Wilque Hotel Hanoi

交通方便，属于老城区范围，利于citywalk

半夜有类似机器启动的声音突然想起，音量很大且不止一次，被惊醒。房间门隔音也较差，外面人走动声音很清楚。

Clean and well-located. The staff was very kind and spoke good English, I would like to highlight Tien who helped me sort things out with a bus ticket and also returned me an item I left in my room by accident

The fire alarm kept going off after hot showers both in my room and with others, sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night

Khu vực chung rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, thỏa mái. Điểm trừ là phòng hơi nhỏ. Có cả máy giặt sấy miễn phí, bếp nấu khu vực ăn chung từng tầng.

Phòng quá nhỏ

There is very small room and very small space which they said is higher class room instead of two room as compare to money is not worth it and also there is no Breakfast include in the hotel booking , it's very bad experience with Hotel.

clean, well designed, nice staffs

my room was on 2nd floor and faced the street, it was super noisy, I couldn’t sleep. I do think the rooms need better sound proof…

Nice, young and english speaking stuff. We were a bit late with check out but were told to no rush and had one more free hour to get fresh and leave the hotel. (Thanks Nhan!) Breakfast good, rooftop area is great, you can bring you own food/drink and chill in case you are not in the mood to go out.

They ask for 500k vnd deposit, (A bit weird as you get rather dorm type room so not too many things to destroy there but it was one of the cleanest accommodation in Vietnam so not a big deal for responsible people because you get back the deposit at the end anyway).

Breakfast subpar compared to usual breakfasts at other hotels in Vietnam

My husband and I stayed at the Wil’que for one week and had a lovely time! The room was super clean and comfy and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We loooved the location and exploring Truc Bach! It is located on a busy street so if you’re sensitive to noise at night/early in the morning, you might want to ask for a room not on street side. Special thanks to Ms. Ly and Mr. Tu for exceptional service!

Nice hotel, just make sure you get a room WITH a window if you think it’s obvious. I think it’s a manipulation as it was a last line in a description. The personnel was very nice and offered to change the room for the second night without an extra charge.

The staff is so friendly and very helpfull! I felt very welcome, especially by Ly and Tu! Thank you for making my stay in Hanoi unforgettable!

Very affordable, amenities and property feels new compared to a lot of other hotels in Hanoi.

The hotel is new and modern and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and good value for money if you find a good deal. They have a super free self service laundry which is really great if you’re travelling for longer time Also good (and very clean) kitchen facility where you can both cook and store food in fridge. The location is perfect if you want to be a bit away from the hectic old town in a slightly more local area with some nice restaurants and cafes and slightly less crazy traffic while still only a short 15 minute walk into the old town area. Ms Ly and her colleagues at reception were both helpful and friendly and I had nice rooms on the higher floors away from any traffic noises

Staff is nice and is good for large group staying together. Highly recommended.

Staffs, cleanliness, new facilities, laundry

Soundproofing and noisiness at night Room is smaller than posted Bathroom area not separated from toilet

We felt instantly welcomed as soon as we arrived, Tu on reception helped us settle in after a long flight and helped us with staying another night in the same room. We really enjoyed our daily breakfast, big thanks to Thanh for looking after us every day. Also big thanks to Hang on reception who made sure we had a very smooth check out. We loved the location for exploring Hanoi.

The room and the common spaces were very clean and modern. You can use the washing machine and the kitchen which was also well equipped. We were very happy with this accomodatiob

Staff were excellent very helpful. was clean

Room did not match photos

This hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all lovely. I stayed here on 3 occassions during my trip, each time I came back to Hanoi. It's worth noting that some of the rooms don't have a window, so if this is important to you make sure the room description says "city view". I booked a room with no window on one of my stays and it was perfect. It's much more quiet. The communal spaces are very clean and tidy and the opportunity to do your own laundry was great (they also provide the washing tablets). The hotel take a 500 vnd cash deposit when you check in. I had no issues with getting this back when i checked out each time. They also stored my bags for the day as my flight home wasn't until the evening. Definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Room was tiny, not what I booked on booking .com pictures did not match.

The entire location was very clean, the washing machine is very helpful and easy to use.

I enjoyed my so much, I renewed for an additional night. Very clean, modern, comfortable stay in Hanoi. Hotel is still new.

