Kuchnia ogólnodostępna i lokalizacja

Bardzo twarde łóżko, brudny materac, pełno włosów na nim. Prześcieradło i kołdra chyba w ogóle nie bywają prane. O 15 miał być check in ale dopiero udało się im jakkolwiek posprzątać pokój o 17. Lepiej dopłacić i znaleźć sobie coś lepszego.

The property is situated between 2 subway lines, hence very well connected to the rest of Seoul. There’s an airport bus a few minutes from the property and several buses going to areas such as Myeongdong and Hongdae as well. A lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby, and there is also a mall just a few minutes from the place. The common kitchen was also nice. Overall, it was good value for money.

The room is a bit smaller compared to the one showed in the photos and the shower faucet cannot be adjusted, it was okay for me but for a tall person it might be too low. The walls are also not very sound proofed and one time the people staying in the room next to mine decided it was a good idea to play music loudly at 1:30AM.

本次住宿107號房，可能因為是周遭環境關係，果蠅真的太多了，反應後有消毒，但只改善隔天，因為連續住四晚後幾日果蠅還是很擾人；雖然衛浴是單獨使用，卻不在自己房內還是要走出房門到走廊才能使用，此項建議事先告知可以接受的人再下定。

房間裡不知為何有源源不絕的果蠅，打了20-30隻還是有新的持續出現，雖不會咬人但睡覺時在臉上爬的感覺也很不舒服。房間地板下吸了很多水，只要踩到接縫就會有水滲出來。管線可能有點老舊，房間裡有異味

The location was nice. I was returning after having a good experience last year only to find out that I was scammed after arrival

The room was a cellar with small window that had metal grill cover over it. It looked like a cellar redone into a room. There were insects. When I saw the rooms around they actually had windows that you could see through. The walls were so thin that I could hear people breathing (not even snoring, the deep breating of someone in deep sleep) and people scratching themselves at night. I could clearly understand the conversation somewhere nearby. There were hair on the floor in colour that didn't match mine and dust bunnies under the bed. The water heater was so close above the toilet that I couldn't sit straight on it. When I tried to address the situation and offered to pay, I was met with an attitude and zero willingness to help. I don't understand what changed as last year I had a nice room with 3 windows and double the size for the same price, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Back then I booked couple weeks in advance. This time I booked 9 months in advance so it can't even be the last minute worst room kind of scenario.

旅館的位置位於昌德宮附近的小巷內，地點非常好，離捷運安國站走路不用5分鐘，位置確實便利，而且被一片韓屋包圍，走進小巷感覺很棒

但旅館內就很糟糕了，不僅是24小時自助式入住，沒有任何服務員可以提供諮詢或幫助，房間內還有許多小蟲飛舞，衛生蹦不乾淨，並且附的吹風機是壞的無法使用，然後淋浴間是使用電熱式熱水器，洗一陣子就沒有熱水，要多沖一下熱水澡的人會很崩潰。

Très bien situé. À 5 min à pied du palais de Changdeokgung donc très pratique pour réserver sur place les entrées au secret garden et à moins de 10 min vers le sud d’un petit quartier de ruelles avec des restaurants avec des formules déjeuners très abordables. Il y a une station de métro pas loin ou sinon plusieurs lignes de bus à 5 min. Le processus d’entrée est facile puisqu’on reçoit le code par message via booking. Il y a une machine à laver gratuite et possibilité de faire sécher le linge sur des étendoirs au dernier étage.

La salle de bains est un peu petite et en se douchant, on met de l’eau partout mais sinon la partie chambre est suffisamment grande pour 2.

Die Lage. Das Personal war freundlich, wenn man es mal zu Gesicht bekam. Die Küche hätte etwas saubere bestückt sein können.

Das Badezimmer war soooooo klein. Ich musste rückwärts auf die Toilette gehen. Dusch Tür konnte ich nur schließen wenn ich auf die Toilette gekrabbelt bin. Eigentlich unzumutbar.

