タオルが臭かったㅜㅜ匂いに敏感な人はタオルは持っていった方がいいかも。 初日部屋に入った時、芳香剤の匂いで眠りづらかったけど、窓開けたりクーラーつけたりしたらだいぶマシになった。 ベッドは固い。朝起きたらちょっと体痛い。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room is spacious, there is a microwave and fridge. There are shared washing machines and dryers, with detergents made available. It is within easy walking distance of the metro station. There are quite a number of restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket. My favorite was the convenience store with the garden and tables for a quiet evening beer.
The lack of shower curtains requires getting used to, but it is a minor thing.

Очень крутая лестница при подъеме на верхние этажи и нет лифта. Так же это мешает ночью, так как заселение может быть и в ночное время, что очень мешает спать, звукоизоляции нет. В первый день заселения я убил двух тараканов в комнате. Есть кондиционер, но он расположен прям над кроватью, что мешает использовать его в ночное время, потому что весь холодный воздух дует на тебя. А если ты спишь без кондиционера, то ты весь мокрый и спать невозможно.

It’s exactly how in the pictures, they offer free coffee and laundry soap. You can adjust the heating from the room in the first floor which is very convenient. I loved it!

우풍이 심하고 난방이 되지않는 객실이어서 첫날 밤 늦게 체크인해서 온풍기로 방 안을 데우는데 시간이 조금 오래 걸렸어요. 또 화장실도 많이 추워서 씻는데 조금 힘들었습니다. 둘째날엔 크게 불편함없이 사용했어요!

Łóżko duże i wygodne. W budynku i pokoju przyjemny zapach. Dużo ręczników. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem przyjemne. Podobało mi sie również to, że były dwa różne źródła światła w pokoju, przez co można mieć jasno a jednocześnie nie raziło po oczach
Nie było to dla mnie dużym utrudnieniem, ale żeby dostać się na drugie piętro, tzteba pokonać kilka dość wysokich schodów, a windy brak, ale to tylko minimalna niedogodność

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025O custo benefício para uma estadia longa é ótimo. O quarto é pequeno mas dá pra se acomodar bem e também achei muito legal o fato de ser um edifício só para mulheres. O bairro é ótimo, tem de tudo além de um canal incrível pra fazer caminhadas e uma feirinha aos domingos. Muito fácil ir para vários lugares da cidade.
Complicado chegar até o local, os carros de aplicativo deixam próximo e não no lugar, o que dificulta quem está com malas grandes. No dia a dia a distância do metrô até o lugar não é grande, mas é íngreme e cansa um pouco. Um dia esqueci meu T-Money card e quis chorar só de ter que ir e voltar. 😅

на наволочках было много волос от прошлых постояльцев! и грязная простынь. не работает кондиционер. стремненько поэтому спала в спальном и влажными салфетками пришлось при заселении убирать волосы с наволочек( пока муж не видит) иначе б выехали сразу же.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025I stayed here on 2 occasions for 7 days total. I stayed in a good sized room on the 3rd floor and a smaller room on the second floor. Both rooms were great for 1 person. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. There are many shops nearby and a very good supermarket 2 minutes walk. Also many restaurants. Korea has the most restaurants out of all the countries in the world. And the food is fantastic. The Boromae metro is 8 min walk away. Overall I loved everything and will be returning next time im in Seoul. Thanks Sujeongjang

The housekeeping lady explained how to use it very patiently even though there was a language barrier - there is free coffee downstairs - wifi is fast and steady - really not that difficult to find as other reviewers say if you just follow Google Maps - plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area - great value for price

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025The location’s great! Very close to a couple of cute cafes and the subway and G25 is barely a 1 minute walk. They also had a communal washing machine and drier. Thankfully my shower didnt smell of sewage like some of the other comments, seems like it’s a hit or miss. I’d say the price is fair for what you get.
There were 2-3 roaches during my stay, and the stale smell started to show after the 3rd night which made it difficult to sleep. Ideal for no more than a 1-2 night stay.

I found a live cockroach in my room. The administration, as the neighbors told me, is not available after midnight, so I had to solve this problem myself.

The bed was an absolute brick, we could feel and hear the springs every time we moved on it. There was no space for the table and chairs or the clothes rack, they just got in our way. The toilet smelled of sewage and the shower soaked the entire bathroom every time it was used. The entire place was very run down with paint peeling from the doors.
