Très joli petit hôtel, bien placé à Nation, les chambres sont petites mais bien agencées. SBD excellentes. Une table un peu plus grande pour travailler aurait été pratique. Super clean en tout cas. Accueil très pro et sympathique.

Les petits déjeuners pourraient être plus copieux. à compter de 9h30, il ne rest plus grand chose

Our room was spotless and fresh, better than expected! The staff were super helpful and welcoming and we immediately felt comfortable. I will recommend District nation to family and friends, and we will definitely return on our next Paris visit!

Such a lovely hotel in the best area

Stayed here solo, room was tiny and perfect! Great breakfast and a short walk from nation station. Friendly people at the front desk and very clean all around! Tiny elevator was a cute surprise, thanks again :)

Very well located hotel in Paris 11. Close to transportation and dining

Only issues was the size of the bed. Our booking said queen bed but our room had a double. When asked, we were told that every room has the same size bed as what we have. Overall it was still comfortable and clean and in a lovely area

It's a great place to stay. The room is small but clean and new. The location didn't feel unsafe (I would recommend for solo traveling), the staff was helpfull, the metro/bus stop was close. The only disadvantage would be that it was a little bit far from the most visited places but its really no big deal, you can reach everything with metro.

Wer ein unpretentiöses, solides Hotel im 11. sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben: Gute Metro-Anbindung, zentrale Lage im 11., saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal-passt alles soweit!

J’ai passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était joliment décorée, avec une ambiance agréable et soignée. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée, car on entend un peu les bruits des autres chambres. Mais dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience !

Hotel situato in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, abbiamo sempre dormito bene, fondamentale quando si è in giro tutto il giorno. Camera piccola, ma pulita e con letto comodo. Nel bagno una bella doccia grande, viceversa lavandino un po' troppo piccolo e scomodo per lavarsi la faccia. Unica pecca la colazione, non all'altezza del prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 2 notti. La camera ed il bagno sono molto piccoli ed essenziali ma non manca nulla. Della colazione non abbiamo usufruito perché ha un prezzo molto elevato, come spesso capita a Parigi. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli presso la reception, gratuitamente, sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale, potremmo ritornare

2度目の宿泊でしたが、相変わらずスタッフの皆さんが優しかった。部屋も清潔でシャワーの水圧も問題なく、お湯も充分出ます。また、宿泊した部屋には冷蔵庫はついていませんがフロントのスタッフにお願いすると冷蔵庫、冷凍庫に食品を預かってくれます。 パリに行く際は、また泊まりたいです。

Maravilhosa, quarto grande, bom chuveiro e funcionários muito cordiais. Portaria 24h e a localização é excelente próximo a estações de metro e uma das linhas com integração para vários lugares inclusive os pontos turísticos mais famosos, voltaria e recomendo. Uma dica que ajudaria muito os viajantes seria um frigobar no quarto mas nada que mude a experiência.

Not "wonderful" as reviews claim. I had a perfectly comfortable room that was clean. But everything about the hotel is shabby. This place needs to be updated with painting, new towels, and amenities like soap.

Very nice hotel

I had a terrible experience at this hotel to the extent I left and didnt even finish my stay and left after 2 nights. There is probably 1 staff member for the entire hotel, so when I arrived in the afternoon I waited for 20 minutes bc the desk was empty - when I called the number the phone on the desk just rang and no one came. Overall the hotel has a overwhelming feeling of cheapness - lots of plastic, thin walls, not super clean space. The room itself was extremely small, which could be fine but the noise, thin walls, and poor setup was an extreme turnoff. (no mattress pad on the bed, extremely thin cheap towels, etc). The bathroom is so small as a petite woman my knees hit the wall. As I was having a friend join me, I decided to change hotels as this room is impossible for two people. I had paid extra fees upon check in for an additional guest, which the hotel refused to refund even though I left early, and the second guest never came. Overall, I would never step foot in this hotel again and do not recommend unless you are on a low budget and dont care much about where you stay. Its also very far from the fun parts of Paris.

Abysmal space and terrible service - impossible to stay here and especially do not come as a couple, it's the most romantic place on earth. Noisy, cheap, bad location, etc.

Hôtel simple déco style Ikea Le matelas est confortable et pas de nuisances sonores la nuit. Juste des petites choses pourraient être modifiées. La chambre que j'ai eu est aménagée PMR au RDC. Les patères sont trop hautes. Ensuite, les parois de douche sont en réalité des parois de baignoire avec un jour en-dessous important ce qui entraîne une inondation au sol dans toute la salle de bain c'est désagréable. Dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas de surface pour poser ses affaires. Dernier point, il n'y a pas de table de nuit.

Simple room decorated to a high standard. Would have appreciated additional pillows and herbal tea options. Limited hotel facilities and a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Water was available on request but would have been better in the room.

My (single) room was not very spacious, but it was very well equiped and comfortable. The bed was excellent and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a quiet street, nearby shops, restaurants and the metro. All in all it was very positive.

I did not understand the fact that hotel does not let you change room temperature.It’s set to 23 C.Guest should be able adjust at least few degrees.

