Perfect location of you want to be in the centre of things. Great staff at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant. Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

It’s clearly stated that there is no dinner restaurant in the hotel and there are just some snacks at the rooftop bar; then, in the snacks menu they have pizza… but it’s a reheated frozen pizza! In Italy!!!

Die Rooftopbar hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und schien nicht sehr motiviert zu sein. Der Wein war nicht gut gekühlt und dafür sehr teuer. Die Aussicht auf den Canale Grande war toll!

En cuanto al personal del hotel es inmejorable, en especial el de recepción, que es magnífico. Por último, pero no menos importante es su ubicación la cual es perfecta: Rialto (ideal porque si utilizas el vaporetto esta parada está abierta de día y de noche).

We stayed in a Junior Suite Grand Canal room which was 11/10 worth the money. The room was huge, clean, and you cannot beat the views of the canal (even from the bathroom!). Staff was friendly and helpful - they recommended a good spot for dinner. The location is very central and so convenient to get anywhere with the Rialto and S. Silvestro ferry stops so close. I wondered if it would be too busy or touristy being so close to the Rialto bridge, but the hotel is just far enough down the path and sound proof that it wasn't noticeable at all. We did not do the breakfast, but there are a few cafes a couple minutes away.

İlk olarak bu otelden rezervasyon yapmayı düşünenlere söyleyebilirim ki; otel sadece odalardan ibaret. Başka hiçbir ekstrası, bonusu, faydası yok. Teras bar kısmında sigara dahi içilmesine izin vermiyorlar doğru düzgün. Onun yerine dışarıda da akşam içeceklerinizi içebilirsiniz. İlla teras bara gerek yok. Ön kısımdaki tırabzanlar manzarayı kesiyor zaten. Kahvaltısı da çok kötüydü. Çeşit olmamakla birlikte lezzetli de değildi. Ayrıca kahvaltı servisleri 07.30 - 10.30 arasında. Yani tatilde bu saatte kahvaltıya zorlanmak da çok kötü. Konum bakımından da ekstra avantaj olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Venedik ana kısmına ulaşmak için her halükarda otobüs ve vapuretto olmak üzere iki vesait alıyorsunuz. Bu otele iki kişi 3 gün için 65.000 TL ödediğime çok pişman oldum. 20.000 TL'lik otel de aynıydı üstelik. Onun yerine kalan parayı İtalya'da harcayabilirdim. Asla fiyat performans değil, biraz da hayal kırıklığı diyebilirim. Daha uygun otellere yönelin, hepsi aynı. Verdiğin 3/10 puanı da temizliği ve hızlı housekeeping servisine veriyorum.

Les chambres luxueuses, biens équipées, très propres, climatisées, avec une gamme de produits de toilette de haute qualité. Le personnel accueillant, souriant et disponible, prêt à renseigner à tout moment avec toujours un gentil mot. Le petit déjeuner parfait ! Copieux et à volonté avec des produits de qualité et un service de premier ordre.

Le Bar en rooftop. Sincèrement c’est la raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas mis 10/10 parce que le reste était génial. Mais le Bar… je ne sais que dire… des Bellinis (qui n’étaient pas mauvais mais mousseux : blanc d’œuf? ce n’est pas la recette) servis dans des mini verres pour 38€ les deux verres. On peut comprendre qu’en roof top avec une vue sur le grand canal et le Rialto les prix soient plus élevés (mais quand même pas à ce point), mais la qualité et la quantité doivent être à la hauteur ce qui malheureusement n’est pas le cas.

The location was great! We had good restaurants in our neighborhood and we were right in the Grand Canal. The staff is wonderful! The room (junior suite) was large enough for us traveling with a lot of luggage. It was very clean, housekeeping did a great job. The air conditioning was excellent and very cold during this summer heat wave! And the rooftop is a nice plus!

The in room refrigerator could have actually been a refrigerator instead of a cold box. We need it for medication.

The property is beautiful, and the rooms are so well appointed. breakfast delicious The staff is on their game Islam, at reception, went above and beyond to accommodate us Lisa at reception was wonderful and Maria , evening reception was extremely helpful

The H10 was fantastic from the moment we arrived and we received such a warm welcome that continued throughout our stay, the whole team were so helpful, friendly and efficient in making our stay incredibly memorable. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, the cleanliness of the hotel and the fantastic location right by the Rialto Bridge. We were visiting for a milestone birthday and the hotel helped in advance by assisting us with requests and we also used the rooftop bar as part of our celebration- the views and atmosphere were outstanding. Thank you so much for such a memorable trip and all your help to make this a special occasion- we hope to return to H10 and Venice again in the future.

