Reviewed Feb 23, 2025Location
A 4-star hotel that only deserves 2 stars. The infrastructure is deteriorating and not well maintained. The rooms are not cleaned properly, with a smell of feet and feces. There are dangerous house centipedes. Additionally, the drains are clogged, causing water to overflow onto the floor. The floors are not cleaned properly, and the hand towels are not replaced daily. We had to change rooms three times but still could not get a satisfactory room. When I requested to check out, the staff ignored me and only left an apology letter in the room without any concrete actions to address the issues. When I complained directly to the front desk, the receptionist did not listen to me and continued to look at her computer screen. I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels and resorts, but this is the worst experience I have ever had, ruining my vacation that I had hoped would be perfect.
