Aviary Bintaro

Room was comfortable, breakfast was generous and tasty, service was excellent. I didn't get to use the gym and pool much but I wish I had. There were several good restaurants and shops in walking distance and it was easy to get a taxi.

The safe wasn't working when I arrived and needed to be replaced. The TV was also unable to connect to the network so I couldn't stream anything or cast from my devices.

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Superb breakfast in a lovely restaurant.

NOISY. The open design of the corridors is great for ventilation and works well in Bali, not in Bintaro next to a main road. It sounded like a speedway track. Also not helped by some of the guests shouting and playing music in a common areà where other guests were sleeping before 06.00.

Clean and spacious rooms, very courteous staff, exceptional breakfast.

We are family with 3 kids. Having the accommodation that consists of 2 rooms with living room and small kitchen is helpful. Good variety of breakfasts.

You can hear the noise of the street.

يوجد شطاف داخل المرحاض ولا يوجد خارج مما لا يتناسب مع بعض الناس طلبنا عشاء وللاسف وصلنا باردا وغير مقبول الطعم باختصار لم يعجبني العشاء تم توفير سرير للطفل مكسور القاعده مما اضطرني لترتيب السرير بنفسي لكي يلائم نوم الطفل

The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The restaurant has different food everyday and the tasty are good.

We stayed on the second floor Junior Flat 2 Bedrooms, unfortunately it's quite noisy with the sound of cars, scooters and motorcycle from the street outside.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. The thought and gesture itself was so heart warming! Very friendly and attentive staff all throughout my stay - would definitely stay here every time I need to be in the area.

Honestly, very rare for me - but nothing :) everything was perfect alhamdulillah

The hotel is quite old with little maintenance of basic linens, towels etc. Clean towels still had old stains. The bedsheets were terrible

The location

The cleanliness, especially for the bathrooms need bigger improvements. We stayed at 2 bedrooms apartments, and most of the complaints from my families, was the bathrooms were dirty and clogged. Need more attention to them.

Kamarnya luas, bersih, disediakan kitab suci, pengalaman seru feeding birds, kolam renang bersih, breakfast lengkap. Pizzanya enak, pokonya worth to stay and come back.

We stayed here for a week while we packed up our house and prepared to move. Clean, comfortable apartment. Good location, good facilities, nice breakfast. My 7 y.o. daughter enjoyed feeding the rabbit and birds. Staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating - quick to help. Internet wasn’t working well on our first night. I phoned the front desk and they arranged to have an access point installed directly in our apartment the following morning. The I nternet worked perfectly afterwards.

The food was good. Like their pizza! Spacy, well furnished and meets our needs.

Hotel design seems to allow a lot of corridor and traffic noise into the room. This was the noisiest hotel I've stayed in for a few years. No noise from other rooms; only noise from people entering/exiting elevators and stairwells, and some traffic noise.

Hotel Apartement style excellent for a long stay with family. Easy access to restaurants, cafes & supermarket nearby, breakfast was superb. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Will come and stay again

Another nice stay, seemed to be some kind of youth event that cause quite a lot of noise in the nights and heavy elevator congestion, other than that, it’s a really nice place to stay

It was an amazing experience. Love the concept. It has a bird park too with many different birds. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and smell good. Will come again

Actually the room and also the cleanliness is great and amazing. But unfortunately all the food when i got into Suhoot time all cold.. so i couldn't enjoy thr food for my suhoor. I tried some of the food from a to b c and other but unfortunately I couldn't even finish it all.. please make sure that the food is not cold while they served the guest

The buffet for Suhoor. I was amazing btw but a cold not even warm so sad. I tried from this to that but still i couldn't enjoy. Sorry to say about it. The room and services from the staffs are beyond and I love it. But it turned info a disappointment when i got the suhoor meals.

Rooms on the 7th floor with street view were very noisy because of the main road in front. Unfortunately, there was an annoying smell coming out of the sink and a clogged shower drain (which was fixed by engineering staff later). The towels are a bit old and have stains

Really enjoyed my stay, the only downside was that the traffic was extremely loud, didn’t keep me awake, but was extremely loud at night

Showers and room were generally clean. Room facilities were sufficient. Café and restaurant were very good. Service staff in restaurants and housekeeping staff were good.

Limited food options, the soap and shampoo provided in the bathrooms are of low quality and front office service staff were very ordinary

Great location, staffs were brilliant... all were helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of options both Indonesian and continental style.

Wish all area (the corridors) were AC... but that's just me...

It was a nice stay. The pool and bar isn’t as nice as in the pictures. My room had a balcony but the door to it was locked and there were boards covering the view. That was terrible The staff were amazing! Even with the language barrier they made sure all of my needs were met!

The bedroom was really good and clean. The breakfast options are excelent. Very convient place as a base due to close proximity to dining places and shopping mall.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of different foods available. Gym facilities were good and the swimming pool was a good size and child friendly. The room we had was a great size for a family and had everything needed. Staff were excellent at all times, friendly and always willing to help.

Cleanliness of the floor in the room could have been better, our boys would be very active around the rooms and we needed to clean their feet often because of this.

Great hotel. We were worried about the potential noise from the surrounding mosques, and explained this to the check-in staff. They made sure we were in one of the quiet rooms. We didn’t hear the call to prayer once. The room was decently sized, clean and modern. Restaurant was okay and the staff always courteous. Overall, a decent hotel in the area, where options are quite limited.

The location is closed to the place we are having our appointments. Have many choices of good restaurants nearby.

The foul smell from the drain outlets inside the bathroom . Since this is the second time staying in this hotel, it must be the design fault of the sewer line for not having floor traps installed.

The room was clean and the facilities made my stay very comfortable!

I wish we could adjust the AC more. The wind speed was either too high or too low.

We found this hotel to be great for families, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the only issue we encountered was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