Hotel ristrutturato recentemente, pulito e molto confortevole, situato in una zona comoda grazie alla stazione della metropolitana Nation da cui partono più linee. Molto consigliato

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, the breakfast was very tasty in the morning, there was no fridge in the room, but that's not a problem, we could use the cafeteria fridge, all the staff are very friendly, we had a very good time, thank you.

It was cute and close to food

Quarto muito pequeno. Menor que já fiquei. A janela do quarto dava para o corredor interno, se eu abrisse quem passava me via dentro do quarto. Cama desconfortável.

The location was great; only a few minutes walk to a bustling metro station. Breakfast did not seem worth the price given the abundance of boulangeries and cafes in the area. Rooms were small but bed was comfortable.

Stayed 6 nights, loved the Single room, beautifully decorated and very well designed to include everything needed, with great storage space. It was spotlessly clean. Staff were unfailingly helpful and very pleasant. Surroundings are great for shops and on the run food options as well as sit down ones and particularly liked the Rue des Boulets area. Excellent transport links too. Will stay again if possible to get a booking.

This is a very small but very cute hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was super clean. And it was very easy to walk to the train station.

I am a fan of the 11th arondissement - less touristy and expensive than many others, and the proximity to Nation makes it very accessible from anywhere across the city. Fairly basic in terms of amenities, but a sweet spot to stay if you don't need a 'full service' hotel

Amazing staff. Great rooms. There is tea!!!! With milk. It made my day. Rooms are typical Parisian size, but comfortable. Anyway I have booked another stay. Lost of buses and a metro station nearby.

This was a great option for our stay during the Olympics. Very convenient to several train lines and the RER A. Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast not worth paying for if it is not included.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly and super helpful staff - we dropped our bags off early and they were waiting in our room for us! Quiet location for a good nights sleep and easily accessible by public transport. Short & direct journey into central Paris. Rooms small but functional, clean and modern. Although not used there was a good variety of local amenities; bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay. We opted for a small room as planned to be out so we knew we would have a lot of room, but the closet was a decent size and had ample hanging area too. Comfy bed and a/c was great as Paris was having very hot weather. Location perfect for access to RER and Metro. Great local restaurants too.

A nice stay. The hotel is clean and had a nice renovation. Location is great. Only down side is that the walls are paper thin, you have to specifically ask at the front desk to get the heat/aircon ‘activated’, and a small point but we asked for ice and they didn’t have any. They said they would get some for the next day but this never happened. Not a big deal though. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at District Nation. It was very clean and we found it quite safe coming back late at night, as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Nation station. The location was good as we were visiting both Disneyland and the central tourist sites. There are also plenty of local bakeries and cafes nearby, so a great stay if you want to experience somewhere less touristy. The staff were friendly and tidied the room each day, including changing the towels if requested. The only downside was that the soap provided in the shower was a combined hair, body and hand soap, so you might want to bring your own shampoo and shower gel!

We stayed in a double room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well presented. It was clear that the room had been recently renovated. Room decor is modern, with stylish ginko wallpaper and a relaxing green, white and wicker theme. Bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The room had a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and three shelves. Enough space for two people's clothes for a week. There was also a small desk, with kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Ensuite bathroom has a rain shower. In relation to some other people's comments about the noise from the stairs. Yes, it is possible to hear people coming down the staircase, but don't think this warrants a complaint. Most people were stepping and talking quietly. I'm sure people passed who made no noise at all. The chairs are another matter however. We could hear other people moving chairs in the rooms all around us. It was very loud and annoying. And I guess the noise from our chair was also annoying for other guests. We tried to avoid moving it at all. I was woken a few times by the noise of chairs from other rooms. But only momentarily There is no option to not have housekeeping in your room. I did ask specifically for housekeeping to leave my room alone. But the tidied it anyway. Which I found very annoying. Don't forget your shower gel. There is some supplied but it feels like it's too diluted.

I'm really happy I chose District Nation for my Paris trip. It was perfect for my needs, and the proximity the Metro allowed me to get just about anywhere I wanted to go in the city. Staff were friendly and the room was kept up nicely. I'd definitely stay here again!

A very nice, quiet small hotel in a nice area of Paris and convenient for metro and RER. It was good value for the price

We stayed at this hotel for three nights - arrived late in the evening on the first night so was grateful for the 24hr reception. Things we liked about the hotel were it’s location (very close to a lot of public transport), friendly staff and generally very clean and tidy place. The I would say the main disappointment was the fact that our room was separated over two floors - I hadn’t perceived this was an option from the photos when making the booking. The downstairs area was bathroom and table/chairs. The upstairs area was bed, coffee table and small wardrobe. But the bed was so close to the top of the stairs that if you slept on one side you had to be careful when getting in and out of bed. Also on that same side was a low diagonal beam and a cupboard - very much a squeeze. One night I got up and hit my head very hard on the low beam because I couldn’t see it in the dark. I think it would be worth having something to protect the beam.

Loved this hotel, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast we got for 1 day and it was really good and had many options. There were two metro stations nearby that took us to the main attractions in Paris so it was well located. Very new-feeling and had everything we needed.

We were welcomed by a really lovely young man on reception. Room was clean and neat, and everything worked. Tea and coffee-making and mini-kitchen were a nice touch. Beware very low beams in certain places - I hit my head on one of them. Hard. Hotel very much recommended. For dinner, we recommend nearby Loulou or the Ethioian places opposite Loulou.
