Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali

The room and balcony has a good view of the sea and even the airport. Bed was huge. Breakfast area was spacious and there was even a separate room for the breads, cheeses, salad and desserts! Many choices in the buffet. Gym equipment was quite modern. The live band at the rooftop was fun.

Lack of signs to the rooftop restaurant and we took the wrong lift and ended up at the wrong rooftop section. Sound of dogs barking at the beach area late at night, and also noisy music from speakers across the street.

Onze kamer was muf en stonk en geen privacy op balkon . Recht over fitness.....😓

unico problema es que a las 16,00 hay que dejar la playa por que ponen mesas de cena... en mi opinion hay que extender el horario al menos hasta las 18,00\1900. y agregar algunas reposeras porque hay solo 10 para todo el hotel.

Hotel was in a great location opposite the beach. Very nice clean and upmarket accommodation. Breakfast was great as were the various dining options. Great view from the higher floors and the dining room. Plenty of entertainment options provided at the hotel. Beautiful treatments available at the onsite spa. Transport available for shopping and attractions which can be arranged by the hotel.

Couldn't swim at the beach as there was signage about it being too dangerous. Pool areas could be busy. Area surrounding the Platinum somewhat dated.

The rooftop bar and breakfast has amazing views and too watch the sunset each night is priceless

Everybody has their own preferences but the bed was too hard for me and the barking dogs throughout the night were a bit annoying but ear plugs were supplied

Breakfasts were really good. Location required catching grab scooters to visit places.

The shower in our room kept flooding the whole bathroom floor. Could not get consistent water temperature, it was either scolding hot or cold.

Das Deluxe Meerblick Zimmer hatte wirklich einen traumhaften Ausblick (wie auf den Fotos zu beiden Seiten Fensterfronten) und war sehr komfortabel- sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect for one night stay as close to the airport but wouldn’t want to stay for longer. The area itself isn’t authentic Bali. Very overpriced restaurants and it’s a big hotel.

Nice hotel, 2 pool, our beach view room had a bathtub. Comfy beds and across from the beach. Massages from the spa were very relaxing. Good breakfast options. Rooftop bar has a great view of the beach and the airport runway so if you like plane spotting, a good place to be. Was ideal for our last couple of nights as only took us 10mins to get to the airport (4.30am).

There are no shops/markets nearby and the beach isn't great for swimming but lots of restaurants across the road where they set the tables up on the beach which was cool.

Location was convenient and right across the road from the beach. Great value for money. Staff were delightful and very accommodating, especially on our last day when we didn’t fly out until very late.

Es un hotel con buenas instalaciones y desayuno súper completo!

La ubicación no es buena porque alrededor no hay nada, solo los restaurantes de la playa de pescado y marisco, está alejado de todo, en una zona descuidada y sin vida. Y las habitaciones tienen terraza pero nos dieron dos que dan a aparatos de aire acondicionado q hacen mucho ruido. No es terraza para aprovechar.

Great location . Loved the roof top restaurant and bar. Our room was enormous and, as requested, looked out to sea.

Large room but no drawer or shelf space for clothes. Plenty of hanging space but we had to leave other clothes in cases.

For the price, this place is an amazing value right by the water. It has two pools and an amazing rooftop bar would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful, staff are wonderful and the food was great! Beach is across the road and there are a few beach chairs that are for guests if you want to spend the day lounging. Close to the wonderful seafood restaurants and seafood markets if this is your thing. Walking in the other direction, you have a beautiful walk where you can go for surfing lessons or just pop in somewhere for a bite. This was a great choice for when we first flew in to stay and few days then move on. Short drive to Uluwatu if you want to visit the temple and go to a Kecak Fire Dance evening.

There isn't much to see or do if you are walking around so you would have to get a driver for the day to go about and the mattresses were super hard. On the grand scheme of things, nothing that would stop us from staying there again.

Very good hotel with friendly staff and good facilities Overall, we had a very good stay at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is just across the road, which is convenient, but in our experience it was quite difficult to swim there because the waves were usually very strong. We preferred going to Nusa Dua, which has much better beaches for swimming. A taxi there was around $10–15 each way, and taxis in Bali are generally affordable. We also booked a four-day surfing course for the children in Nusa Dua, which worked very well for us. The food in the hotel was good, although not particularly European in style. We would have appreciated a bigger selection of fresh fruit, especially at breakfast. There are two swimming pools, both perfectly fine, and there is also a billiards table. Reception can arrange taxis for you, which is very convenient. The housekeeping staff really work hard and keep the rooms very clean, so I would definitely recommend leaving them a tip. The whole team was welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. Overall, everything was great and we were very happy with the hotel.

