Θα μπορούσαν τα δωμάτια να έχουν λίγο περισσότερη πολυτέλεια για την τιμή τους.

Τα κτίρια είναι πολύ όμορφα , το δωμάτιο είχε δύο ορόφους , το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό .

Η εσωτερικη διακόσμηση του δωματίου . Επίσης το jacuzzi στο σπα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό .

Abbiamo trovato i ricarichi sui menu e sulla carta vini eccessivi Poca selezione di vini Al ristorante c’era un buon servizio e qualità. Al contrario il poolbar aveva un’offerta scandalosa: 20€ per una pizza surgelata orribile. Non regge la menzione sulla guida Michelin.

Beautiful resort with a wonderful fitness center and pool. Service was fantastic and it was only 25 minutes from Montepulciano.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the setting amongst the Tuscan countryside is pretty incredible. The buildings have so much character and the pools, gardens and views make it a really special place to stay. It’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

For a 5 star hotel, there were quite a few things that fell short. The dinner menu was very limited and didn’t change, so after three nights we’d pretty much tried everything, while the pool food was basic at best and not the standard we expected. The pools were also freezing to the point we could barely stay in for more than five minutes, and service around the pool was lacking, with very few staff around to anticipate orders and used towels often left on day beds for hours, meaning you didn’t know if they were free. The same small music playlist also played on repeat every breakfast and dinner, to the point that hearing Nina Simone again became frankly painful! Overall, despite how beautiful the property is, the service, food and attention to detail didn’t feel like a 5 star experience.

Tienen una piscina para niños y otra para adultos. El sitio donde se desayuna es un paraiso. En la habitacion siempre tienes agua de cortesia. La finca es increible.

Phantastische Lage, Ruhe, 3 Pools, Gym 24 Stunden geöffnet, schöne Zimmer. Leider ist eine Behandlung bei mir kurzfristig ausgefallen, aber man hat mir immerhin eine kostenfreie Alternative den nächsten Tag angeboten. Wir hatten schöne Zimmer mit einem Garten davor.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, es gab gar keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für meine Sachen, man musste alles auf den Boden stellen. Das finde ich bei dem Preis nicht angemessen.

Le site est remarquable, aéré, décoration et jardins sobres et soignés. Un lieu raffiné et paisible. Le personnel est particulièrement dévoué et à l’écoute. Une mention spéciale pour Vittoria, à la réception, pour sa gentillesse et grande disponibilité qui ont contribué à un séjour inoubliable! Au Spa, un grand merci à Sylvia pour sa gentillesse et ses massages incroyables !

Le petit déjeuner et l’offre du restaurant et à la piscine pourraient être enrichis avec plus de variété.

The layout, the many areas in which guests could use whether the sitting rooms, many outdoor areas, gym, or restaurant. Everything was beautiful, well designed, and made for such a lovely trip. The entire experience felt so special and we were so sad to leave.

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit, et quel dommage ! L’endroit est magique, parfait pour une vraie relaxation. Design , luxe et gastronomie sont au rendez-vous, tout cela dans une maison de maître avec ses dépendances. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous y reviendrons !

Quite central location, handy if you want to visit Val D’Orcia. Surroundings were nice, the buildings and rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Dinner was great. Three pools, even though two are quite small. Charming gym.

Limited artwork, it seemed like they were rushed to open the hotel. Cheap and bare outdoor furniture. Limited number of beds in the adult pool. Breakfast selection was limited and average quality. Housekeeping does not replenish amenities unless specifically requested, which is absurd. None of the three pools have a view. The spa could have been more charming and cozy.

You can make your stay whatever you want it to be. I wanted to relax with the family and that’s what I got. I wanted to eat some of the best Italian food and I did. The rooms were also fantastic and large in the Villa.

One does need to travel to see anything unlike being in a more central location which would be either in walking distance or a short taxi ride.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. Every space is thoughtfully designed and the rooms (specially in the villa) have gorgeous views of the famous Val d'Orcia and the vineyard that surrounds the property. It's the perfect hotel to explore Tuscany. The restaurant is also delicious and the service impeccable.

