The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

I miss having a social club or bar where you can sit, have a glass of wine, and enjoy a nice atmosphere. The coffee available next to the entrance hall is not sufficient.

Not a central location - although the location was good for the purpose of my visit There was a very loud concert outside each day until 10 pm which was disruptive

The staff are exemplary particularly Irawan from Housekeeping and zega from security who particularly made our stay one of the best we have ever had in Jakarta and we have stayed here many times in 5 star hotels like Hyatt etc

Attached to the BxC 2 Mall and easy access to and from the airport. A short walk to KRL station (the quickest way to get to Jakarta’s city center), It’s relatively new, so everything is still spotless.

At one time this hotel will get trafficked as the hotel is in area with the mall.

The staff were really helpful and sent a WA message where I could contact them 247. The amenities in the bathroom were really nice.

One of my favourite hotels to stay at. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast is particularly outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. The exceptional hospitality and overall experience make me look forward to returning every time.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and offered very few choices. I stayed at this hotel two years ago, and the breakfast experience was significantly better at that time. Unfortunately, the quality and variety seem to have declined since then.

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel, muy bonito y muy conveniente el centro comercial que queda debajo del hotel. Situado en la mejor zona de Yakarta, las vistas verdes hacen que el paisaje sea muy agradable.

What we like about this hotel is that attached to the mall, which is handy for shopping and buying food of go to nice Cafe. We also enjoyed the pool and gym. But the lobby is so small and not much to enjoy for the 5 stars hotel. Normally when we go to 5stars hotel, at least the lobby is big and comfortable to enjoy ourselves, not on this hotel sadly. The room is just a regular room. Comfy bed and nice shower.

Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Lage war ausgezeichnet - direkt neben Shopping-Center. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Zimmer war recht laut - Verbindungstür zu anderem Zimmer war so gut wie gar nicht schallisoliert. Bei lauten Nachbarn (was hier der Fall war), war es recht unangenehm und störend.

Noisy vehicles at the adjacent road (for road facing rooms) may sometimes disturb your early night sleeps....not hotel specific but a common problem for any road side hotels at Jakarta

Location is great. Hotel located in the same area with mall. If I need something, I just go to the mall. View to the city is great, I can see birds fly around, so joyful. Also we can see train out there. Room is very clean and comfortable.

I wish the staff give the same level of service to all guest. Not only for foreign.

Food wise, is hit and miss. Love the variety of the food, but the quality itself was so-so, as it was just okay. Got a very dry fried rice, and a bit bland satay, love the sweet porridge on the breakfast buffet. The honey comb was a nice touch.

It would be nice if the rooms included more small amenities such as envelopes or proper writing paper. For a five-star hotel, I expected a bit more stationery instead of just a small notepad and pencil.

The hotel is new and located next to shopping mall. But most importantly, its the first star hotel in Indonesia in which the bathroom and shower is actually clean without black mould! So keep up the great cleaning work!

the breakfast food not really fancy the food since the pastries were not that fresh in terms of hard to chew. altho the food options are quite varied, but many of the dishes are only about a 5 out of 10 in taste. the fried noodles, for example, were very dry, almost crispy. or the beef black paper meat were tough to chew

Spacious room with a unique train view, delicious food, friendly staff, and a pleasant scent throughout the hotel, overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The pool is a bit small, but it’s still enjoyable and fun for kids.

The shower stall features a marble flooring which is extremely slippery when wet. Also, I think the rooms should also have a nespresso machine. WiFi is quite slow. Not sure why. Much faster if I use my own roaming

Gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und professionellen Mitarbeitern. Sehr ruhige und helle Zimmer, moderne Bäder. Großes Frühstücksbuffet mit umfangreicher Auswahl (warm / kalt / asiatisch / western). Sehr gute Betten! Das Hotel verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zu Mall, das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Schnell von Airport erreichbar.

Am Wochenende kommen viele Familien mit Kindern in das Hotel. Am Pool wird es dann laut und der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr voll.
