Amazing staff, great location, value for money. The location is spot on, easy walking distance to everything. It is great value for money, clean, and comfortable.

My family and I spent two fantastic nights at the two bedroom apartment in Rivergate Residence, and the extended stay only made us appreciate it even more. Having that extra night allowed us to fully enjoy the spacious, modern, and impeccably clean living space without feeling rushed. Its prime location right next to District 1 meant we could effortlessly explore downtown dining and attractions multiple times. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and washing machine made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Relaxing by the stunning rooftop infinity pool in the evenings was an absolute highlight. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, confirming that this is a top tier choice for short getaways in the city.

Nothing!

Good value for money Good location A relatively spacious room The accommodation is excellent and staff always really helpful. Highly recommended

Good budget apartment in city centre location. Well located, clean and friendly staff. For the price we paid, the accommodation was excellent. It was also in a central location

Room was really nice, clean and comfortable bed. Polite, helpful and friendly staff It was peaceful and spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very nice apartment - also great value for money. Room very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were great

Very clean. The superior room was excellent. I never sleep well on my 1st night in a new location but this was the exception. What a nice place this is!

Private rooms are excellent value. Basic and comfortable. I'd recommend for anyone who wants a cheap, clean and comfortable place to stay. Great stay, would recommend.

The staff upgraded us to king-size room due to being regular guests Clean bathroom and room, comfortable beds, reception nice staff. Near the everything. A good sleep is all you need.......here :)

A very comfortable, well-presented property in a great location—would happily stay again. The property was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout.

Stayed here several times and always enjoyed my stay. Perfect location in city centre, lovely hotel and a clean, spacious room. Great views across the city centre. Staff were lovely.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. comfy everything you need, showers are great Very comfortable and welcoming place! We loved it

Fine - as you would expect of a apartment. This apartment location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh by foot. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Convenient and close to the city centre

We spent two nights at this apartment during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City and had a very positive experience overall. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean, bright, and well prepared the space felt. There was plenty of room to unpack our luggage, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well, which we especially appreciated after long days walking around in the heat. The location was another advantage. Getting a ride into the central areas was quick, while there were already plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores around the neighborhood. One evening we were too tired to go anywhere far, so we simply picked up some food nearby and enjoyed a quiet night back at the apartment. The host provided clear information before our arrival and responded quickly when we needed to ask something. I appreciated that help was always available without making the stay feel intrusive. Two nights went by quickly, but everything was smooth from arrival until departure. This is definitely a place I would keep in mind for another trip to Saigon.

It was clean and great location. Amazing value for money. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The room and amenities were all clean and well maintained. The hotel is in the perfect location. The price was very reasonable for what you get.

Everything. All the staff are attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The property is clean and basic and the staff are very friendly. Quiet and comfortable stay

We spent two nights here during our time in Saigon. What I enjoyed most was the sense of privacy and having a proper space to ourselves, especially after staying in hotels during the earlier part of our trip. It was nice to have somewhere to sit, eat, relax, and organize our luggage without spending all our time around the bed. On our first day, we mostly explored the central areas, while the second was more about food and visiting a few nearby spots. Rides were easy to arrange from the apartment, and we never had trouble finding coffee or something to eat around the neighborhood. The place was freshly cleaned when we arrived, the towels and bedding were neatly prepared, and everything we used worked as it should. The host gave us plenty of privacy but was quick to reply when we needed some local information. I really appreciated that balance. Two nights went by quickly, but it was enough for us to feel that we had made a good choice.

Great room, pool very nice

Perfectly clean, good aircon during heatwave. great location and friendly staff. Could not fault it Ideal location, everything was easy from the check In to check out

Location, location and good value for the money!! Location was fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms large and well appointed.

Large clean room with king bed, soft pillows. Comfortable hotel supplying most things we needed Spacious room with great facilities Staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs.

Staff and convenience

Slow lifts

I spent two nights here with a friend, and my first impression was how easy the apartment felt to live in. Nothing was overly fancy, but the space was thoughtfully arranged and everything we needed was within reach. Since we spent most of our time discovering Saigon, having somewhere clean and comfortable to come back to, shower, and get a proper night's sleep was exactly what we wanted. Getting around was straightforward, especially when taking a ride into the central districts. There were also enough food choices nearby that one evening we simply walked around the neighborhood and picked somewhere for dinner. The host was friendly and quick to answer messages without being intrusive during our stay. The whole two days felt uncomplicated and relaxed. I would choose this kind of apartment again over a standard hotel room.

