Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Two beds makes the room pretty small, but still comfortable. I take back what I said about the shower last year, this year it was great! 😄

Nothing everything was great. However, dont get confused ... check in closes at midnight, not the hotel.... you won't be forced to sleep outside, just notify them in advance if checking in after midnight. Also heads up ... the security deposit is US$100 per night (which is pretty normal).

Room was great. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Location was great. Reasonably priced for NYC hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The elevators. Elevators were slow and occasionally one or two of the three elevators were out of order. Would not deter me from staying there again, provided I have a room on a lower floor.

Staff was terrible, Only one girl at the desk on Sun morning was good... all the rest had 0 hospitality... No amenities at all. The Elevator most of the time was packed and no music, we had to wait 5min most of the time.

Location is very good close to Central Park, Broadway and many activities.

Check-in staff was quite unfriendly. Rooms are smaller, we stayed at many Hilton Hotels this was not like them. You have to wait for elevators. One morning we waited 8 minutes !!!

There were only 3 elevators which made for lots of waiting since the hotel has 34 floors, the rooms were dated which usually isn’t an issue but the handle came off the restroom door and a tile came up, also the pillows were flat

It is a great location, right in the heart of the city and very walkable. Room is small but has everything we needed. They were able to acomdate with feather free pillows and while we didn’t try the restaurant it looked very nice. Bryan with maintenance was very helpful and kind when he came to fix our tv late in the evening.

The elevator takes forever- it didn’t seem like at any point during our trip all three were working. We stayed for three nights and room was never cleaned during the stay. Not sure if that needed to be requested.

i booked it for my friend and agreed at time of booking to pay at the property in the amount of 265.00 us dollars but my friend instead paid 312.00 us dollars which is obviously different,i"m disappointed after years of using booking.com.

A lot of delays waiting for the elevators. There only seems to be two out of three in service at any time and queues always waiting. Rooms a bit on the small side but very comfortable.

Great location, decent sized room, quality furnishings, quiet, great bed, and good housekeeping service.

This hotel is woefully underserved in the elevator department. There are three small elevators for 30+ floors of hotel rooms and usually only two were working. You frequently had to wait 10+ minutes for one on the upper floors to get down and you were usually waiting in a line in the lobby for an elevator to go up. And what’s worse is that the housekeeping staff uses the same elevators and jams it up even more. It’s hard to believe that this complies with building codes. Also, there are ice machines only on every 5 or 6 floors so you have to use the elevator for that too.

perfect location - near everything you would want to see but not in the thick of things, also hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is much nicer than the reviews may lead you to believe. I would stay there again and midtown is the best location. Also very close to 7th Ave subway so easy to commute.

Demotivated staff, unhelpful, and avoid fixing problems. The only exception is the cleaning staff. Few operating elevators, so a long wait throughout the day. Harassing Hilton marketers near the elevator, add to the frustration. Disappointing SHOP kiosk, with no healthy options for snacks, and broken coffee machine most of the days, mainly due to overfilled coffee waste and no one to clean. Will not stay in this property again.

The location is perfect ! The staff is great and what I like the most is that you get your room clean everyday ! Perfect clean ! I did not have a problem with the elevators. Everything was perfect !

The room was exceptionally large. It is uncommon to find a large convenient room in NY and this was a nice surprise. The city view from the room was wonderful. We saw previous reviews reports on the elevators but during our stay all three worked well. We were on the last (34th floor) and this was a non-issue.

Mi experiencia fue maravillosa, la habitación era más amplia y cómoda de lo esperado. Lo que más resaltó es su ubicación, pleno centro de Nueva York, ideal para conocer muchos lugares claves y a pocos minutos de otros.

N/A houve cobrança indevida de 3 águas, mas prontamente após avisa-los, foi feita imediatamente o estorno da cobrança.

Localização excelente, perto de vários pontos de interesse como Time Square, Central Park, Summit e fácil acesso ao metrô.

Elevadores. Dos 3 existentes, 2 estavam funcionando, no segundo dia quebrou mais 1. Ficou 1 elevador somente, e faziam longas filas para subir, e para descer demorava muito tempo para conseguir um elevador. Ficamos 5 dias em NY e no último dia todos os elevadores voltaram a funcionar... outro ponto ruim relacionado a elevador, é que os funcionários tbm utilizam para subir e descer na hora da limpeza dos quartos. Diferente de outros locais onde as camareiras ficam fixas nos corredores, nesse hotel a camareira que está limpando 1 quarto no 20° andar por exemplo, quando termina ela vai pro 30° e assim por diante, então todas as camareiras ficam circulando nos elevadores, e com fluxo intenso de hospedes mais os elevadores quebrados, deixaram a experiência um pouco prejudicada.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay; the few minor inconveniences were not enough to take away from a great experience. The location is excellent, right between two well-known avenues. The room looked great, offering plenty of space for a solo traveler, and the housekeeping was top-notch. Despite my room being situated right between two elevators, it was completely quiet with zero elevator noise.

