Hotel Flanelles Paris

Conveniently located across from the Gare du Nord making it easy to get to CDG airport the next morning. There was some street noise but it died down after 10pm. From our room on the 8th floor we had a great view of Monmartre snd of the Eiffel Tower from the stairway. Our room was spacious with a nice layout and style. Very good water pressure with plenty of hot water.

The feather pillows on our bed smelled bad. We asked the maid to change them out. They brought us non-feather pillows. The bathroom tiles and corners on the floor could have been cleaner but they weren't terrible.

If you’re travelling to / from Gare du Nord, the location is very convenient. The hotel is directly over the road from the station entrance so it’s ideal. The rooms are comfortable, a decent size for Paris, the bathrooms are clean and shower good (I had no issue with hot water as others have mentioned). The staff are friendly also.

Nothing that would stop me staying here again. But it’s worth noting there is no minibar - nothing to even keep your own water in. Which is very odd these days. The lowest the air con temperate can be set to is 22 degrees which is ok but again, with temperatures in Europe getting higher, that’s not cool enough for some

The location suited us but the hotel was abysmal.

The room was extra small with nowhere to put anything. No hairdryer, no slippers, this is supposed to be a 4* hotel. No one at front desk when we wanted to check out and we hand to wait 20 minutes and we were already running late for an event. When someone decided to show up they told me to be quiet. Rude and horrendous. The front door was locked with no way to exit the hotel, this was a safety and fire risk, I could be dead.

Exceptional stay from start to finish! The facilities and amenities were top-notch, but what truly set this hotel apart was the staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely one of a kind. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel and room!

-Our room had a glass separating the bed and the shower and after one goes to sleep is difficult for instance to wash your hands without the light disturbing the other person -Some receptionists were not very happy to help us. -Wifi in the restaurant/bar is really bad so not very easy to work there.

Helpful and courteous staff. Well-placed for Gare du Nord and transport connections. Very clean, and bed was comfortable.

I liked how clean it was and aesthetically pleasing it looked. I liked how easy it was to get to our rooms and how friendly the staff were. It was seriously a very pleasant experience overall and it was nice being able to be there with all of my friends.

There were just a few minor things, we booked three rooms of which two rooms were booked with two separated beds, we eventually found out all of the rooms were king-sized double beds, so we took care of that. I also didn't get some sticks or tea spoons for the coffee I made in my room to mix the sugar, but these are just minor and small things that just doesn't compare to the positive aspects of this hotel. Thank you so much.

Great stay in Paris! The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The room was quiet with an amazing bed, which was great after walking around the city all day. Location is very convenient

We booked a double room with balcony and landmark view, and then reached out to the property twice in advance of the stay and they confirmed this booking. Once we arrived they claimed we hadn’t booked this (despite paying extra for this room) and when we showed them the booking then said that choosing and paying for a specific room doesn’t mean that you will get it, and we have to verbally confirm it. When we showed them the messages where we asked to confirm twice (since they asked us to confirm in the booking message) they said that sometimes they just say “ok” and “yes” to requests but this doesn’t mean that we will still get the room we paid for as it is still subject to availability. The receptionist was very rude about this and kept saying we were at fault here, and that we should have cancelled our booking. Additionally room was much smaller than pictures, did not have the view we expected, the toilet had no sink attached, the room was very dusty and there were no housekeeping services provided. Overall location is great but was otherwise disappointing given the price point. If you have to book this hotel I wouldn’t recommend booking more than the cheapest room, as according to the receptionist they don’t take into account bookings when allocating rooms regardless of what you select and pay.

とてもフレンドリーでした。1階にはCafeもあり、ホテルの方もレストランの方も皆親切でした。初めてのパリ旅行に最高の思い出が出来ました。翌日ロンドンに行く予定があり、EUROSTARを使う予定があり、駅が目の前で立地も最高でした。また利用したい。ありがとうございました。

Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig. Metro direkt vorm Haus, beide wichtigen Bahnhöfe sind nah. Nordbahnhof direkt gegenüber und der Ostbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Hotel war sauber und offensichtlich erst vor nicht langer Zeit renoviert. Unser Zimmer war winzig aber völlig o.k. Empfang war etwas muffelig. Da bin ich von grösseren Ketten Besseres gewöhnt. Frühstück war sehr gut, typisch französisch, aber das mag ich ja gerne, Hauptsache es gibt frische Croissants und der Kaffee wurde ganz frisch mit der Profimaschine vom Barista zubereitet. Nix mit Automat. O-Saft war frisch, bzw. hochwertig. Keine supersüsse Plörre an die die Amerikaner gewöhnt sind. Was aber bei dem Hotel 4 Sterne sein soll ist mir ein Rätsel. Es war sauber, zentral, sicher, für wenige Nächte sehr gut, aber bei 4 Sternen habe ich höhere Ansprüche an die Ausstattung. Egal. Würde wieder kommen. Nur die Umgebung ist sehr aufregend. Also was da alles auf der Strasse, vor allem am Abend rumlümmelt..... herrje, das ist schon schwer zu ertragen. Penner, finstere Gestalten, Besoffene.... alles dabei. Aber man hat uns in Ruhe gelassen. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe und kann preiswert essen, also Paris-entsprechend.

