Das Zimmer ohne Fenster gehen aussen war etwas düster. Das Bett ohne lattenrost war viel zu hart. Der Essbereixh ist sehr schön. Jedoch wenn man am Abend [nah 22 .00 Uhr]was Drinken möchte, wird man an die Baar gesetzt. Obwohl genügend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden sind. Bekommt nur einen Sofaplatz,wenn man mit nachdruck und dem hinweiss.als Hausgast um einen Platz bittet.

Hammer Frühstück, super schöne Location. Betten sauber, Zimmer könnten aber mal wieder einen Grundputz ertragen und Putzpersonsl müsste für die WC Reinigung den WC Besen im die Hand nehmen. Rückstände hinten in der Schüssel, Verschmutzungen unter Spiegel etc.

Das Hotel ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Die Fußgängerzone ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr bunt und es macht Spaß dort zu übernachten.

Uniquely decorated hotel centrally located only a couple of blocks from the historic centre of Dijon, all sights within walking distance. We travelled with our dog and the hotel is extremely dog-friendly: At check in I was informed without even asking that dogs are allowed everywhere on the premises, including the restaurant, breakfast and bar. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking garage in the basement at an extra cost. I can highly recommend this hotel especially for dog owners

Nous avions réservé une place de parking, avons appelé 2h avant d’arriver afin de bien confirmer cette place (ce qui était le cas). Mais 1h avant d’arriver nous recevons de nouveau un coup de fil nous signifiant que cette place a été « prise » par un autre client et donc que l’hôtel n’en avait plus pour nous…

Loved the quirky, fun element to this hotel with the decor and option for the cinema. Room was nice but the lack of even a kettle for tea/coffee in the room is something I’ve never witnessed even in the most basic of hotels so this was a real let down for me.

Great stay at MS Dijon. Travelling as a family of 4 and the adjoining room was perfect. So many hotels shove a sofa bed in the corner but this was two separate but connected rooms. Breakfast was great, standard hotel prices. Parking underground was super convenient. Hotel well situated for exploring Old town Dijon.

Alles war super, außer Parkplatz muss im voraus reserviert werden.

Great location. Funky style hotel. Staff were friendly at check in. Small often crowded lobby. Room is cute… Don’t care for the masks over the light fixtures. Feel they are unnecessary for the decor. Otherwise the room is nice. Only true problem… the air conditioning, while quiet, doesn’t cool the room down. Had to lay without covers all night the first night. Second night we opened the curtains and slept with the window open. It was a 95 degree day, but the open window was better than the AC.

Hotel arredato in maniera molto originale, con elementi ricercati e di pregio Ottima cucina con ampia scelta (prima colazione). Nota negativa per quanto concerne la pulizia del bagno e relativa scarsa dotazione di prodotti per l'igiene della persona.

Men mulig å parkere i offentlig parkeringsgarasje 5 minutter unna. - Frokosten var OK, men noe uorganisert. Virket som det ikke var nok personale til stede for å rydde unna og sørge for påfyll

Our stay at Mama Shelter in Dijon was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great vibe, with beautiful and creative interior design, and exceptionally friendly staff. The restaurant was delightful and there was a lovely outdoor bar which is made for enjoyable evenings. The rooms are fantastic—with vibrant, tasteful colour schemes—and the bathrooms stand out, especially the showers, along with fluffy towels. If I visit Dijon again, I will definitely stay here.

This was such a fun and unique hotel to stay in! The decor is so clever and entertaining. We loved all the extras like pinball machines and a movie theater. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. Rooms were clean & mostly comfortable. One problem for me was air conditioning, which was weak even after being adjusted stronger & lower. I also felt the bed was too soft & warm, I didn’t like the topper. It might be more comfortable without it. That said, location was spectacular and close to everything. So I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in town in the future.

It is a fantastic hotel well located to the vibrant city centre Staff were fantastic and the bar was vibrant and full, had a wonderful lunch and after dinner drinks Would really would have liked a shower and tea facilities in the room Wonderful!!!!

Très bel hôtel à la décoration atypique comme d’habitude. Et une très très bonne odeur dans l’ensemble de l’établissement

Tout fut parfait ! La chambre est très confortable et incroyablement calme. Il faut impérativement dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et y prendre le petit déjeuner. Il manque juste une bouilloire dans la chambre. Pour ceux qui sont sensibles à la lumière, les rideaux laissent un tout petit passer le jour sur les bords. Et il peut faire un peu chaud dans la chambre, la climatisation n’étant pas très puissante.

