It was clean and sufficient for our family. It was easy to get users and had 7 eleven right infront of the flat. It also had French bakery around the corner which was best for breakfast.

The sofa bed was not acutely a sofa bed as claimed.

I've stayed here plenty of times. I stayed in the two bedroom (old building which has nicer decor in comparison to the newer building) for about 10 days total a little under 2500 USD. It was very spacious and I personally like the location. You are close to two stations. If you want a home in the city on your vacation I think it's a good choice for a short stay.

The cleanliness of the place was a big thing for me. The toilet was clean on the outside but deeper within it was dirty. Lots of scuffs on the walls some of the wallpaper was peeled off. There was lots dust,lint, and trash behind the beds in one of the bedrooms. I noticed this while trying to remake the bed one morning. The lamp was being held together by safety pins. There were four chairs at the table and three had loose screws. Despite those issues the stay was pleasant. I would stay again for a couple of days if I was in a bind but it wouldn't be my first choice.. With that said, I have stayed at this property at least four times and this is the first time I've had issues with the cleanliness of the room.

매일 같은 메뉴라도 만원대에 조식뷔페 먹을 수 있는게 좋았고, 물이나 수건 가져다 달라하면 문앞에 두고 가주시는 거 좋았어요.

방에서 바퀴벌레가 나와서 전 방을 옮겼는데 그 방에 바로 다음사람 체크인시키는 것 같더라고요. 제대로 된 조치를 하신지도 모르겠고… 바퀴벌레가 나왔다는 사실에 별로 놀라지도 않으시고요. 그리고 방문에 이중 잠금장치가 없고, 청소하시는 분들이 남성이시고 마스터키로 문을 열고 들어오시는데… 벨소리는 작아서 들리지도 않고 여자 혼자 묵으면서 아찔한 상황이 한 두번이 아니었습니다. 저는 다시는 안갈겁니다만, 이 두가지를 감수하실 수 있는 남자그룹 여행객에는 가성비로 좋을거 같아요. 실제로 남성그룹 숙박객들도 좀 있어서 새벽마다 고성방가 파티도 있었어요.

The apartment was spacious (comparing with other apartments in Seoul)

The washing machine was very small and there was no dryer. The apartment was not cleaned properly before we came, as we found other guests garbage on the floor near the bed. The beds and sheets were not clean and it seems like they did not change it.

The place was dirty and the coach was smelly. Hair all over the aprtment floor even in the cupboard. Stains on the floor which can be remove easily with wet wipes. The toilet seats had yellow stain and hair. Just horrible. Really spoilt the whole stay and trip.

Great location for us. Near buses and metro. Plenty of places to eat breakfast nearby. Property itself is great. We had a deluxe suite for the space and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater. It also has a washing machine, ideal for us as we were visiting family for 3 weeks. Housekeeping are exceptional too. Just message them before 11am each day advising them when you are out and the room is cleaned beautifully.

The clothes aired needs to be a bit bigger as it is difficult to put all your washing on it. Also, the bath towels are rather small and thin. Something bigger and fluffier would be better.

Unit was clean and cozy and had apartment amenities with a full size fridge + freezer, stove, and microwave/oven. The 2 seat couch and coffee table was nice for lounging and enjoying meals in front of the TV. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and just a 5 min walk to the line 3 subway station and the nambu bus terminal. Bus 6016 from incheon airport stops around the corner, 2 min walk, which is also a plus.

The kitchen supplies/cooking tools were sparse and only one set of towels (1 hand, 1 body) were provided per person considering our extended stay reservation despite request for more during cleaning service. Same with the pillows, only one pillow per person. Due to our longer stay, 18 nights, and it being a medical trip with many days spent resting indoors, we ended up purchasing our extra needs on Coupang (hangers, towels, pillows, detergent, etc.) Also, construction/drilling at new building next door started early every morning during our stay.

Clean and spacious. Full fridge with freeze camera. Full kitchen. 2 bedrooms with bed in each bedroom. Also spacious walk in closet in each bedroom. Good hot shower. Toilet top notch. Ionizer for foot ware. Cleaning was scheduled ahead of time via email. Big fire extinguisher inside the apartment and in the corridor too. Even fire escape device was next to a window - very impressive.

When I checked in, the door code was emailed somewhere, but I didn’t get it. I got my door code, when second email was sent to my personal email. So, potentially, someone could have my door code. When I checked in, I didn’t expect that my apartment was in a different building on different street. It wasn’t difficult to find, but it was dark, it was 2 or 3 blocks away. Apartment building outside door was wide open. There was no security control, or outside door lock. Generally South Korean society is very safe, but I had uncomfortable feeling and I am not a big fan of digital door locks. Apartment had no safe.

Hosts were very kind and willing to help out. Location is good, Subway station is near by and there are lots of restaurants and cafes .

Cooking smell came through the vent, I assume, when people in the other room or other floor cooks. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom vent...

I was little bit disappointed because the room was not the same layout as shown at the time of booking. And the sofa had many stains and looked dirty and worn out. They cleaned it and changed the room promptly. Thanks to that but it would been better if it was the same and cleaned room at the first place… Great hosts, great location !!