Se inspiraron en el paraíso para construir esta propiedad.. realmente de lo más hermoso que he visto. La atención súper amable, con detalles en la habitación, el spa divino, ver el atardecer en la terraza del salón comedor es algo único, el restaurante exquisito, el salón grande con un diseño que te hace admirarlo. Volvería mil veces más! La joya de Montepulciano sin duda..

Peaceful location

Locatie prachtig, personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Vooral mevrouw Plaka Malvina, geen vraag was te veel. Het was echt een top ervaring. Met veel attenties voor bezoekers. Kamers gezellig ingericht. Alles netjes en tip top onderhouden. We waren echt onder de indruk van ons verblijf.

Le cadre est magnifique, au milieu des vignes, et le lieu est particulièrement reposant. Le personnel est globalement très agréable et la petite salle de sport est pratique. Nous avons également apprécié le restaurant le soir, aussi bien pour le service que pour la carte proposée. Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité, avec un bon choix au buffet et à la carte.

La réception manquait un peu de chaleur. Nous avons également été déçus par l’attribution des chambres, notamment pour une catégorie supérieure : absence de baignoire et aucune possibilité de choix. Notre chambre était située juste en face du spa, ce qui réduisait fortement l’intimité, aussi bien depuis la chambre que depuis la salle de bain (à noter que la salle de bain est équipée d’une fenêtre à vitre teintée et dépourvue de rideau ou de store). Enfin, les événements organisés dans l’hôtel devraient, selon nous, être annoncés aux clients en amont. Le calme et le charme du lieu sont malheureusement vite perturbés lorsque des groupes liés à des événements occupent une grande partie des espaces de l’hôtel. Les espaces communs et le petit-déjeuner se sont retrouvés très fréquentés, avec une clientèle de groupe parfois moins habituée aux codes et à l’atmosphère de ce type d’établissement. Le personnel semblait dépassé par l’affluence, et était moins disponible, moins présent et moins attentif au service.

Another amazing stay! As returning guests, it was such a lovely surprise to be upgraded, which made our trip even more special. The customer service is incredible—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really make you feel at home. The food is honestly some of the best we've had in Italy. Every meal was delicious, and we looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. Just a wonderful place to stay. We can't wait to come back again!

De ruimte in en rond het hotel was enorm ruim en volledig in de natuur en in de rust. Het personeel van poetshulp tot restaurant en receptie was extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam De ligging van het hotel bovenop de heuvel was fantastisch voor het uitzicht en rust.

Het enige min puntje was de lange oprijlaan van 1 km die volledig in witte grind bestond. Hierdoor was je auto altijd wel heel vuil. Maar is eerder meer een probleem als je met een sportauto komt en een echte autoliefhebber bent.

TOUT !!!! Le site, les installations, la restauration, le service, l'accueil, la disponibilité. Très calme. Plein de petits endroits charmant où se poser et très étalé sur la grande propriété. Même si l'hôtel était rempli, on ne subit pas du tout les autres. Il y a tellement d'espace ! A proximité de peits village pittoresque et historique. Paysages fabuleux.

An amazing, unique, and exceptional hotel with fantastic amenities. The staff is wonderful and incredibly welcoming. We highly recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant - the food is absolutely delicious!

Hotelgäste gehen ins Swimmingpool ohne zu duschen. Kein Hinweistafel sehr unhygienisch. Junior Suite nicht kindertauglich, da Treppen ohne Sicherheiten (zu gefährlich) die Buchung wurde klar gebucht mit HInweis auf Kindern. Keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse Hotelgäste sind zu jeder Tageszeit über unsere Terrasse spaziert. Tische im Schatten wurde von Hotelgästen beim Frühstücken vorreserviert.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & happy to have a chat. We were shown around the property on arrival. The staff at the spa and pool were all wonderful. The restuarant was exceptional, again so were the staff. The property itself was beautiful and the amenities 1st Class !! We loved our stay and the only disappointment was only being able to stay 1 night. Was a real treat for our Tuscany visit from Australia.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good. We booked the Panoramic Tower room that provided exceptional 360 degree views at a high elevation.

