I was able to sleep in a clean bed

I felt that there was no attention to details and no one really cared about the traveler.

Breakfast, the location is nice and the public areas around the hotel looks very clean (lobby, hallways, etc.).

My room's toliet (on the bottom part of the toilet (underneath where you sit) was dirty. Everything else was clean. I felt uncomfortable sitting on the toilet.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location put us close to the places we wanted to go.

The breakfast was not good. The bathroom only had one hook to hang a towel. The towels were old worn and thin. The carpet needed cleaning.

There was a smell but I just opened the windows...

Location was very convenient, comfortable room with plenty of space for the price, and staff were amazing!

The breakfast was great and the lady cleaning attentive to when more food needed to come out. She was excellent and friendly Everything met our needs. the weight room could've been a little bigger but it was perfect the way it was. My son went to the planet fitness but my husband was able to enjoy the bike at the hotel.

El poble de Flagstaff està molt bé. Les instal·lacions generals del l’hotel son correctes.

Ens van donar una habitació amb la pica embussada i l’aire acondicionat que no funcionava bé. A la tarda no vam poder ni estar tranquils a l’habitació perquè ho havien d’arreglar tot i tenir tot el dia per fer-ho. A la nit no podíem ni dormir de la calor i el soroll que feia el compressor de l’aire. Finalment a les 11pm vaig haver d’insistir en demanar canvi d’habitació. No ens van permetre ni deixar les coses allà per l’endemà o sigui que ho vam haver de traslladar tot. Va ser un dia sense poder descansar, que per això vas a un hotel. Vaig demanar una compensació econòmica i no em van fer ni cas. No cal que aneu a aquest hotel, és un desastre.

The rooms are always clean, the front desk staff is always friendly, and the breakfast provided is always seemingly fresh, and the parking lot is well lit. It's close to I-40, as well. :)

The carpeted floors were a bit crumby under the desk this time, but other than that no complaints. :)

De prijs was prima

Het beddengoed was van polyester, dus je lag de hele nacht uit je bed te zweten. Daarnaast was de douche niet goed, want binnen 5 seconden bevroor je of verbrande je levend. Gewoon gevaarlijk.

Everything it wasn't clean the picture online are a lie, the place smelled bad, bad service. Housekeeping are terrible pay people to actually clean the rooms I understand that's its a vacation but if we are paying for great place I hope all do better.

The breakfast was really good, waffles, egg sandwiches, coffee, and cookies were all good. The room was very comfortable except for the mildew smell. The shower needs a new showerhead, but otherwise it's a nice place. The pool and spa were also very nice.

The room and floor smelled like mold/moisture really badly. We opened our window to air out the room and lit a candle to reduce the mold smell. The showerhead in the bathroom needed to be replaced.

Lobby and hallways are not air-conditioned asked manager if the unit(s) are broken, they said no they will let maintenance know the next day. Mold surrounding bathtub tile. Would highly recommend the other Country Inn and suites located in downtown Flagstaff. Family stayed there the same night it was a total difference. Clean, air-conditioned, and room was well maintained. Definitely worth the extra money to stay there. To me and my wife our stay was not worth the cost. It is closer an old $75 motel.

Free Breakfast. Very friendly staff, but slow to the service.

Motel ran out of food during breakfast. Had to wait while they made more bacon and eggs. Never got any hash browns. Only one server lady to take care of guests. Room air conditioners very noisy, had to use ear plugs. Railroad noise.

I didn’t like that the rooms smelled like cats and the breakfast wasn’t as good as our other hotel stays.

It was fine for a one night stay with Family. Location was cramped(in same parking lot as another hotel). Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy.(homeless people in vicinity). Pool and hot tub were both open. Standard issue generic, but clean. Front desk staff were great! Breakfast was average but good. Eating area was on the small side and somewhat cramped. Room was clean and quiet during our one night. Beds were comfortable and clean.

In same parking lot as another hotel. Cramped. Surrounding neighborhood not the greatest. Homeless people in vicinity.

Nice but…..

Wouldn’t let me check in because of rules!! If we pay you our money we should be able to come stay when we arrive not at your time. Stupid.

We picked this hotel due to the loction. We were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and there were freshly made cookies at check in which was nice. The lobby was clean. The room was gross. There were stains all over the carpet the furniture. Not a little stain, but completely covered in stains. The furniture The shower head was coming out of the wall. The toliet seat slid when you sat on it. The rooms need a whole new makeover. We didn't use the pool and exercise room. We tried breakfast, but that was also gross.

I liked the room - it was okay; Yet, not for the price of $300.00/night - due to a Holiday weekend .. They really take advantage of their OWN customers who they rely on coming back, & now we won't ever !! 😒

Wayyy over priced because of the Holiday weekend; Yet, it's an older kinda run down bathroom - needs upgrades; Especially, when they're charging their OWN customers $300.00/night - on a holiday weekend .. I've been in nicer rooms/hotels for half the cost on weekends; Plus, the breakfast was terrible 😑 w/no room to eat, unorganized, tables were dirty and old !! Plus, not enough chairs to accommodate the tables or people "cramped" in this little kitchen area to eat in; And, in order to sit anywhere - I literally had to go out in the pool area and grab 2 chairs 💺 from around the pool location and bring them back into the kitchen area around the tables that were short 2 to 3 chairs 💺 .. And, Terrible breakfast for the price of $300.00/night !! You would expect something more from a resort like this one !! I've gotten better service & breakfast at Motel 6 .. We'll NEVER stay there again .. PERIOD !!
