Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at Sena Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. Our rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The included breakfast was also quite good, with enough variety to start the day well. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. A very good option for staying in Hanoi, and we would definitely recommend it.

In our first room the air conditioner did not work. We called reception and the young man who came up did not seem very interested in getting it to work. It was a very uncomfortable night sleeping in the heat. In the morning we requested another room where the aircon was working. The girl on reception was extremely helpful and put us in another room which was much better, and cooler.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Hannah is a gem!! She is so cheerful and helpful. Enjoyed engaging with her everyday of our 5 night stay! The hotel is a bit dated, the balcony tiny with no seating, however we made it work! I would stay again just to see Hannah! She needs a raise!!

The pictures are really enhanced so the room looks nothing like it. All the towels had some stains in it. The AC unit was so old that it took a lot to get it working and on the second night it broke down so they had to change me to a different room.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Most wonderful, attentive staff we have come across in a long time. Property was clean and in a great location to explore old town. And don’t even get us started on the incredible breakfast buffet every morning. Omelettes made to order, delicious pho and banh bao chien. Would absolutely recommend a stay here
Only 2 pillows in room but still a comfortable stay, probably could have asked for more:)

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026In talking to the young staff, I discovered the secret to why there is such an extraordinary environment at this hotel. They all come from the same small village north of Hue. It explains why you feel part of the place. You become part of a village. It really is an incredibly warm and welcoming place. Hannah is a remarkable young woman, but they all are.

La douchette WC: Le jet de douchette WC était "excessivement trop fort" et impossible de se laver avec au risque de causer des blessures. SVP, Choisissez de meilleur modèle : Privilégiez les douchettes avec réglages de pression intégrés ou des buses à jets multiples plus doux pour les zones sensibles. Merci Vérifier la Connexion de la Télévision (même si on n'est pas là pour regarder la télé) mais c'est important

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The staff at this hotel are amazing and really are on hand 24/7. We arrived really early and expected not to be able to check in right away, however there was somewhere we could change and they stored our bags for us saying they would call if an early check in was possible and at 12pm they called so we got in 2 hours early, The room was huge with a double and single bed and very clean and quiet you would not know your where in the center of a city . Bottle water was supplied every day and the fridge had a little selection of complimentary soft drinks which was really nice. The location is central with most sites an easy walk plus the best bun cha place is just around the corner (recommended by the taxi driver and hotel and I will admit it was very good). We also booked the taxi with the hotel for our airport transfers both seamless journeys with no stress which makes a massive difference!!
There was no window in the room which in itself did mean the room was nice dark and quiet but it does mean you can not get a heads up on what the weather is doing (we learnt just pack the poncho).

The bathroom we had was so unclean. First thing we did after a long journey was scrubbing it with what we only had was wipes!! there was hair stuck and hanging from the shower head & insects crawling in the shower. The sink looked like it had never seen a bit of anti bac in its life. Very unhygienic. The buffet for breakfast was awful. We had 5 nights here and only went to breakfast once. Limited options, we could only really have egg and bread but that could just be our preference. The room we stayed in was so outdated, hard not comfortable bed & walls very thin. I got unwell in Hanoi unfortunately so i tried to sleep early & i couldn’t because the noise from outside the room was terrible. What we got for our money was probably decent but i wouldn’t stay again.

No se perquè te tanta bona puntuació. Vaig fer reserva per les opinions i les fotos, i a les fotos no es veu lo desgastat que esta tot, el lavabo (la dutxa rovellada), o es que com tenen dos edificis ens van posar en el mes malmès. Quan vam baixar a esmorzar, no ens van oferir en cap moment els plats calents (quan ja marxàvem vam veure que als que entraven si els hi demanaven).
