Had a great experience. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and surface space and a very comfortable bed and great aircon.The breakfast buffet had a great range. It is a 7-10 minute away from the central old quarter -but an easy walk through some less touristy streets to get there. The rooms are well soundproofed- I was at the front of the hotel and had no issues with traffic noise. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me lodge a complaint re an airport taxi that overcharged me and getting the driver to return the extra charge. On my last night it was wet and I ordered room service which was very good and extremely fair priced for the quality of the food.. I stayed at their sister hotel L'Heritage Diamond at the beginning of my trip and it was also excellent and very centrally located. However I preferred Hanoi L'Heritage due to the room size and layout and its location. Highly recommended

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lieferte einen optimalen Start in den Tag, gebündelt mit einem schönen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt. Die Lage ist top! Sehr zentral und mitten im pulsierenden Leben von Hanoi. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich hier sehr sicher und wohlgefühlt. Mein Flug ging erst abends um 23 Uhr und ich durfte sogar nochmal duschen im Hotel! Sowas ist wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wahrer Luxus! Vielen Dank an euch!

Such a wonderful stay in the heart of Hanoi! The hotel has a fantastic boutique charm, perfectly located near the night market and the tour street with endless great food right on the doorstep. While the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast is genuinely incredible, the absolute highlight was the front office team. They were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready with a warm smile, great recommendations, or help arranging transportation. Their exceptional hospitality truly made this place feel like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Tham, who was so friendly and attentive. During breakfast, she kindly interacted with our child and even invited our child to join her in making coffee. It was such a lovely and memorable moment for our family. Her warm and thoughtful service really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful modern hotel with good facilities. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating. Checked out for a tour to Halong Bay for a couple of days and they allowed me to come back, leave my bags and use the shower facilities. As I was then going to Sapa for a couple of days by overnight train they stored my bags for two days and allowed me to use the shower facilities when I got back despite not being a guest anymore, which was amazing. Great rooms, lovely spa, well positioned in Hanoi to get around and staff couldn’t be more helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel has a beautiful boutique style and a perfect location for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I went on my first ever solo trip to Vietnam and extended my stay because I loved Vietnam so much . I chose this hotel based on many reviews of travelers like me who raved about the service of the staff. Those were accurate. Staff was attentive and kind but the most important thing to me was that when an issue did arise, the staff handled it with care and concern and more than made up for it. Jenny gave me personalized recommendations for local places to eat and I truly appreciated getting to know her! The hotel was very clean in both the rooms and common areas. Set in a great location with a great breakfast buffet, and overall amazing experience. I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel as it was recommended by a friend and all the reviews looked outstanding. Oh my it did not disappoint ! ! This really is a special hotel - outstanding service from the minute we walked in . I was travelling with my daughters and their first time in Vietnam and the staff made it feel so special - they really are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The rooms and whole place were immaculate and it is right in the middle of the old quarter which is where you want to be if you are in Hanoi in my view. I wish we had more time here but we will definitely be back again. It is a perfect place to be.

1. the location is very shabby. 2. the hotel staff dont repleshish toilet paper, shower gel and coffee that you have to continously phoning the front desk to ask to send to room. 3. when you ask the housing keeping staff to make your room a bit later in the day, you tend to get all your toilittries topplied on the counter, the staff also did clean the room properly. 4. staff dont have time to change welcome note on TV. I was MR Nomierida Juleadi for 6 days stay at this Hotel. I am Mr RB Moodley. for a 4 star Hotel this is unprofessional.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are super clean and staff is amazing. Phuong on the reception was super helpful and really nice. We had a free buffet breakfast which has many choose from basic omelets etc to Vietnamese food. Highly recommend! And also close to everything!

I found this hotel very very fine. The staff is kind and the room very comfortable. So I recommend it ..it is located in the center of the old town so it is easy to join the most important attracton of Hanoi . Will certainly stay there again if we return to Hanoi.

What a fantastic hotel! The location is a few minutes Night market and local market. It’s located in the Old Town, definitely the best area to stay. It’s also minutes from lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars etc. The staff are amongst the best I’ve experienced, they are friendly, helpful and keen to make your stay a fantastic one. Hotel had great facilities. Nothing could be better!

Location is freaking amazing! 100 meter walk to the night market, restaurants lining the entire streets outside, shops right outside too. In house actual real massage, just awesome. Another two main standouts for me were the staff professionalism and friendliness and also the food! Amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and comfy and the whole place is very clean. The rooftop bar was a surprise also with the best view in Old quarter-Everything else was great!