Internet funktionierte unzuverlässig. Frühstück ist mit EUR 35 pro Person zu teuer. Die Zimmer werden auf 21 grad hieruntergekühlt. Das ist zu viel. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Der Preis aber hoch. Auf der Rooftop Bar kostet ein Cola Zero (2 dl) 8 Euro. Und man wird ständig von Tauben belästigt

A must stay if you are staying in Venice. Location is absolutely perfect. You are close to the city center and can walk anywhere. Rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities. Staff was absolutely 5 star. The staff took the time to explain all the amenities and were quick to ensure we had transfers scheduled and dining experiences. A true 5 star hotel!

On the Grand Canal so easy to move around Venice. Staff were fantastic and helped us with water taxi booking from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Breakfast was good. Room was great and comfortable. Was lovely coming back into the hotel and air conditioning after a day out sightseeing!

Only gripe was to do with the roof bar service and the staff member requesting what % tip we would like to include! Just a bit ‘forward’! Apart from that nothing else

Exceptional location Concierge service - Iacolo (?) was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Emails were responded to immediately and they organized our private boat and walking tours. We loved all of them. Rooms immaculate, spacious (we had the deluxe), AC optimal!

The menu could be expanded. We loved the main bartender but the extra help forgot our order when we sat outside and it was busy. They did make it right by giving us room service just after it closed :).

Two nights at H10 Palazzo Canova and it couldn’t have been better. The location is unbeatable — right next to the Rialto Bridge, perfect for exploring on foot or by vaporetto. Rooms are sleek and modern, real comfortable spot to unwind after a day of walking. Staff were warm, attentive, and full of great local tips. The rooftop bar is the highlight — sunset over the canals with a drink in hand is hard to beat, easily one of the best views in Venice. Highly recommend — great location, great service, unforgettable rooftop. We’ll be back!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff who were very courteous and helpful. The location is amazing, right next to the Rialto Bridge. The common areas and our room were clean and well designed. The breakfast was quite delicious with excellent variety and quality.

They offered for me to go to the Murano glass blowing factory saying it was 1 hour of presentation and then I could go the the next destination. It was actually about 10 minutes of presentation of the glass blowing and then the next hour of hard sell of very expensive products to the point where I didn’t feel like I could leave without purchasing. It actually ruined my entire day and the plans I had made to do sightseeing. I was not left alone the entire time I was there. So just beware if you are offered the complimentary tour. If it’s what you liked to buy great, but if you’re like me and wasn’t expecting it, beware!

“I stayed at this hotel in Venice and had a great experience. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The reception staff were really friendly and gave us great tips for getting around by vaporetto. The bar was super convenient for evening drinks without having to go out, and the cocktails were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight too: lots of choice, warm pastries, local products, and a nice view. Perfect spot for exploring on foot. I’d definitely stay again!”

The staff was absolutely excellent. Everyone was very polite, professional and extremely responsive; whatever we asked for, they reacted immediately and always with a positive attitude. A special mention to Maria, the front desk manager, who was truly exceptional. She helped us a lot with the arrangements for all our rooms and also with our transfers, which can be quite complicated in Venice. Her assistance made everything much easier and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent, from the service to the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very updated and clean. Plenty of towels. We tried to experience the rooftop bar but it is very small and apparently requires reservations. Being located near the Rialto bridge is a blessing and a curse for old knees.

We stayed here as a family in the family apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small sitting area near the entrance. The furnishings throughout were elegant and tasteful, and the space felt both comfortable and refined. The room was spotless and we didn't hear any noise. The lobby was also very inviting and provided a welcome respite from the heat after a day of sightseeing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel’s location is outstanding—we loved being right in the center of everything. Breakfast was the main weak point. It appeared to be understaffed, and the selection felt rather limited for a hotel of this caliber. We also visited the rooftop bar once, but the service was slow and not particularly welcoming, so we ultimately left without ordering. Overall, the experience was not flawless, but the excellent apartment, central location, and warm service more than made up for the shortcomings. We would still be very happy to return. I think it was excellent value in Venice.

We stayed for three nights in June and had a lovely time. The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The only downside was being on the ground floor and street facing which meant it wasn't very quiet when trying to get to sleep and then again early in the morning with what I assume were deliveries from about 6am. We had breakfast at the hotel and this was great too, plenty of things to choose from to get you started for the day. We didn't have any of the hot options as we felt there was enough already available. We also enjoyed cocktails on the terrace bar with a pretty spectacular view, you definitely don't want to miss that opportunity if you stay here. The hotel is in a great location, seconds from the Rialto Bridge and within easy walking distance to main sightseeing spots. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. If I was to visit Venice again I would definitely return.

