Hotel biasa aja....harga kemahalan. Sabun habis. Setrika harus ngotot u dapat pinjaman. Makanan biasa..hari pertama bubur keasinan..makana yg berkuah gak panas. Hari kedua, lontong keasinan.gak ada yogurt. Sushinya aneh. Western apaan.pokoknya gak sepadan dgn harga

Lovely grand lobby with great views of Lampung. The room is very spacious with great facilities. The staff are very nice, warm, and friendly. English is not always widely spoken more with those in training but nothing Google Translate can't fix. A laundry service is offered but very expensive for Asia and for the area. Excellent spread in the breakfast buffet and also had a delicious meal for dinner.

I came at the same time with graduation venue at floor 5M (?), so its very crowded and I should wait very long to use the lift from 1 to 5th floor, while one from 3 lifts (?) is not in operation. The hotel should take attention in the future so the hotel guests do not need to wait very long time.

We come here for staycation to celebrate our daughter birthday and it was a great decision. Hotel provide complimentary cake which such a warm gesture for us. Breakfast has many variant menu and free for toddler which is a big plus. Beautiful room view, clean room, helpful staffs and festive decoration make our stay certainly memorable.

Comfort hotel with the best view, i can see the city light clearly, so beautiful. The breakfast is yummy and i can find vurious indonesian foods here, love it. The front liner was so helpfull and friendly. This is my second time visit and stay here, i do enjoy and love my stay. Thank you Grand Mercure Lampung.

- when i checked in, were told that my booking did not include breakfast. Actually finally confirmed the breakfast is included. - When i requested a bottle of additional mineral water, where only 2 bottles are provided for each room per day. i were told that i should pay the additional one.

The rooms have a very high quality. It’s very clean and feels new.

Unfortunately there is no concierge service and the building feels very empty as it’s supposed to house a mall, supermarket and other businesses. The breakfast buffet seems to value quantity over quality, I would rate it average. Some non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor as smoking rooms which leads to a bad smell.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Lampung. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Our little one really enjoyed the pool and kids’ area, and the warm service from the team made our birthday celebration even more special. Thank you, Grand Mercure Lampung, for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely come back again on our next visit to Lampung!

The tallest building outside the Java Island is located in a strategic location with breathtaking mountains and ocean views.

The hotel is stunning, well designed, ultimate comfort, the room so spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and super nice from the start. The food was delicious and had many choices . Overall the ambience were nice and cozy.

Tidak ada layanan pengangkutan tas/barang/ koper. Sehingga barang bawa sendiri sampai ke kamar, repot bila barang banyak, tidak ada troli/staf troli. Staf resepsionis wanita tidak ramah, tidak membantu. Banyak pengunjung saat sarapan sehingga suasana restoran seperti pasar carut marut. Kebersihan kamar perlu di tingkatkan. Parkir mobil satu area dengan parkir pertokoan. Pertokoan belum opening,

The stay at mercure lampung was superb, they have a lot of friendly staffs (especially gabby who helped me a lot), excellent food for their breakfast buffet choices, great hospitality overall, will definitely come back when visiting lampung.

Best hotel in lampung. Nice service, good ambiance and has a strategic location. Breakfast also have a lot of optional dishes. The rooms totaly have a nice ambiance and very spacious for family. Definitely will be back here if we going to lampung again.

The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

The entrance does not have any signs and the Ground Floor where the transport drops and picks up guests is signless. We had to ask the front door man how to get to reception and he said in Indonesian, behind the wall. We looked behind and saw lifts first then a big empty area where a mall is going to be established sometime in the future. When we went back and asked again he told us to get the lift to reception on level 5. The lack of any directional signage reflects poorly on the management.

It's just like any other hotel; nothing special. There are no different lines between members and non-members, and when it comes to check-in and check-out, there are only two receptionists (they have 5-6 desks). The swimming pool is so tiny that it exceeds the chair's capacity. Please be professional; Grand Mercure is a 5-star hotel. Don’t just make excuses with the maintenance phone of GRO staff and printer at Accor’s desk. Best view sea from odd number rooms high floor.

mercure is a good hotel, it has excellent food. the staff was nice and very helpful. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeinggood service and would love to come back if i have another business trip at lampung.

feel so warm welcome starting from the security, bellman, and staff from front desk. for the lobby lounge and a friendly staff is so good. they are very friendly, efficient and always wear smile. definitely i will recommend all of my friend in jakarta if they want to go to lampung!

We experienced very best view from 22nd floor. The room is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big. The hotel staffs were friendly.

This is a newly built hotel. However, activity is limited at this hotel. The pool is closing early daily (6 pm). The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. This pproperty is located in the city center, it is very convenient to move around the city from the hotel. ATM is available within the building. Rooms are clean, modern and well-lit. Air conditioning is nicely designed and cools the room well in a very short time. Noise insulation can be improved, we could hear someone's next-room conversation from our room.

I booked a room with panoramic view, looking at the beautiful skyline of Lampung. Staffs are friendly. Mas Ivan at concierge was very helpful to park my car (due to no valet service available yet), Mas Adha at reception was also helpful and it was nice to know he still recognize me from last stay. Ms Annisa was also helpful since I was a bit jet legged after long drive and bring me the most delish welcome drink. Breakfast variety is superb. Lobby is superb with beautiful view

The parking lot is a bit narrow to maneuver your car. If you have lots of luggage, i suggest to drop it a lobby first before entering parking lot. Since to narrow to open your car door and get out your luggage