I loved everything about this property, the cleanliness, the central location, the staff’s kindness — especially Ms. Ly and Ms. Thanh and the lady who works evenings (I can’t remember her name). Everything was exceptional.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was very new and felt clean and well-maintained. We were able to check in early, which was really convenient. The staff was very friendly, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. The self-service washing machines and dryers were excellent and super easy to use. A special thanks to Tu at the reception—he was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed.

Very clean

Nothing

For 15 days in Vietnam, no hotel asked us for a "deposit" of 20 dollars, especially for a room where the fridge was completely empty! And what exactly could two adults possibly destroy? I didn’t understand what they were afraid of! The breakfast was soup! Okay, it’s the well-known Vietnamese dish, but for a European, it’s not the best choice when it’s just that and two slices of toast! As for coffee, instant sachets. And okay, is it possible for a guest to request early breakfast because they’re leaving early, and the response is, "Breakfast is from 7 to 10"? Bad choice!

Everything was wonderful and great staff

Nothing

We really liked the stay overall. It was very clean, the staff is super friendly and well organized. The location is great as well, about 1 km out of the old quarter. Quan, Ly and Nhan were especially helpful.

The only small complait is that the noise from the street could be a bit much at night, because the 1st floor is very close to the street and the windows don’t stop the noise enough.

The room was very clean and the staff was very kindly

Clean, modern, everything working, well located, nice lobby area, comfortable, free washing, one free beer

500k deposit for room condition, that I felt I had to actively ask for to receive it back.

We had a great time at Wil'que Hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, ready to help you with everything! The rooms are really comfortable and clean as well. Special thanks to Ly, Brian, Hang and Tu.

You can hear the busy road from the room (road-side room on the first floor), but once we got used to it, it was fine for us.

Great location in walking distance from many tourist spots, cafes, and restaurants. Clean rooms, and a pleasant "shared" living-room-style communal areas (floors 2 and 3).

As our room faced the road, we had a fair bit of traffic noise through the night. This isn't unusual for Hanoi hotels, but worth noting for families with young children, or light sleepers.

The room had no windows, no aircon and ventilat Ion only in the bathroom that was barely working. The walls were so thin that you could hear every sound from all the hotel, we were jetlagged and couldnt get any rest

The staff were amazing, the tour organiser went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well, thank you. The roof top area was beautiful, with views over the city.

The staff, all very helpful especially Tuan. Location.

First room was windowless which felt odd. The second had window but it was SO noisy at night. Heavy goods traffic worse than daytime traffic.

The room we booked, didn't match the reality and it turned out to be many people's complain. We book a double superior room, the one in the picture. Our surprise was when we arrived and the lady in the front desk told us: you have booked a double superior room with NO WINDOW. Nowhere it was written that. We talked to the manager and his only answer was: thank you. Of course all the rooms with window or without have the same price, and the picture they show it is misleading. It didn't have minibar or tv either but they added to the ROOM description. All these items are located in a common room. Careful.

Breakfast was as per order. Menu is quite straightforward - pho or friend noodle/rice. Overall it wasn't bad. Just simple. Rooms were very clean and the staff on the 21st - 24th morning were superb and great. Really helpful esp Ly and Nam, and including the Cafe staff. They have a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient.

They could at least mention that this is a Co-living style (at least the premium balcony or the 4th floor and below. TV is outside, fridge is sharing. I have lived in co-sharing before so it is not bad. But I would not like that type of surprise since I was with a wife and infant. But overall it was new and clean. Soundproofing on the 4th floor was bad. I can tolerate it but if you are someone that treasures peace and quiet, get the higher floor or another hotel.

A lovely hotel that is well situated in the city. It is close to key places such as the old quarter, Ho Truc Bach and the presidential palace. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ly who goes above and beyond to ensure you have all you need. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi.

N/A

Very nice hotel, modern and clean in a good location. Ms Ly and Mr Thuan and all the other staff members were helpful and kind.

New hotel with very friendly staff, but it was not really our thing. The staff was (a bit too) friendly during the check-in, as in a 4 star hotel but that wasn't what we where looking for here. The common space are too little cosy for us, with lot's of very white light and missing some nice atmopshere. But all in all they give a great service and are very friendly.

The Wil’que Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room is small but very comfortable and efficient. I was very impressed with the quality of the new construction, but mostly by the cleaning staff who keep the rooms and lobby spotless. Loved this little boutique hotel.

Very nice hotel at walking distance from the old quarter. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. There is a bar in the lobby and each floor has a living area with kitchen, very nice and clean. The free laundry service was very appreciated. Overall, a great stay!