Mi experiencia fue extremadamente negativa y frustrante. El alojamiento canceló mi estancia alegando que no me había presentado, cuando en realidad yo ya estaba alojada en la habitación desde hace un día. Durante mi estancia, tuve que enfrentar un problema grave de insalubridad: el baño desprendía un olor insoportable desde el primer momento. Notifiqué el problema al hotel después de dormir la primera noche, que envió a un trabajador para revisarlo. Él mismo confirmó el mal olor y realizó una intervención temporal, indicando que el equipo de mantenimiento debía solucionarlo. Sin embargo, el problema nunca se resolvió. A pesar de estar en contacto directo con el personal y el manager, el hotel comunicó a Booking.com que yo no había hecho el check-in el día anterior, lo cual es completamente falso. Además la entrada a la habitación es con la llave-código, que lo enviaron en el mensaje. Dispongo de mensajes, fotos y pruebas que demuestran que sí estuve alojada. La situación empeoró hasta el punto de que el olor me provocó vómitos, obligándome a acudir al hospital. Ante la falta total de solución, me vi forzada a abandonar el alojamiento y buscar otro hotel de urgencia, con precios mucho más altos debido a la reserva de última hora. El alojamiento inicialmente prometió un reembolso por las noches no utilizadas, pero posteriormente lo negó. Desde entonces, tras más de un mes de reclamaciones, ni el hotel ni Booking.com han asumido responsabilidad, basándose en la afirmación incorrecta de que no estuve alojada. En conclusión, se trata de una gestión irresponsable, falta de transparencia y una experiencia que no solo arruinó mi viaje, sino que también generó gastos imprevistos y afectó a mi salud.

애플티비라 사용시 불편

一開始晚上抵達比較不方便找到入口，白天發現可以從面對停車場左邊店家旁邊小路進去很方便。附近就有超商、機場巴士6011號昌德宮站牌、一些餐廳。自助入住不用受限於時間壓力，一樓可以借放行李，三樓有共用的廚房跟茶水間，毛巾也可以在三樓這邊自取更換

這次住302房，浴室真的很小，要很努力閃身才有辦法關門，洗澡空間相對克難，有點不太方便。另外一樓的出入口處是沒有門禁的，安全上來說較有疑慮，某一天凌晨三四點有個大媽突然在樓內大吼大叫的找人，還來狂敲我的房門，發現我不是他要找的人之後，繼續在大樓內喊那個人的名字。誠心建議一樓的出入口要設置門禁(密碼)。隔音上些微差了一些，不過半夜其實住戶們不太走動，因此影響不大

Quiet location and once I figured out where everything was it was very easy and convenient.

Nothing, I don't mind being self-sufficient and everything was easy to figure out. I didn't realize the bathroom was going to be down the hall but it wasn't a big deal and still felt private.

The room is small but I already knew about it and the self check in is very easy. The location is good and there are buses and metro around.

電気ポットがなくいちいち3階まで行かないといけなかったこと、さらに温水が途中からでなくなりポットで沸かさないといけなかった。とても不便だった。　タオルもトイレっとペーパーも3階にいかないといけなかった。　TVはたまたまネットフリックスに加入していたので見ることはできたが、問合せないと記載されていなかった　 小さな虫もいて　嫌だった

Nice location, clean, organized. My room was more than enough for one person. Everything went smoothly.

All the hotel basics (beds, desk, bathroom, mirror - all clean) and convenience (free washing machine, kitchen with coffee, hot & cold water/ice cube dispenser...). Also had no issue getting packages delivered in front of my door. Two subway stations (3 lines) close enough and walkable distance to Gyeongbokgung / Gwanghwamun, Jongmyo and Changdeokgung. There was no hot water in the room on the first night, but I texted the hotel the next morning and it was fixed when I came back in the evening.

Didn’t look like the pictures, I’ve had a room that was basically a storage room before, no actual window and an exit sign that was just covered up. My toilet was also outside of my room, which I didn’t expect and it was very inconvenient.

Nothing good to say. Glorified prison cell for a room. No one checks you in so no none to speak to. Broken shower head. Developed some strange bites after staying here.

Everything, there are at least a half dozen better places to stay in the area for the same money.

La localisation était parfaite, situé entre Insa-Dong et Ikseon-Dong, proche des stations de métro, c’est pour cela que je l’ai choisi.

