Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Our stay at Peridot was the highlight of our visit to Vietnam. It is a beautiful property with everything needed for a luxurious stay. The team are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem and their recommendations of where to eat, visit and shop were always amazing. Jadee and Annes were especially kind and offered help always!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and amazing location! The staff are amazing and so helpful. Specifically want to mention Jadee who went above and beyond to help myself and my partner when we needed to go to the hospital, organising the grab for us, checking in to see if we were ok and sending ginger tea up to the room. The customer service is absolutely exceptional! We will definitely be back to this hotel!
There is nothing not to like!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Beautiful and Clean Hotel with super comfy beds. Very good breakfast, with both a buffet and special menu. Our Halong Bay trip was cancelled due to weather and the staff accommodated us with an additional night but in a smaller room. The King Suite with Balcony is a much better choice worth the little bit extra.
The noise from the other rooms on your floor. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear people talking and slamming doors.
