Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The room was very clean and well accommodated. It was beautiful and very cozy with a great view of the city. My kids loved the bunk room! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with - 10/10 would stay again.
We couldn't find a trash room in our room, but that's just being nitpicky.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Everything was very nice and clean, and the best thing about this stay was the staff who were very friendly and solicit, in special Carolina Alexandra, who provided us an excellent customer service and welcoming reception. She took care of everything for us and made our stay in Lisbon to go as smoothly as possible. She also gave us a few tips and recommendations of places we could go as tourists. The rooms were also adorable, air-conditioning working amazingly, beds and couches were also very comfortable. Everything in the apartment was designed to the best for the customer experience. The apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed for the stay over while we were there. Plenty of nice spots and stores nearby, like the “Padaria Portuguesa” (A famous and delicious Portuguese Bakery.) just down the road. You won’t choose wrong especially if you come here with a big family (we were 5 of us in total.)
We were very happy with everything.

It was very roomy - good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - and everything was very modern and super, super clean. Water pressure in the showers was great and beds were very comfortable. We really loved our stay and would most definitely return again!