Pour une nuit avec ma grande fille, hôtel très très chouette, très "instagrammable"! Literie de très bonne qualité et propreté appréciée! En centre ville mais au calme. Personnel vraiment très sympa. Nous y avons pris l'apéritif, le dîner et le petit déj, le cadre est vraiment travaillé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

La chambre trop petite et elle donne sur un mur. On a pas trouvé ni shampoing ni gel de douche,peut être un oublie!! Et seulement 2 ou 3 mouchoirs dans la boite.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room cosy but the linen, beds and pillows great.No tea or coffee and bring shampoo, as it’s just a bar of soap in the shower. Book ahead for restaurant. Fun in the evening with DJ (as it was a Saturday). Breakfast good as always. Great location.

Proposer des minuscules savons inutisables comme shampoing et lavage corps c est utiliser l écologie pour faire des économies. Pas de possibilité de faire du café et pas de boissons. Et imposer des QR codes: c est l horreur.l écologie ce n est pas pour imposer le style spartiate. Bientôt le virtuel sera has been. Voir le nouveau hors série de Charlie Hebdo qui sortira le 19 mars: Bien venue dans l enfer du numérique.

Deco super sympa , dépaysant par contre on était au premier étage notre chambre donne sur le resto et son sur le DJ , très bruyant jusqu’à plus de 23 heures et dimanche matin vers 6:00 on dirait qu’il déménageai le resto , je déconseille le premier étage côté restaurent

Séjour de passage dans cet hôtel que je connaissais ; dommage, il n’y a toujours pas de produits de 1ere intention dans la Salle de bain hormis un petit savon pour 2. Au vu du prix il serait également apprécié d’avoir une bouilloire avec café et thé. Sinon, l’hôtel dispose d’un excellent restaurant avec une belle carte, une belle ambiance, un service et un personnel de qualité. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié

L’hôtel est vraiment chouette, stylé et moderne, bien placé. Un bémol toutefois : vu les prix pratiqués, je trouve que 500ml d’eau en bouteille pour 2 pour 2 nuits, et un kit coton seulement, fait un peu radins sur les bords… pas de shampoing ni de gel douche… pas de moyen de se faire un thé… l’eco responsabilité a bon dos. À presque 200€ la nuit, le service n’est pas en cohérence

Climatisation impossible à régler ! Chaleur horrible dans la chambre ! Mini bar avec une seule bouteille d’eau ! Pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire dans la chambre pour le café ! Aucune produit de toilette ! Pas de gel douche ni pas de shampoing ! Seulement un savon …. Et je n’avais pas une chambre standard ! Donc je pense qu’il y a encore pire dans cet hôtel

Je trouve regrettable que pour un hôtel 4 étoiles qu’il n’y a pas de gel douche juste un savon… pas de machine à café ou bouilloire pour un Thé… Lorsque je suis descendu pour le petit déjeuner beaucoup de tables n’ont pas été desservies et nettoyées. Certes probablement beaucoup de groupes ce jour là.. mais quand même c’est dommage.

Decor and general vibe were unique and fun.

A pleasant surprise to stay at such a cool vibe hotel with a comfy bed and best water pressure. At top end of town so a small walk required but a minor callout. Would def stay again!

Es un hotel con una decoración muy extraña y a media noche se activó la alarma de incendios y tardaron en apagarla más de 5 minutos. Nunca dieron una explicación y solo dijeron que fue falsa alarma.

Lovely hotel great location

We spend two nights in this beautiful hotel. The restaurant-bar área is really cozy & modern looking. Just few steps far away from the city center. The room has good space, bed and pillows were really comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

Parking can be tricky if you are late and the hotel car park is full. There is a large underground public car park 500m away, but it's not very pleasant late at night. Hotel is fantastic, my only criticism is that the restaurant does not cater for 12-20 yr olds, put a burger on the menu please. However it's a stone throw from many many other places to eat. Oh and bring your own Shower gel and shampoo, Mama only gives you a weird bar of soap.

This was a really fun place to stay - stylish but quirky with comfortable bed and furnishings and good dining options. A great place to indulge your big kid and to get your actual kids happy too.