The best possible location! Definitely worth paying a premium to be on the ground Canal. The staff and check-in process was one of the best experienced in Europe. Comfortable tooms and great air-conditioning.

We visited the H10 Palazzo for my special birthday in April. Our suite overlooking the canal had a small balcony and was just perfect. Two adjoining rooms with great storage and a huge bathroom with both a shower and bath, all very tastefully decorated. We will choose this room again on our next visit. The staff were all so welcoming, especially on check in, we felt right at home straight away, nothing was too much trouble, we were given a glass of Prosecco and helped with directions and dinner reservations, all of which turned out to be very good. The breakfast was lovely, a great buffet plus a choice of eggs, pancakes etc, Prosecco available too if you so desire., in fact all we needed to set us up for exploring beautiful Venice. There is an outside terrace which was a nice surprise as I hadn’t seen any photos of it. We visited the roof top bar multiple times and often ended up there to finish off our evening as we didn’t want it to end. The prices were less than the restaurants below right by the canal, and again great service. We cannot wait to return to Venice, and H10 Palazzo is the only hotel for us. Thank you to all the team for making our trip so special.

My group just left the H10 Palazzo Canova and we had an awesome stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop view is amazing. The staff was very nice and assisted with our transfers, gave us dinner location options, anything we needed they were able to assist. If you are heading to Venice this is the place to stay. What a perfect full service hotel in Venice! Private boat taxi from train station to front door of hotel was so lovely to start our stay. Greeting us with Prosecco, beautifully done rooms and a roof top bar to enjoy an Aperol are only a few of the perks. ALL the staff were so gracious (Lisa, Ludovinca and Iacopo especially) if I’m ever back in Venice, this is where I will stay again!

The staff greeted us with and invited us to have a seat for checking in and offered a glass of prosecco. Then shared great suggestions and a map to enjoy the city. The room felt incredibly spotless, well furnished with everything we needed. It was beautiful as well. The rooftop bar was perfect for a drink and snacks. Expert cocktails. I slept so well at night. This stay felt effortless, refined and luxurious.

I can’t think of anything that would make me reconsider staying here. It was spotless and modern and beautiful and comfortable. We were treated so well. And I could see other guests being treated similarly. Easily my favorite stay from our trip to Italy which included 4 cities.

Alles gut, Zimmer (Suite) sind -wie in Venedig üblich- nicht allzu gross, also mit Kindern ggf. zusätzliches Zimmer buchen. Aber: man fährt auch nicht nach Venedig, um im Zimmer zu sitzen. War angemessen gross für Venedig und wirklich komfortabel, liebevolle Details.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is truly at the center of the city so you can easily walk any where. It is very close to the vaporetto stop as well. The hotel is along the canal and there are many restaurants and the bustling crowds. The room was wonderful with excellent amenities and plush towels and bathrobes. The breakfast was in a lovely location and the selections were delicious and very varied. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. The rooftop bar has amazing views and fabulous cocktails. We had a suite with a pullout couch for our daughter, which was very comfortable. We had plenty of room and the set up aloud for privacy and the ability to get ready without waking up someone sleeping. Dock at the door provides ability for a taxi to and from the train station, airport, and anywhere else you need, including suitcases.

Hotel is very nice and the rooftop bar has fantastic views and incredible drinks. Luca and Shohag at the bar were great and even showed me how they make some of the drinks of which the Marco Polo was the best drink I’ve ever had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel on the Grand Canal. The rooms are clean and large by Venice standards. After a day of exploring it was nice to go up to the rooftop bar for a drink before dinner. The staff here are lovely, they pre warned us that the water taxis would not be running after 7:30am on the day of arrival due to the Vogalonga rowing race allowing us to arrange transportation earlier. They even took our mobile number so they could call us when the room was ready earlier. Amazing!

A truly magical stay at H10 Palazzo Canova. Jacob was absolutely incredible — his recommendations for the opera, gondola experiences, restaurants and day trips completely elevated our time in Venice. Nothing was too much trouble, and his warmth, knowledge and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional and the entire experience felt effortlessly elegant and memorable. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and lovely, but honestly, what made this stay special was the people. Islam on the front desk was just brilliant … the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely looked after, not just checked in. This isn’t a Marriott or an Accor or a Hilton, but I can honestly say the service here put many of those places to shame. I’ve stayed at plenty of those high-end hotels across Europe, and rarely have I come across someone so patient, warm, and on top of their job as Islam. Nothing felt like an effort for him. The whole team was great, but he really was the heart of it. We left feeling truly well taken care of, and that’s entirely down to him and his colleagues.

Breakfast is decent enough but it could do with a bit more variety and care to match the standard of the service. With a little work there, this place would be hard to fault.
