Os hotel todo é muito luxuoso, desde os quartos até o salão do café da manhã, o bar e até a recepção. A localização é ótima para chegar de vaporeto e fazer tudo a pé.

今後のためにも少しシビアに考えてみました。 ・Booking.comのジュニアスイートの眺望の写真を見てこのホテルに決めました。しかし、最初に用意されていたのは一階の受付裏の騒がしい部屋で、残念でした。少し渋々？ですが交換してくれたのでいいのですが、眺望が無いのなら、勘違いが起きるので、眺望の写真は予約ページに載せないか、部屋の内容について、コミュニケーションを事前に取るべきだと思いました。こちらは決して安く無いお金を払っています。 ・部屋の飲み物類が、水さえも有料なのは、少し残念且つ四つ星ホテルにしてはケチだなと思いました。 ・4泊しました。朝食は美味しいのですが、バラエティ、種類の観点で他の観光地に比べてかなり低いと感じました。ごく一部以外はほぼ毎日同じ内容で、流石に飽きるし、連泊者のことを考えたメニューでは無いと感じました。価格に対しての満足感、ホスピタリティがもう少し欲しいなという印象です。東南アジアのここよりも安いホテルの方が朝食の満足度は高いです。

La literie affaissée au milieu, ainsi que la poussière présente dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait également être plus varié. En conclusion, une expérience globalement positive, mais un rapport qualité-prix qui reste déséquilibré.

Excellent location, room was good sized and very quiet, AC was appreciated, and breakfast was really good w a great variety of items!

The only thing was our room was near bathroom for hotel so there was some noise but not bad.

The hotel was incredibly easy to find from the Sant'Angelo ferry stop, just a few minutes' walk away. The location was fantastic – close to a lively square with plenty of great dining options and within easy walking distance of the Ponte dell'Accademia, which has beautiful views over the Grand Canal. The hotel itself was extremely charming, with beautiful rooms that felt full of character while still having modern, well-maintained facilities. There was also a lovely courtyard that added to the overall atmosphere. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip, with a fantastic selection of both continental and hot options. The breakfast room itself was absolutely divine and made the experience even more special. A beautiful and charming hotel in a wonderfully convenient location. I would definitely book here again.

Mikala was absolutely amazing! She was so easy to talk to and she was so helpful. This was our last stop in Italy and we needed a private taxi to the airport and she handled all of it for us! I will be going back!

My room was right next to check in desk. This was not mentioned when booking. I was not a problem this trip as I was in room v briefly, but for a longer trip, it would be smart to advise of location of room.

Das Hotel ist klein und sehr fein. Alles total sauber und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr variantenreich. Die Lage ist super zentral. Vieles ist direkt zu Fuß erreichbar und die nahegelegene Vaporetto Station offeriert einem zusätzliche Mobilität. Im Innenhof kann man sehr gut für ein paar Drinks verweilen.

Everytjing was gorgeous. The building itself is beautiful, the air con was wonderful and much needed, and it even smells lovely when you arrive. The service was excellent, our room (35) was lovely and very clean. Everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, the shower was great. The breakfast was high quality, good variety and plentiful. The staff were excellent. The location was brilliant too, easy to access many places on foot. Overall, a great room, great sleep, great shower, great breakfast, great service - would absolutely return to this hotel. Can't think of a single negative thing I could say.

Das Hotel war in einer ruhigen Lage von Venedig, aber dennoch waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hatte immer gute Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Zimmer sehr komfortabel, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Venedig sicher wieder hier buchen, da das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat!

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment mémorable au Palazzo Keller. Ce qui fait toute la différence ici, c'est sans aucun doute la qualité du personnel : à chaque instant, du check-in au check-out, l'équipe s'est montrée disponible, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Rien n'était trop demandé, et tout était fait avec le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et impeccablement tenue, dans un cadre élégant qui respire l'histoire vénitienne tout en offrant un confort très actuel. Mais c'est vraiment l'accueil et le sens du service qui resteront notre meilleur souvenir : on s'est sentis comme des invités plutôt que de simples clients, avec des conseils précieux sur les restaurants et l'organisation de notre séjour à Venise. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter, notamment pour quiconque recherche un service au-dessus de la moyenne dans une ville où ce n'est pas toujours garanti !

Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner était bon mais pourrait être plus varié.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - very quiet but very central. Unlike a lot of hotels the interior was very modern and elegant. The room was extremely comfortable and a great bathroom - excellent aircon which was much needed!

Fabulous historic hotel. Very close to central Venice. Only a short walk from the public water taxi to the hotel. You'll want to take photos inside the grand dining room....fit for a king and queen! Breakfast (included) was fabulous. Spacious outside patio where you can have drinks brought to you from staff. Lovely visit.

Pricing was double for the beautiful hotel we stayed at on the front end of our cruise....but comparable with other centrally located hotels in the vicinity.

Palazzo Keller is a beautiful hotel a walking distance from San Marco Basillica. The hotel was clean and tranquil. The breakfast was lovely. Luca was a great receptionist, very polite and attentive to all our needs. Definitely will consider this location when we return!

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was terrific and gave us good directions and accommodated our transportation needs. Luca was especially kind and efficient. The breakfast room and bar are stunning rooms that embody the architecture of Venice. This hotel is also a short walk from the boat taxi and is in a great location to walk and explore the sights of Venice.

Location is excellent only few minutes walk from water taxi/bus stop. Great ambience, beautiful decor - really had a palace feel. staff and service outstanding. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed. Also very quiet so no disturbances.

Nothing we don’t like however would not expect to have to pay extra at breakfast for poached eggs/omelette etc - for this type of hotel and at this price point this should be available at no extra cost
