Tutto. Lo staff è molto attento, la camera è pulita e confortevole: comodissimo il letto. La colazione, la migliore di tutto il viaggio. L’hotel si trova nel quartiere vecchio. La posizione è ottima. Se dovessimo tornare ad Hanoi, torneremmo assolutamente qui.

It’s in a good area, I like the reception area and the rooms were well equipped, nice and comfortable. There was a spa - massage service which was handy. Got a face and eye massage - very relaxing.

So the bar/ breakfast area is at the back of reception - when not in use the bar area is blacked out, they switch off the lights which does not look good and does not give a good impression, they should have the lights on as the interior fit out is actually well decorated so it makes sense to create a nice atmosphere for the guests. Roof top bar is a work in progress - needs better decorations and landscaping.

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس، فالفندق يتميز بموقعه الجميل والمميز، والقريب من العديد من الأماكن السياحية والخدمات المهمة، مما جعل التنقل وزيارة المعالم السياحية في غاية السهولة. كما أود أن أشيد بحسن تعامل الموظفين واحترافيتهم، فقد كانوا في قمة الاحترام والتعاون والابتسامة، وحرصهم على تلبية احتياجات النزلاء بكل رحابة صدر. ومساعدتي في الكثير من حجوزات النقل الطيران وباص النوم وقطار النوم كذلك والكروز واخص بالشكر الاستاذ جاك أما الطعام فكان من أجمل ما يميز الإقامة، متنوع ولذيذ وذو جودة عالية، مع اهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل. بشكل عام، كانت إقامة مريحة وممتعة، والخدمات المقدمة كانت على مستوى عالٍ، وأشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة والاستقبال. بالتأكيد تجربة تستحق التكرار وأنصح بها لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والموقع المميز والخدمة الممتازة.

Palago is located near the city center and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff service was excellent and professional. The room we have stayed was great, spotless and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast buffet food was good as well.

Hotel located at great location, right by Ha Noi old quarter. You can walk like 5-10 mins to most of popular places, or take grab taxi or xich lo to get around locals, very convenient. Hotel offers great breakfast. Our favorite were omelette/pho and Vietnamese yogurt. Hotel front staff are very professional, friendly, and able to speak English.

Restroom is very small, no space between toilet and bathtub. No ventilation in the restroom either. Our room air-conditioner made noises a bit during our stay. Also hotel had some construction on the rooftop so my husband had to call front desk to remind workers be quiet at night for us to sleep.

お水がいつも補充してもらえた。清掃が毎日してもらえる。朝食も美味しい。観光地には歩いて行ける。周りにレストランも多く食事も困らない。暑いので冷蔵庫があるのがとても助かった。スタッフも優しく英語が苦手でも丁寧に対応してくれた。ホテルで手配してもらったハロン湾ツアーは大手サイトより安かった。空港からはタクシーが便利。外の景色は望めないが閉塞感はあまり感じなかった。

やや朝食会場が狭いくらい？座れないことはなかった。

המיקום היה מצויין, החדר היה נאה ומרווח מאוד, עם 2 ספות קטנות שמאוד הועילו, חדר אמבטיה מרווח מאוד ונוח . הצוות היה עוזר ונחמד.הכינו לנו ארוחת בוקר לקחת ב4.30 בבוקר לפני הטיסה-אם כי היה שם לחם יבש,חמאה וריבה, מנדרינה ויוגורט. מסעדת המלון היתה נעימה וטעימה

אפשר היה להוסיף לארוחת הבוקר הארוזה עוד פרי, ירק, ביצה,גבינה. ,אפילו לא היה עם מה למרוח את החמאה. המרפסת שהיתה חשובה לנו היתה ללא ראות לא ממש נעימה וחבל...היה יעיל אם היתה עוד מעלית, בשעות צקאין או אאוט היתה המתנה ארוכה למעלית.

Room are very spacious, the bed is huge. The room is equipped with everything you need. There are lots of options for breakfast and they cook you few things as well in front of you. The Staff is always available

The noise could be annoying because it’s in a very central position. However we were so tired that we didn’t have any issues in falling asleep

Beautiful property that was clean and classy. The location, the staff, the shower, the beds were amazing. The staff were the kindest and nicest people we have met. We woke the up a few times due to early departures and arrivals and they were always amazing to deal with.

The room, staff and location were amazing. Highly recommend for friends or family traveling together. The room is clean, cozy and withing walking distance to almost everything in the old quarter.

No complains, it was perfect. We wanted extend to stay longer but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked.

Staff were very good. Always happy to help, with good recommendations in the local area.. Rooms are clean, Aircon works very well, shower was lovely. We had the breakfast which caters for everyone. No complaints. We also had a massage which was lovely. Directly in the centre of old town. We had a room not facing the street and it was quiet. Would stay here again if we were to return

Amazing hotel among the stretch of busy street. Walking distance to all the nearby attractions, puppet show, cathedral etc. Best of all, the service was really great! I had a one night stay then checked out for cruise but i left my earbud in the hotel room, the reception was so nice to help keep for me after my cruise for my next two nights stay. A great ending to my Hanoi trip!

Habitaciones espaciosas, AC funcionaba muy bien, camas y almohadas cómodas, buen desayuno. Situado a pocos pasos de las calles con tiendecitas y del Mercado Dong Xuan. Personal muy amable.

Gym was very small. There is a gym down the street for only 20k a day, X-men Gym. No view from window, lead to a weird middle section of the hotel. It was called garden view, no garden view though haha

They advertise the deluxe room with 25m2 but in reality it is maximum 15m2! The massage at the hotel was not good, and as soon as they were finished, they asked us for a tip in a very pushy way, which was quite uncomfortable.

Good evening, I am pleased to be able to respond to your request for feedback. We returned to your hotel after having three stays with your hotel during a trip last year. Once again, we enjoyed extremely comfortable room accommodation with an excellent bed. The staff are very attentive, with compliments to Robert at the front desk and the rest of the staff who were all very friendly, well presented and eager to assist when needed.

My concern is the quality of the breakfast provided. Juices are obviously watered down and not chilled; apart from the egg station choices provided in the warming trays are not well presented in appearance, quantity or quality. A modern toaster would be a welcome addition; Coffee should be presented hotter; butter portions would be better presented individually in a chilled bowl rather than as a molten mess. My thanks for providing the taxi transfer to the airport on our departure. Although this had been arranged well in advance with Mr Jack Tran and confirmed with Robert and Anna at front desk on check in, there was an issue over payment. This was eventually resolved in the previously agreed manner. We look forward to perhaps having another visit with you in the future.

The hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops while giving easy access to the immediate area. We would also highlight that the staff were not only friendly but also gave great advise and assistance when organising tours and trips

Excellent value. Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and convenience stores all near the hotel. Most major sightseeing points are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and delicious too (0630-0930). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Toilets were fitted with Toto and very clean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating - particularly Robert and Jack. They also offer tour packages and a spa on site (unfortunately, we did not have time to utilize same). Would highly recommend staying at the Palago! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, excellent rooms with everything you need. High standard. Very friendly staff, they kept one thing we forgot in the room for pick up after two days. Breakfast is excellent with a big selection of everything western and Asia style. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! Everything was 10/10. The moment we arrived at 11pm, the bell desk opened our door and offered to take our luggage directly to the room. Room was spotless and we didnt hear any other noises. Currtains were truly "blackout". The breakfast was decent with fantastic omlet. I cant recommend thsi placw enough. Customer service is 10/10 and it is centrally located with lots of walkable shops anytime of the day.