Der Knabe am Empfang hätte etwas lächeln können und von selbst sagen wann es Frühstück gibt, wie das alles hier funktioniert, man die Koffer hier lassen könne etc. Ach ja, wir hatten angefragt, ob es möglich sei ein wenig früher die Zimmer zu bekommen. Wir kamen um ca. 11.30 Uhr an und hätten uns gerne ein wenig frisch gemacht.... nein, keine Antwort auf unser Mail und bei der Ankunft auch nicht möglich. Nicht vor 15 Uhr. Aber die Koffer konnten wir abstellen..... na immerhin.

Les chambres donnant vue gare bien que bien insonorisées ne permettent pas de garantir un repos dans le calme mais ce n'est absolument pas la faute de l'établissement mais plutôt du quartier et de sa fréquentation. Le matin impossible de prendre l'ascenseur tellement il est sollicité.

The hotel was very untidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were very small and were not cleaned daily. The breakfast was very poor and disappointing. Overall, it was not worth the money we paid.

The room was nice and comfortable. The balcony was superb (thank you). Personnel was exceptionally (and genuinly) helpful at any time, it made our stay so comfotable. The historic building is typical for Paris, while the interior design of the hotel is crisp, beautiful and attractive - it really gives you a "Paris feeling".

The station area doesn't seem a safe place, but the proximity to the high speed train and connectedess is perfect . Despite this, we will surely return.

Stade de Franceでのコンサートに参加するためにここに宿泊しました。ホテルはパリ北駅の目の前です。あまり治安の良くないエリアにはなりますが、駅からすぐなので、夜遅くに帰るときも怖くなかったです。Stade de Franceまで一駅、シャルルドゴール空港までも電車一本で行けて、とても便利でした。お部屋はすごく清潔感あって、ぴかぴかでした。

部屋のエアコンの効き具合があまりよくなく、フロントの人に伝えたら、扇風機貸してくれました。私の部屋だけの問題なのか、ほかの部屋も同様の問題があったかはわかりませんが、廊下などはちゃんとエアコン効いてました。週末は朝7時から朝食が始まるということでしたが、7時15分ごろに行ったら、クロワッサンがまだ並んでなくて残念でした。

Perfect for the Gard De Nord and very clean

I understand that Paris and the location is at a premium but the layout of the room was ridiculous. The toilet was at one side and the shower and hand washing facilities were at the other. There was no privacy to shower or toilet. I was with my partner but I still like to wash and toilet in privacy

Достаточно перейти дорогу, и вы уже на месте — очень удобно, к тому же с вокзала можно сесть на несколько линий метро. Классический номер для Парижа оказался довольно просторным. Комната оборудована всем необходимым: кондиционер, телевизор, халаты, чистое постельное белье, кофемашина с капсулами, чай и вода. Приятно, что есть лифт. Завтрак в кафе на первом этаже с видом на вокзал — отличный: шведский стол, свежая выпечка и вкусный кофе. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за внимательность и оперативность: они помогли с печатью посадочных талонов и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Также очень удобная и бесплатная комната для хранения багажа — мы воспользовались ею после выселения, чтобы без проблем провести 5 часов до отправления поезда. Вокруг отеля есть небольшие магазины и кафе. Важное замечание: район за вокзалом вечером может показаться неблагополучным, поэтому лучше добираться до отеля на метро или быть внимательнее. В остальном — отличный выбор!

Fijn hotel! Personeel heel vriendelijk, goede en schone kamer en het eten in het restaurant is super. Vooraf gewaarschuwd over grimmigheid rondom Gare du Nord, maar dit is ons reuze meegevallen. Als je gewoon doorloopt is er niets aan de hand.

The room that we got was very spacious and clean. Even though we stayed during the heatwave, the room was very cool, we almost didn’t notice how hot it was outside. We got a very warm welcome from the staff and they were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The hotel is also very good located with Gare Du Nord across the street. This brings some outside noice from the traffic and people but that is what you can expect with this location.

The only thing was that the water of the shower sometimes stayed cold.

The AC wasn’t working during the heat wave! The hotel was boiling hot. It was really uncomfortable. They said, I would get a discount for my stay but I didn’t receive any money back.

Location excellent for Gare du Nord and hence access to Paris in general. Diverse eating places in walking distance, including on site restaurant. This hotel was exactly what we wanted and needed at the time. i
