Palazzo Vittoria Hotel Milano

Staff was extremely nice, they upgraded us on arrival and was fully available during the whole stay. Breakfast was nice and home made with nice "a la carte" options as well. Really recommended!

Staff were amazing and location was perfect

Nothing

I loved this hotel and the staff. I arrived in the morning after a long-haul flight from Australia and on discovering this, the staff helped me to find a room that was available early so that I could check in and rest; it was so thoughtful and very much appreciated! The room was clean, modern and perfect for my stay. Also very central and within a close walking distance to the Duomo and the centre, with many cafe options along the way. Will definitely stay here again.

N/A

Lovely room, quiet hotel. Great shower and bed.

The lounge and atrium were disappointing. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied so the area was dirty and smelled. Service was hit or miss. The first night service was great, the second time we visited we couldn't get served (although it wasn't busy). Very disappointing.

Loved the location, and the modern atmosphere of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good.

We did not like the fact that we had to ask the hotel staff to activate the air conditioning of the room from their command center.

Asiakaspalvelu, huone, aamupala

Solid 4-star accommodations. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, quiet, excellent customer service. 15 minutes walk from Duomo meant less noise and tourist traffic. Trolley runs by front door.

The Lounge has a beautiful courtyard, but the included breakfast is served in -1: missed opportunity for excellence.

Friendly personal good location very clean and well decorated room

Bardzo fajna obsługa na recepcji, dobra lokalizacja

Balkon był brudny

Hotel curat, amplasare f bună, personal profesionist,

Mic dejun care mai putea fi îmbunătățit

Nice room, clean, good reception and friendly staff

All good

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, good restaurant & breakfast buffet.

Not too much to walk to…

Konumu çok iyi. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı güzeldi ve yeterliydi. Personelde oldukça yardımcıydı. Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey olmadı

Great breakfast

Ubicación

Desayuno poca variedad

Ļoti atsaucīgs personāls, garšīgas brokastis, tīra viesnīca, tuvu centram - tikai 15 minūšu gājiena attālumā. Noteikti iesaku.

The location and the breakfast was really good. The staff was very friendly.

The room was not that clean and had mold in the bathroom ceiling.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the neighbourhood in which it's located is absolutely fabulous, I think it's the most beautiful one in Milan. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious and have all that you might need. The bed and pillows are super confy, the best I've seen so far in a hotel. Breakfast was ok, with a lot of choices, the water pressure could have been better but I don't think they can control that. Really a great stay, will book it again for business trips.

I was expecting to have the nice big terrace but got the smaller one, I know the rooms are the same but the terrace really makes the difference so maybe they could divide them somehow when booking.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book!

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Milan to celebrate my birthday, and it made my stay truly special. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and surprised me with a sweet birthday compliment in the room. The location is great about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel

El trato del personal. 10/10

Poloha

The room was really good, the staff super nice and the breakfast had a great quality and selection

tramhalte voor de deur. 10 minuten metro vanaf luchthaven Linate. Mooie kamer, maar zeer klein. Mooi hotel.

It is nice cozy clean modern room , near the tram , near dumo just 15 m walking, outside full of shops and cafe . Recommend

Price maybe but in general this is normal one in this area 💃

The location is great, the stuff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean, despite the little size it had absolutely everything needed. Very pleasant stay in all means.

I literally liked everything

Nada a reclamar.

Breakfast was good!

The staff were great, kind and friendly, very attentive. Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Central Town.

Everything was great.