We booked four day stay in the panoramic tower room, which is the most exclusive room that they offer. Unfortunately, the air conditioner could not adequately cool the room. They installed a temporary unit to add to the cooling capacity, but it could not be vented out, so it was basically reheating cooled air. We were very uncomfortable the entire stay and chose to leave the property each day to see sights instead of using the facilities. The interior temps were between 76 and 82 degrees F. The bathroom is very small, with the toilet right up against the shower doors that need to be folded in order do sit on the toilet. The unit has three floors, one for the entrance, one for the bathroom and one for the studio/bedroom. I had a great conversation with Ronan, the person that oversees the property and expressed my concerns. He did acknowledge that we had already booked the most exclusive room they offer, so he couldn't offer an upgrade. They did buy us a bottle of wine and gave us a free appetizer of their choice when we ate dinner at the property. The last bit of feedback that I will provide is when it came to check out time. When I asked if there was an opportunity to move my checkout time to noon from 11:00AM, they indicated that there would be an additional charge. I really didn't need the time, but it's worth noting for people reading this review.

I would highly recommend staying here. The facilities, food, wine and atmosphere were exceptional. The hotel felt so quiet as they space out dinners well, alongside three pools to choose from. The staff were so welcoming. The spa is incredible, especially the dark steam room. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

If I had to feedback on one thing it would be the check in time, we arrived at 3 and didn’t get into the room until 4. But everything else was perfect.

המלון עצמו מהמם, השטח והמבנים. נוף מטורף. נקי ומעוצב בקפידה. יותר מרשים מכפי שזה עובר בתמונות. השירות מצויין והצוות נחמד ואדיב. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ואיכותית. הכל ברמה גבוהה מאד.

אהבנו הכל אבל כן יש לי שתי הערות: א. החדר היה, יחסית, מעט בסיסי. מרווח ונוח, אבל הסגנון יותר כפרי ופונקציונלי ופחות בוטיקי מוקפד. ב. הwaze עשוי לקחת אתכם בדרך גישה חסומה. שימו לב שאפשר להגיע רק מהכביש הראשי, דרך שער האבן.

The hotel is really beautiful, very modern, very elegant in a beautiful property. The rooms are generous and very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable too. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a great gym. The restaurant is very good. There is no music pollution which we liked. The offer a really beautiful breakfast. there is a wonderful terrace to sit out on and enjoy the evening and the sun dawn.

The organization was a bit chaotic, the check-in was very lengthy and not very . The checkout was very unorganized, they seemed overwhelmed with several guests departing at the same time. The staff does not speak English well enough. We had problems with the air condition and had three people in trying to explain us how it works, and none of them was able to. We were a bit surprised by the sloppy attire of the staff. I think in general the hotel is very expensive.

Absolutely everything! The grounds and buildings are absolutely divine!!! We took our wedding portraits here and they will be our life long memory at this absolutely stunning location. What dreams are made of!!

It was absolutely stunning!!!! Beautiful old buildings that have been renovated to perfection. The best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. The staff were so helpful, the restaurant was delicious and the spa/ pools were lovely.

Chambre de belle taille, impeccable mais sans âme... une fenêtre donnait sur le parking. Salle de restaurant un peu tristounette. Petit-déjeuner : vraiment dommage que l'on doive chercher soi même sa tasse , son sachet de thé et sa théière ! Où est le service d'un tel hôtel ? Par contre on vous apporte sa tasse de café mais il faut attendre 10mn la 2e tasse ! Servir de suite le café ds une grande cafetière serait mieux !

Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala was absolutely beautiful. The property is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect escape to unwind and enjoy Tuscany. The views were honestly breathtaking — waking up to the rolling hills and scenery every day felt unreal. The entire experience felt calm, luxurious, and very well curated. The property itself is stunning, the atmosphere is serene, and everything about the stay made us want to extend our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with amazing views and a true Tuscan atmosphere, this place is hard to beat.

Spectacular location, beautiful spa, nice staff. The swimming pools and general decor are wonderful - I could not stop staring at the painting in the ceiling of the restaurant/breakfast room. The restaurant on site was really nice. Coffee at breakfast was nice (illy). Really relaxing top class stay.

A better arrival experience. The entrance gate looks a bit shabby, the driveway is rough and then finding the reception is confusing - needs a better path for taking luggage etc. Getting a drink while sitting at the pool or other areas seemed impossible but maybe that was due to low season (early May).