OMG the breakfast was amazing!!! Especially on the roof top!! I had a room that I could walk straight out to infinity pool over looking Jimbaran bay. Completely spoiled. The Spa and facilities were next level.

El desayuno en la terraza en modo buffet y la propia terraza me parece de lo mejor. La cama era muy cómoda y tener la opción de poder usar el gimnasio y la piscina nos encantó. Hotel ideal para llegar a Bali o descansar antes de coger un vuelo.

The hotel is beautiful and I loved the roof restaurant/views. It was easy to just relax whilst looking over the bay from the rooftop. Two pools was great as could move with the sun.

The spa had dirty sheet cover on massage table which hadn’t been changed in between clients and you could see the oil outline of the person before me. They changed it immediately when I pointed it out. Also the spa messed up my booking one day - told me they didn’t have my booking and then rang me at the time I thought I had booked it and said they had the booking.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Alot of the food was cold. The restuarant on the ground floor was Terrible. Ordered hot food but would take forever to arrive and when it did it was always cold!

Deliver food alot quicker to make sure it arrives hot. Change your Chef!!

Rechnung musste immer direkt bezahlt werden, keine Anschreiben aufs Zimmer - etwas unpraktisch Essen im Restaurant hat eine gute Qualität war aber für Preis/Leistung teuer Strand und Meer wunderschön aber wegen hoher Wellen/Strömung nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet

As a chef myself, please make sure the makan is at a more heated temperature at the buffet. Hot breakfast should be hot. Other than this its very enak, great experience. Makasi

Patul foarte confortabil.

Hotelul este cotat 5 stele, dar arata ca un hotel de maxim 4 stele, cu indulgenta, puțin cam ponosit, băile cam vechi, piscina de la etaj foarte mica, doar câteva șezlonguri, se pretează mai mult pentru copii. Ma așteptam la mai mult lux, restaurantul arata ca un restaurant de afaceri, nu de vacanta, nu este prea luxos, în nici un caz 5 stele.

Booked a pool access room but didn’t realise that meant it was just our balcony door opening onto the pool area which meant your room wasn’t very private - we were also close to the bar end which had the speaker for the music - I’m not sure if the staff were trying for the beach club vibe but it was very loud from not great speakers so sounded awful 😞 location was good for access to the airport however quite far from from other cafes restaurants & shops

Location is good, close to the beach and restaurants. However, end of August there were huge waves, impossible to swim. Room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast sufficiently varied and tasty. Rooftop terrace has beautiful views

Both swimming pools are very shallow. only 1m and 1.1m deep. Impossible to swim.

Location Swimming pool way too small with so many guests and not enough sun beds. Pool bar closes at 5pm , they had a roof top bar but after a day out you just want to chill in pool either a cold drink . Then to try and get a towel but of a joke

Fantastic facilities, rooftop, sun loungers and location. Right next to a lovely beach and close to airport as you’re going to get without being disturbed by it. I tried the food (local and pizza) and both dishes were excellent.

The rooms need renovating and there is no soundproofing, especially at the door and corridor.

Hotel internazionale difronte alla spiaggia vicino aeroporto. Spiaggia bella con lettini ed ombrellone gratuiti. Le parti comuni molto ben curate due piscine, 2 ristoranti nella hall, l'altro sulla terrazza, spa , palestra attrezzatissima e con macchinari nuovi. La colazione ottima ed abbondante sulla terrazza che ospita anche il ristorante serale con cene a tema ogni sera diverse con vista sul mare con tramonti mozzafiato. La ristorazione in generale molto buona sia locale che internazionale con anche piatti di pasta italiane e pizza ben fatti con l'intero staff sempre cordiale ed attento e premuroso nei nostri confronti in particolare il Manager Francesco ( italiano ) e la cameriera Dewi simpatica, cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La camera una suite d'angolo fronte mare grande ma con qualche pecca!!

Hotel è bello tenuto bene ma si trova in una zona isolata dal centro se non hai i mezzi diventa un pò noioso, difronte lungo la spiaggia ci sono molti ristoranti di pesce locali dove alla sera riempiono la spiaggia di tavoli, luci e fuochi d'artificio ma noi ci siamo rifiutati di andare in quanto la pulizia è in tutti al limite della decenza. Non ci hanno entusiasmato i messaggi fatti all'interno della Spa del hotel operatori distaccati e sempre scocciati i massaggi raggiungevano di poco la sufficienza. La stanza era grande è ben arredata ma tutte le mattine nel bagno cera una puzza di fogna insopportabile che poi durante il giorno lentamente svaniva, probabilmente avevano problemi negli scarichi. La pulizia giornaliera della camera non era ottimale frugale e veloce con molte pecche. Sconsiglio la suite ad angolo con vista mare perche la vista mare e parziale soprattutto al tramonto.