La propreté laissait énormément à désirer. Le Check-in était censé être à 15h, à mon retour à 16h la chambre n’était pas encore prête. Une petite dame âgée seule faisait toutes les chambres et s’est précipité pour finir et me la donner à mon arrivée. Elle était adorable mais une fois dans la chambre il y avait des cheveux, des ongles d’une autre personne (cela m’a absolument dégoûtée). De l’eau s’écoulait du sol également et je ne pouvais pas me déplacer dans la chambre sans que ce ne soit mouillé partout.

La cuisine la buanderie l autonomie mais surtout l emplacement est idéal Hyper réactifs des qu on envoie un message peut importe l'heure ca répond dans les 5mn

Que personne ne fasse le ménage et que ce soit à nous de nous débrouiller ..... un petit coup au sol 1 ou 2 fois en 10 jour aurait été apprécié Salle de bain exiguë mais on s'y fait!

チェックイン前に到着したら、お掃除のおばさんがとてもいい方で荷物を掃除後部屋に入れて置いてくれた。

107号室は洗面所が部屋とは別にありどこに洗面所があるかの案内もなく困った。 お湯が出ず問い合わせしたが自身で対応方法がわかれば使用出来たのにも関わらず使用方法も教えて貰えず、一方的に返金するとの連絡。 部屋のベッド横の壁に非常灯があり眩しくて熟睡出来なかった。

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. It was easy to access public transport, and everything was as described. The communication was good and smooth.

Room, bed, ect was GREAT for price (shower/wet room wasn't ideal, and quilt was a bit small, but for price was acceptable)

Bed undersheet seemed was dirty (hairs, bits, wrappers) so we had to sleep on one of the covers instead of undersheet also the bathroom smelt of sewage. The staff are only on site for a few hours so we couldnt chat to them about the bed. Again for the price, was still a good option.

Posizione eccellente a due passi letteralmente dal palazzo Changgyeonggung Palace, a 5-7 minuti a piedi da Ikseon-dong, a 10' da Insadong. Il Limousine bus dall'aeroporto ferma a pochi passi.

Le foto su Booking sono molto meglio della realtà. Forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno che rendeva impossibile tenere la porta aperta. Non ho chiesto il cambio stanza perché sapevo che non avevano altre stanze libere. Va bene per 1-2 notti ma non di più! Nessun gancio su cui appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. Asciugamani minuscoli, da viso e non da corpo (portatevene uno da casa).

The bathroom had a really bad rotten egg smell and the air conditioning wouldn’t work. But overall it was pleasant enough.

No habia espacio para ducha, asi que cada vez que te vas a bañar se moja todo el baño, pero por el precio esta bastante bien. La entrada es un poco enredada, está medio escondida

部屋の中はシンプルで最低限のものは揃っています。 水回りもきれいなほうだと思います。 タオルは綺麗でした。ドライヤーもありました。シャワーするのと寝るだけであれば問題なく快適に過ごせます。

シャワールームの換気扇をつけると匂いが少し気になるがつけなければ芳香剤も置いてあるので問題ないです。

Confortable guesthouse extremely well located close to the palaces and Bukchon village, yet very quiet. Lots of nice places to eat, have a nice coffee or enjoying a medicinal tea in a traditional place.

J’ai trouvé des mouchoirs usagés et une chaussette derrière le lit. Le ménage n’est pas réalisé correctement. De plus, on a une couette sans housse. C’est pas dingue.

The bed was uncomfortable with mild odor. The water from shower was cold initially and then after communicating with the staff, they turned warm water on.

キャリーの重さを測りたくて イケメンのスタッフさんにたずねたら快く手伝ってもらえました。チェックイン、チェックアウト後もキャリーを預かってもらえる点、エレベーター、3階に清潔なキッチン、インスタントコーヒー、ウォーターマシーン、予備タオル、食べませんでしたがインスタントラーメンが準備されています。 廻りも学校なので治安良く、徒歩で有名ベーカリーとへトラスに行けたこと。 地下鉄よりもバス停とリムジンバス停の方が便利でした。 お安く泊まれたので、次回もお手頃な値段だといいなぁ。

夜部屋に戻ってもバス・トイレのタイル床が乾いていなくてビックリしました。 シャワーも出したままだと最後冷たくなりました。20分以上は注意。