Amazing experience overall. The staff were lovely Good value for money. The location is also convenient Very comfortable and the staff are really welcoming and very helpful.

Clean and compact room which was really nice/ staff were really lovely and helpful. It was what I expected, the staff was friendly and considerate and my stay was comfortable and the room was clean.

The apartment was in a great location and the staff were helpful. Friendly staff on arrival. Explained everything I needed to know. The location is very central and close to everything.

The location in the city is very central, you can walk to most places easily. Also the shops below the appartment are great. The was plenty of space in the appartment and the view was great from the 24th floor

I would not recommend staying here. The appartment was filthy, mold in the badroom, the kitchen smelled. Lots of stains, the beds were not good. The security staff downstairs is very unfriendly, the staff at the pool were even worse. You get told off when getting out of the pool and going to the seating area when wet. It is a pool!! We had to wait almost half an hour to be let in the appartment also, even though I updated the host (at their on request) from landing onwards.

We spent two nights in this two bedroom apartment and had a very pleasant stay. The space was just right for our family, with two separate bedrooms giving everyone enough privacy while still having a comfortable living room where we could spend time together at the end of the day. The balcony was easily our favorite part. We enjoyed sitting outside with coffee in the morning before starting our day, and it was equally relaxing in the evening after hours of sightseeing. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was practical, and having a washing machine made everything more convenient. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores around the building. Getting into the city center was also quick, so we managed to see quite a lot without spending too much time traveling. The host was helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Overall, this apartment worked very well for our two night stay and would be a great option for families or friends who prefer more space than a standard hotel room.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Staff were very friendly. The room was really quiet despite being so close to the city centre.

The Location is perfect. Steps away from lots of shops and the overground and a cheap bed. Simple getting in and out, everything was fine.

Convenient location to the city centre. The staff delivered a polite professional service. Room was what we expected very good facilities for our one night stay.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. All facilities which we were looking in a short term stay is available at a fairly cheap price Great value and quality!

Great location, clean, nice to have a pool

This apartment is clearly being run without the consent of the building management, as there are large signs everywhere saying that short term stays are strictly prohibited. There is also no option to store luggage on site, and the people running this listing sent workers to the site early in the morning to repair something without informing us beforehand

Excellent choice of apartment in the very centre of the city. The location was excellent. Very comfortable room and excellent shower.

Our room was perfect and very clean, as was the apartment. It was in a perfect location and easy to walk to various places to visit. The staff on the reception were excellent.

The room was ok. Bed was very comfy. Staff welcome and attention was exceptional. This is my second time staying at this apartment. Good value for money.

Very welcoming staff, a nice room with a huge bed and very clean. Style of room. Excellent service and great value room. Location is awesome, staff super! Value is 10/10!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for going to Sai Gon. It was exactly what we expected for the price.

I spent three nights here and what I appreciated most was the convenience. I could make coffee and a quick breakfast in the kitchen each morning, then easily get a ride wherever I wanted to go. In the evenings, I usually tried one of the restaurants around the neighborhood and walked back without having to travel far. The apartment was kept clean, the air conditioning cooled the room quickly, and I slept well throughout all three nights. Having a washing machine was also surprisingly useful since this was part of a longer trip. The lobby could get a little busy in the afternoon, but that was a very minor point for me. Overall, this was the kind of accommodation that simply made traveling easier. I could focus on enjoying Ho Chi Minh City rather than worrying about where I was staying.

All good, particularly the helpful and efficient staff. The apartment inside was quite modern, the room itself was spacious, it was clean. Nice apartment, friendly staff and ideal for a base.

The staff and cleaners were friendly and we had a good stay again. Easy check in. Comfy bed, quite firm. Recommended for an inexpensive short stay.

It was easy to find and not far from the intercourse which was perfect travelling back from my holiday. The location is near plenty of shops and although it was noisy near the apartment when i arrived

Saubere Anlage. Klare eindeutige Anweisungen während des check in und check out. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt

Der Pool hat keine gute Wasserqualität. Die Matrazen waren für mich zu weich. Ist aber sicherlich Ansichtssache.

A clean comfortable friendly stay good value for money. The room was clean and much more spacious than I expected. Staff were lovely very helpful and friendly.
