friendly staff and nice location

Location

I requested a wake up call at 4.30am as I have to go to the airport sharply at 5am, but no calls were ever made. 4.50am I went down to process a check out, there's none there, then a security came receiving the roomcard.

The location is great. Close to very important social centres.

Food good, hospitality very nice, pegawai hotel cepat respon.

Very good and highly recommended

Location & breakfast menu are incredible

The room, the food, the waiters all are excellent .. Led by Reza

Sampah masih disana dll. Sangat disayangkan.

The staff and breakfast buffet are awesome

Bathroom is a bit outdated and need to be cloroxed

So far Ok

ac nya ga bs disett but teknisi akan cepat tanggap!

I had such a wonderful stay here for 2 nights! The location is super convenient—really close to BXC Mall and surrounded by many places to eat like McD and KFC. There are also lots of cozy cafés nearby, which was perfect because I love going out for coffee. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The amenities were also really complete, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What made the experience extra special was the amazing service from the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was especially surprised when they prepared a birthday cake for me since it was my birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Jinda and her colleagues were the ones who surprised me—I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but I did take some photos of them. They were so kind and kept wishing me a great day and happiness. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of. Thank you for making my birthday and my trip so memorable. I would definitely love to come back again!

This is such a good hotel to stay with your family. It's very clean, comfortable, no sound from other rooms, the breakfast is amazing, the personnel is very friendly, respectful and friendly, especially Ridha! I had a very good stay here for the last week.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, anticipating every need before I even had to ask. Truly, this hotel sets a new standard for outstanding service, making me feel valued and cared for every step of the way.

I recently attended a company event at the ballroom of Hotel Santika Bintaro and was truly impressed by the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, from the security staff, receptionists, to all hotel crew members. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly . Even during the preparation before the event, they were super helpful and attentive. I really appreciate and respect their dedication. Youcan really feel that they give their best in everything they do. I have so much respect and appreciation for their service. In addition to the great service, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, including the public restrooms. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. It made our event run smoothly and left a great impression on all of us. Highly recommended for business events or even just a stay. Thank you, Santika Bintaro team!

Friendly and helpful staff. The banquet team, Pak Amin pak Aris, Pak Irfan, Pak Rekhi, pak Fahmi , Pak Herdian did a wonderful job inassisting the event.

I had a wonderful birthday stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro! Big thanks to Kak Fatima, Kak Dindi, Kak Clara, Kak Mikha, Kak Novita dan Kak Primadanto for the amazing service and sweet surprise. The room was beautifully decorated and the birthday cake was delicious. Really appreciate the effort — you made my day extra special!

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all well-prepared and tasty. The staff were attentive and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for a birthday party and requested some small decorations, and they were beautifully decorated. Thank you to Mikha, Dindy, Fatma, Jinda, and Clara. May you always be successful ❤️

Really Good Hotel from the Hospitality to the Facility

Nothing

I like how the staff always great us, they always asking if everything is good or not. Also we like our room, me and my mom sleep good.

On the day two, I don't know if at the hotels have an event or all the room are fully booked, when we go to sleep around 12 pm, outside our room is very noisy, I think a group of people taking photos together, they laugh and very noisy. I hope in the future staff hotel can warn that to the guest, because if that happen in the middle of night we can't sleep.

Room was wonderfully prepared We enjoyed the breakfast The staffs particularly danto & fatma are friendly and helpful

breakfast & location

The water in the shower was barely lukewarm. I was looking forward to having hot showers.

We went to the hotel because we had an Immigration medical check-up the next day. The property is about 5 minutes from the clinic. Great location! The property and pool were gorgeous as well and the breakfast was good.

Hotel is value for money.

Room slightly smaller than expected.

Hi .. thank you for the excellent service . Specially ka andi to manage any request for birthday my husband.. semoga bisa balik untuk staycation bersama keluarga yaaa . See youwww

The location is easy to reach. The food variation innthe breakfast is excellwnt

Although there were a few things I didn’t like during my stay, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff were friendly and helpful. I had a coffee order delivered via Grab, and even though it arrived a bit late, the front door staff patiently waited and handed it to me with a smile. When I was checking out, they also greeted me warmly and chatted with me while I waited for my GrabCar.

I checked in late at night, and when I arrived, there was no staff at the reception desk. Once the check-in process began, the atmosphere felt rather cold — there was no welcome greeting, no smile, and no warmth. As someone carrying a lot of luggage, I was also a bit disappointed that there was no offer to help or any initiative shown by the staff.

Stayed at Santika Premiere Bintaro and had a really pleasant experience. The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The food was tasty, and the setting worked really well for meetings. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite—roomy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent, above and beyond. This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. The service from Mr. Ulhag in FO and the hotel's What'sApp admin is extremely helpful and friendly. Will recommend my friends forcefully to stay here.