At the front desk, the person handling check-in was not particularly welcoming, but the rest of the staff throughout the stay was very nice. The elevators experienced high wait times during peak hours, though this significantly improved once the third elevator was repaired. The only slightly awkward practice was at breakfast: even though it was a buffet already prepaid at check-in, the servers still brought a zero-dollar check to the table at the end, seemingly just for tips. The staff was fantastic, very polite, and I gladly tipped them, but the forced setup for a self-service buffet feels a bit off. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Maintenance. We had few issues with the toilet and the TV remote control. Everything was fixed immediately

La ubicación era la que yo buscaba - cerca de Central Park/ Columbus Circle. Me sorprendió que la habitación mucho mejor de lo esperado para el precio que pagué - más moderna, espaciosa y equipada. El personal era amable para los estándares de Nueva York. Y no me cobraron por dejar la maleta tras el check out (suelo quedarme en el Sheraton Times Square que está a dos manzanas y allí sí me cobran)

Am ersten Tag funktionierte einer der drei Aufzüge nicht. Am zweiten Tag war sogar nur noch ein Aufzug in Betrieb. Dadurch entstanden Wartezeiten von über einer Stunde in der Lobby, nur um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen. Das war äußerst ärgerlich und hat leider die gesamte Stimmung und Laune während unseres Urlaubs verdorben.

Estrutura, são 34 andares com apenas 3 elevadores. Durante minha hospedagem teve momentos que apenas 1 elevador estava em Funcionamento.. tive de usar a escada várias vezes ( estava no 12 andar )

Como chegaria as 7:00 a.m, fiz reserva com a noite anterior inclusa, para evitar solicitar early check-in, mandei email avisando e recebi resposta ( que estava tudo ok ). Quando cheguei nao tinha quarto disponivei. Consegui entrar aoenas as 9:30.. Nao me cobraram esta diaria

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und die Aussicht auch. Das Personal ist super nett und bemüht.

Die Klimaanlage klappert und scheppert wenn sie läuft und ist sehr laut. Der Abfluss der Dusche war teilweise verstopft. Auch nach Reklamation wurde dies leider nicht beseitigt. Die Aufzüge sind zu klein dimensioniert und es dauert ewig, wenn man nach unten fahren möchte.

The staff was amazing from front desk to cleaning crew ! The bathroom was really spacious.

The room and the beds were really small for 4 people but this is not a deal breaker.

Lunghe attese per gli unici due ascensori. Ne hanno anche un terzo ma è fuori servizio da molto tempo. In Un albergo con 34 piani due ascensori sono pochi. Tra l'altro è capitato più di un giorno che uno dei due funzionanti fosse fuori servizio provando attese oltre i 30 minuti. COLAZIONE MOLTO MINIMAL E SEMPRE RIPETITIVA. Camera troppo piccola per essere una camera doppia attrezzata per persone che utilizzano una sedia a rotelle.

Great location right in the Broadway district and a stones throw from Central Park. Room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Le receptionist potrebbero essere un pò più accoglienti e sorridenti. Comunque la nota di demerito è per i camerieri del ristorante: scortesi, se non arrivavi presto mancava il cibo in esposizione e il succo d'arancia scarseggiava. Se chiedevo acqua calda mi guardavano quasi sbuffando e più volte non me l'hanno portata. Erano solo pronti a riempire bicchieroni d'acqua ghiacciata e a chiederti se ne volevi altra ...peccato che sapeva di cloro e non l'abbiamo mai bevuta.

Não gostei de nada. quarto sujo, elevador quebrado com fila pra pegar, internet HORRÍVEL, dois dias sem arrumarem o quarto. Toalhas rasgadas. Ninguém na recepção falando outro idioma. Café da manhã caro e com pouquíssimas opções.

The bed was comfortable; however, that is the bare minimum expectation. Given the overall experience, I would not recommend this property.

The elevator situation at this hotel was a massive disaster. It takes an incredibly long time to get anywhere; staying on the 26th floor, I frequently encountered elevators already packed with guests going up, leaving me waiting ages just to go down. To make matters worse, my room had no shampoo, and when I contacted the front desk, it took them forever to respond—only to be told I was 15th on the list for a simple service request. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience just for asking for basic hotel amenities (they might understaffed). Additionally, the towels are in dire need of replacement, as they are worn and felt like sandpaper. Overall, this property felt more like a low-end high-rise motel than a hotel. I highly advise to not stay here.