Rooms could be bigger, but everything is organized properly, so it was not too much of a problem. Our room had no window.

Nice

New, everything works well. Good support from the staff. Ly and Chiến have been very helpful.

Soundproofing could be improved

The staff was amazing! They did everything to make us feel comfortable, especially Tu. He was always very helpful and gave us the best tips on local restaurants to try (without being the touristic ones). He helped us with our luggage and made everything that he could to provide us an amazing stay in Hanoi. The room was really nice and clean! For sure the best stay in Vietnam!

Great location. Clean room. Attentive staff, especially Ms. Vy. Excellent service. Feel like coming home.

Might need a bit of instruction in using the shower facility in the bathroom.

Clean room with spacious private balcony.

Incredible service, especially from Mrs. Ly, who took great care of us. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room was very clean. The hotel is new and very well located.

The room was very small, and we had one without a window to the outside.

The rooms are too cluttered. No room to walk around.

Too small of a room. No TV. No water.

Amazing stay at Wil’que hotel! The location is great, right near the lake with an abundance of cafes and restaurants, away from the hectic Old Quarter but close enough to visit. The hotel itself is beautiful and brand new, which absolutely shows. The service is 5 stars from all of the staff, everyone makes you feel so welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure you are having a good time. Ninh (Betty) messaged us before our stay to offer assistance, and went out of her way to organise a private transfer from the airport at the last minute. Throughout our stay, Ninh and Ms. Ly, along with the other staff members (not sure of everyone’s names) were so helpful! We were given free laundry tablets and use of the machines, hot drinks delivered straight to our room, and even an umbrella to use when it was raining (offered to us without even having to ask!). Such an affordable hotel but everything about it was that of a luxury hotel. Every part of the hotel, particularly the room, was spotless. We had a room on floor 5 which has a communal area, super convenient for storing food/drinks and again, so clean! There is also a very pretty rooftop. I could not recommend this hotel enough! We even extended our stay an extra night. Big thanks to the Wil’que team for making our stay so wonderful :)

Everything was great :)

They were understanding when I accidentally overstayed the check out time and couldn't answer calls especially hoang ang tu

Nice people! Good location!thank ms. Ly and many friendly friends!hope to see you again!

My room has no window, but the A/C was profect.

Ly was an exceptional host, she provided me with a quieter room and also helped with the laundry which is free in this hotel. The place smells amazing too!

The staff was welcoming and generous. The room was super clean with lots of amenities like common area which had tv, games, kitchen and laundry. We also got an instant photo post card. It was a very comfortable experience.

Nothing

Stayed here for three nights. The hotel is pretty new, everything super clean and modern. All the equipment and appliances are new too. There’s even a shared washer and dryer, and they provide free detergent, which was a nice touch. The staff is really professional and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. They organized a free walking tour for us around Hanoi, which was great. Also, they surprised us with a lovely little gift—our photo printed out as a card, which was such a sweet gesture. Overall, a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nothing

The one thing that truly impressed us were the people working there, they were kind and always there to help. Well deserved thank you to the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and comfortable: from picking us up from the aiport, helping with travel arrangements, and asking for feedback. I must say that we haven't encountered such nice personal before on our trip through asia. For instance, when our suitcase was damaged, a tehnician even drove me on the motorcycle to get it repaired. They are genuinely friendly and reliable, in my opinion, the most valuable "asset" of the hotel. Thank you again, keep up the great work!

The room is a little small compared to our expectations, the large balcony wasn't really of use to us due to external conditions such as weather and noise.

Very good

My 2nd stay at Wil'que Hotel and I was impressed by their convenient communal space with washing machine, kitchen, TV... The space is clean and inviting, perfect for managing meals and laundry. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays!

New hotel in town, central location. Spacious room, convenient communal space.

My stay at Wilque was an absolute delight! Nestled near the city center, this newly-built hotel is in a sweet spot—quiet enough for a peaceful retreat but still close to all the action. The area has a nice buzz to it, with plenty of cafes, shops, and local spots just a short walk away. Wilque is perfect for solo travelers like me. The rooms are modern and super cozy, and I loved the fact that the hotel comes with a washing machine and dryer. It’s such a lifesaver, especially if you’re staying for a while or just want to pack light. The staff at Wilque are awesome and really know how to make me feel at home. They were all so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop. It’s a chill spot with awesome city views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, Wilque Hotel has it all—great location, comfy rooms, and amazing service. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

New, fancy and clean hotel. Friendly and dedicated staffs