Amazing hotel for our overnight stop. The only criticism was that the restaurant has limited choices for picky 13-18 year olds. Burgers are only served at lunch for some reason, leaving the chewy bavette steak as the only option - fries were great however.

What a great find. We came with friends for the night and loved it stay. Really comfy beds, friendly staff, easy parking (make sure you pre-book) sand so convenient for sightseeing. Will definitely be back.

A fantastic little hotel right in the centre of the town just behind the main shopping area. The rooms are beautifully decorated with super comfy beds and the bar and restaurant are done out in a quirky and trendy style. Very family friendly and staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Will definitely return.

I really liked this hotel! The bed and pillows were so comfortable; we slept really well. The shower/tub combo took some getting used to for us Americans. Basically, you're in a tub with a handheld shower. You need to sit in bath water and rinse your soap and shampoo with the handheld shower head. We were spraying a bit wildly at first but did get the hang of it! The hotel is in a great location-convenient to the heart of Dijon and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it!

I thought the hotel was cool, had fun decor and was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Well positioned for exploring. An older retired family member travelling with us didn’t like the hotel for no real reason that I could ascertain, perhaps it was too cool (rolls eyes) but I guess you just can’t please everyone!

Brand new hotel, well done, good location in old Dijon

Four star looks one star service The property is fun and hip but beware if you Pre pay on Expedia. They will double charge you. We had two rooms booked on two seperate bills. One party checked out earlier and the front desk upon check out tried to charge them again. They showed them the Expedia and receipt and they did not charge them. When I checked out the same events occurred. However , this time the women at the front desk said they needed to cover just the tax for 11 euros which also happens to be prepaid through Expedia. An invoice of the 11 euros was sent followed by a second invoice for the entire stay and my card was charged without my authorization. I immediately spoke to the front desk and showed her my receipt of payment through Expedia. She was unable to refund Me at the moment since her manager had to do it. She informed her manager ,Louise ,would contact me in two hours. I never received a call and when I called to follow up after the two hours. I was told I would be given a call back in ten minutes. Needless to say but I have yet to receive a call. I have checked my credit card statement and it was charged. If you have booked through Expedia do not leave a deposit in cc leave it in cash or this will happen to you ! I hope they will rectify the situation but I have my doubts since I have yet to be contacted. Reversing a charge should not be hard for a chain hotel

The furnishings at the hotel are very fashionable and hip, but unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. At the restaurant the staff is quite inattentive and also requested payment for our food immediately as it was delivered. It took several firm words to be able to pay with card instead of charging to our room. Most of the young restaurant staff only spoke French even though it is a larger, chain hotel. Needless to say, our plan to stay and enjoy the music was quickly changed and we left after one drink, instead of several and more food dishes as originally planned. Their loss! The rooms are pretty but a bit lacking: no hot water heater or coffee station, only some cheap plastic cups. And the “family” room is just two connecting rooms with no sitting area. For parking they have very few spaces and you have to reserve in advance—they never let us know that detail sadly—and unbelievably there is no loading or standing zone in front of the hotel for most people who will then have to drive to the public parking garage. Inconvenient and stressful. I think the target audience for them are young, fashionable, pretty French people (they even sell “adult” items in the hotel shop). If you are not that, I recommend a different hotel, otherwise you will feel a bit of an outsider and interloper. They are just too cool for school.

Super comfortable, great breakfast. Very central and lovely rooms. Could do with a coffee machine/ kettle in room, more in the fridge and better shower stuff than a small bar of soap that does everything.

This hotel was perfect. Room size, condition, comfort, showers, decor, all great. So much attention to detail on the general decor everywhere, hallways, lobby, bar/restaurant. The bar/restaurant area was very cool, great place for an evening meal or a few drinks and the food was excellent.

This was part of our honeymoon adventure. We married in May. The staff were a pure delight to deal with. I had fallen crossing a tram track in our way from the train to the hotel. My husband attended my would immediately but we lacked ice. The hotel staff were so gracious and gave me an ice compress and first aid supplies. We loved the quirky modern atmosphere. My husband played pin ball while we waited for our room. We were early. The room itself was beautiful and also quirky. We weren’t too sure about no real stand up shower but it worked out. The towels were the the most amazing towels we’ve ever had in a hotel. So soft! The attached restaurant served excellent buffet breakfast. We highly recommend this centrally located hotel in Dijon.
