Scam. This is not a 5-star anything. It's at best a 2 or 3-star apartment (or apartments) owned by a private prison. The I arrived at 10:00 PM and since there is no reception desk, they requested me to leave my passport in custody until I paid. Since I refused, three owner showed up at 2:00 AM to get his money.

Really poor check in process. We were given the wrong room initially and had some issues with communication. Had to advocate for ourselves to demand a correction to the accommodation type and staff was finally able to address the error but would not stay here again due to these issues. The apartment, itself, was clean and fine for our family. If they improve the communication about rooms booked and etc, then it would have been better.

Se things were not as nice as on the Booking page. AC was not working in one of the bedrooms, which the owner offered to fix, but we had to wait there with the repair guys or leave our stuff with them. Some other parts of the apartment also need maintenance like the taps that are not tighten, most of the electrical sockets are not working or are so loose that the chargers kept falling out. One bathroom was quite moldy and the towels were damp and stinky all the time. There is also nowhere to put the towels in the bathroom other than on the shower handle where they touch the ground and they get wet from the shower water which is not draining properly. They also did not replace our towels during the 4 night stay, which they said they would on the Booking. Airport shuttle service is not free unless you stay 4 or more nights, which we did not know. They also tried to charge us more when we wanted to extend the stay for an extra night when our plans have changed.

Locatie was echt top dicht bij de Ben Thanh Market en andere winkelstraten.

Het was een modern gebouw maar de appartement heeft een flinke opknap beurt nodig. Wat je op de foto’s ziet klopt dus totaal niet. Laat je hierdoor niet misleiden. We hebben deze appartement geboekt omdat de ligging perfect is en dat ze een zwembad hebben. De zwembad hebben we geen een keer gebruikt het was slecht onderhouden en je moest eerst naar de receptie om toegang te krijgen. Heel onhandig als je daarna weer naar verdieping 21 moet gaan.

Sauberkeit eher schlecht. Empfang schlecht mit dem Zugangscode kommen Fremde in die Wohnung weil er nicht geändert wird.

Enregistrement un peu long alors que n étions pas en avance . Je n ai pas pu tester la piscine car des ouvriers travaillaient autour. C est dommage elle était belle .

There was insects cockroaches everywhere the door was broken the first day one of my family members got bedbugs because of the dirty bed overall this was a two star I don’t know how it say 5 star on booking.com I will never come to this place again do not book this hotel if you are looking for 4-5 stars places. This place is only good for bag packers. Anyway the landlord should be honest about the description of the apartment and the reviewers must be honest in giving reviews. I checked the reviews and booked this place and all the reviews are not fact tellers.

Если не хочешь платить то либо меняй валюту либо дверь и на выход ! Я думаю отлично в 22:00 искать другой отель или обменник в незнакомом городе и заплатил плюс 3%! Напишу в букинг и пусть помогут разобраться с этой шарашкиной конторой . Номера грязные - волосы на полу …
