hs na coincidência entre os horários de café da manhã e checkout

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer casi todo lo imprescindible con metro muy cercano.

La habitación era un poco pequeña para cuatro personas y no hay apenas espacio para guardar las maletas . En el desayuno eché en falta más variedad de frutas, yogur sin azucar y no había nada de vegetales.

La situación del hotel es excepcional para visitar Nueva York, esta a menos de 5 minutos andando de Broadway y tienes una boca de metro a menos de 3 minutos desde la salida del hotel. El desayuno esta incluido en el precio. Los baños estaban limpios, el WIFI funciona perfectamente y la limpieza de la habitación aunque es cada dos días, es buena. La relación la calidad-precio nos salió muy bien para estar en la situación donde estaba y la calidad del hotel.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, para una familia de 4 personas, estábamos algo apretados, pero si al final el hotel lo usas para la ducharte y descansar, sobra. La limpieza de la habitación es cada dos días y el cambio de sabanas cada 4, ya te lo explican en recepción.

There is a huge problem with the hotel and all the customers agree, and the staff as well. The design software for the elevator, meaning the how it conducts itself to the floors, is the worst I have ever seen. It is nit uncommon, I was on the 26th floor, to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator to show up on my floor. And when it went down it would stop at most floors when half of them had no one there. One time the door opened up on the 12th floor and didn't close for 12 minutes. Sketchy wiring/mechanics/software. I feel bad for the people on the lower floors because when they got an elevator, during certain times, the elevator was full. Some people used the stairs. The security precaution of using the room key on the ground floor was good. I also noticed the cleaning people using the elevators while they were crowded, where NYC has had freight elevators since the beginning. Would this have solved many things? It just seemed that the elevators had very poor software and design. If there was an elevator man in the elevator, you wouldn't have these problems. So the AI and the person (Whom ever he/she is), should be fired. The present elevator system has to change. A lot of disappointed, frustrated, annoyed customers, This wouldn't be my 1st choice coming back to NYC. What I am curious about is, how can a 60/80/100 story skyscraper not have these problems to this extent? And they have been around for, well 1931 Empire State Building (100 floors).

Abbiamo pagato la stanza per noi 4 molto di più di quella da 3 dei nostri amici avendo le stesse dimensioni e con gli stessi letti da una piazza e mezzo (impossibile dormire in 2 adulti). La cosa più incredibile che le stanze sono piccolissime dove non si poteva nemmeno disfare la valige in quando non ci sono armadi. Per andare in bagno (talmente piccolo che il lavandino non si può nemmeno piegarsi per lavarsi i denti) si ha lo spazio di circa 30 cm per passare facendo lo slalom tra le valige aperte. Il condizionatore è rumorossissimo e se si spegne si muore di caldo. Ci hanno dato una stanza che si affacciava nella parte interna del palazzo e se si apriva la finestra per far cambiare aria entravano i sprofumi della cucina. Potrei scrivere un libro sui disservizi uno per tutti a colazione non danno latte caldo oltre ad avere trovato un dito di polvere su un pensile alto. Darei meno di 1 stella sicuro mai più. Sconsigliato

I letti erano comodi e la posizione molto centrale vicina alle metro, ma non nel caos totale e a tanti servizi. Personale gentile e disponibile, ascensori ben organizzati. Disponibilità a tenere le valigie custodite, acqua disponibile per riempire le borracce

la camera era davvero molto piccola, il bagno anche, non c'era possibilità di muoversi. L'armadio praticamente inesistente. La colazione ripetitiva, assenza assoluta di latte caldo, sicuramente le quantitità bastavano per tutti, ma nel complesso non soddisfacente

Nous étions 4, la chambre est très petite, impossible de laisser 4 valises au sol, nous avons dû les mettre en hauteur sur les petites penderies et dans la salle de bain A partir de 8h impossible de trouver de la place dans la salle de petit déjeuner et extrêmement bruyant Très fréquent d attendre 1 des ascenseur pendant 15 ou 20mn voire plus, l hôtel fait 32 étages....