We spent two nights in this hotel and we received the most amazing treatment since we arrived! We got a very warm welcome with a nice drink and a smile from all the staff, we received help whenever we needed and everyone was extremely kind with us all. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast choice was wide enough to satisfy our tastes. Finally i want to give an honourable mention to Jenny, the staff member who supported us since the beginning with the most contagious smile, giving us useful suggestions.

No nos aplicaron las ventajas del late check-out que teníamos por ser Genius, si queríamos teníamos que pagar, y aprobaron una cama doble cuando en realidad lo que hicieron fue unir dos camas pequeñas, con la consiguiente incomodidad. Además, por la noche en la habitación la luz del aire acondicionado y de la tele era muy molesta y acabamos durmiendo con los antifaces del avión… muy mal.

The accommodation is excellent for the price. The staff's service is also friendly, and despite having a schedule to leave for Sapa the next day and being unable to have breakfast, they kindly prepared a take-out for me. I didn't get to use many of the amenities, but everything I experienced, from the welcome drink to the room condition, remains a good memory.

The location was perfect - I could walk to most things I wanted to get to and it’s a bit tucked away so quieter at night which was great! The room was clean and had ample space since it was just me. Also, the included breakfast was great and more than I expected. Lastly, I have to mention the staff! Jenny who helped with my check-in/ check-out was great and James who helped me book a last minute day cruise to Ha Long Bay was SO helpful! Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again if back in Ha Noi.

The hotel is located very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, making it extremely accessible. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to the lake and nearby popular tourist attractions. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, which adds to the overall convenience. 2. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is very clean. Water pressure and quality are also excellent. The breakfast provided is well-prepared and satisfying. 3. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist guests, including helping with reservations and other needs. I stayed for 2 nights in Hanoi for sightseeing. The facilities were new, and the cleaning was thorough, allowing for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, and I didn't have high expectations, but there were many options available, and it was very delicious. Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town were within walking distance, which was convenient.

The breakfast menu is clean and varied, much better than the well-known restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was not too strong, making it comfortable. The staff are friendly. The location was perfect, no need to say more. Overall, for our family, it was the best hotel in every aspect while being reasonably priced.

The staff are so accommodating

Good location in the old quarter and it is quite at night, away from the noisy traffic at Hanoi. Massage service arranged by the Hotel is very satisfactory. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are all well trained, polite and helpful.

I stayed here with my mom for a couple nights, and we absolutely loved our experience. The staff are excellent in providing recommendations and directions in both Vietnamese and English for me, being Vietnamese American. The bathroom and shower here were excellent. The location is fantastic. The hotel is a located at the end of a short alley from the main road. When we stepped out of our grab with our luggage, hotel staff quickly came down the alley to help with our luggage. Being a short distance from the main road and being on the edge of the Old Quarter was great because it meant that it was not as noisy in our room at night. Breakfast was also incredible! It was truly the best of both worlds because close to all that Old Quarter can offer, but also having peace and quiet when returning back at night. When we come back to Ha Noi, we would definitely book here again! 110% would recommend.

He suggested good shopping spots nearby and the team at the front office were very professional and arranged our transport to the airport, which was hassle free … recommended

From the moment that we stepped in through the front doors we were made to feel welcome. We arrived very early morning - and the wonderful staff took care of our luggage and offered us advice about where to go and what to do. The room was outstanding - clean, comfortable, spacious. The property is really nice for its location. Situated in a bustling street, the rooms are large. They were gracious to upgrade our room, very courteous to accomodate our requests. They ensured we had vegetarian options. Over all highly recommended for families

We had a beautiful room with our bedroom separate to a sitting area. The decor was tasteful and the bed supremely comfortable. Aircon worked excellently. The breakfast buffet was quite large and diverse and was always tasty and fresh.

What a great hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi, walking distance to all the main attractions. Shopping and eating right on your door step. Stayed with friend only for one night and was upgraded to suite on arrival. Great location was leaving at 3.30am for flight out and staff happily provided a take away breakfast box. Excellent facilities and location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

First time to Vietnam and highly rate this hotel. The reception staff were amazing and so helpful in booking tours and guiding us around the city. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of variety and even a breakfast cook to make your eggs . And our dinner in the restaurant was top notch! If we ever returned, we would stay again.

Dropped from a Halong Bay tour to hotel and find the hotel a nice place to stay for 2 nights. Downstairs you can find a nice street food at reasonable place. Walking around on weekend. An evening stroll along the street to explore more. It's a nice hotel in the middle of the busiest old quarter. The staffs are excellent, and the Breakfast is decent too. Enjoy the trip.

The rooms are old, tired and need serious refurbishment. There is zero noise treatment at the property so be prepared to hear doors closing and a lot of traffic noise.
