Spacious rooms. Laundry machine was a bonus. Basket of goods was a nice surprise even if you had to buy them.

Lack of cooking utensils, lack of supplies for cooking and no dish towels. Not sufficient dishes for the number of people in the room. Checkin was good but awkward as we paid cash but they didn’t have change.

היו מלא נמלים רחוק מהכל ורועש מאוד יש בר מתחת למלון עם מסיבות עד הבוקר

Khung cảnh xung quanh đẹp. Tiện lợi khi di chuyển đến trung tâm. Nhiều nhà hàng ăn uống, tiệm tạp hóa, tiện lợi. Sau giờ làm còn có thể tản bộ xung quanh bờ hồ.

Không có phàn nàn gì. Mọi thứ đều ổn.

The location

A lot of night noise from a persistent cockerel, which I know isn’t their fault, but a nuisance. The noise from the street wasn’t heard at all which was good. Could have done with a suitcase stand even if it folded up and a comfy chair would have been nice. The bottom bed sheet was poor as I think the mattress was too heavy to tuck it under properly.

The outside design of the hotel is beautiful facing the river that u must pay higher.

No swimming pool.

The house size was very big and located nicely right next to lake. The furniture was very good and overall stay was pleasant.

The second room in the house was way smaller in size. This should have been mentioned. The bathroomw as not attached and this was a bit inconviient. The toileteries were of not good quality and very small in size.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay experience. Our group booked a total of 12 rooms, so this was a large group reservation. However, we experienced multiple serious issues during our stay, including no hot water on the first night, poor hygiene conditions (dirty trash bins and visible cobwebs), very low water pressure, and one of the booked rooms being unavailable despite our confirmed reservation. These problems caused significant inconvenience to our group and greatly affected the overall stay experience. What made the experience even more frustrating was the handling process afterward. Communication and responses took a long time, and we had to repeatedly follow up with both the property and Booking.com customer service. I appreciate the customer service team for responding politely, but overall, the issue resolution process was slow and did not fully reflect the impact these problems had on our stay experience. I hope both the property and Booking.com improve the quality control and customer support process for future guests.

Beautifully appointed property in an ideal location on West Lake Tay Ho. Just don't lose your key card because the result of that can be quite sore.

Prachtige ruime appartementen

The rooms are big and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is really nice 👌 There’s also a washing machine, which is very handy. Close to restaurants and places to hire bikes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There is a bit of street noise from cars and bikes, and music starts early in the morning from the park with people exercising, but ear plugs definitely help. Also, the washing machine pods cost extra, which wasn’t noted anywhere.

Had a family suite and it was huge. 2 bedrooms and kitchen ans loungeroom. Felt very grand and old school kind of luxery.

Dont do breakfast but we knew that. Only staff is the guy on feont desk who was very nice. But doesnt tealpy feel like a hotel, more a services appartment.

Everything the apartment was truly amazing we absolutely loved it. The apartment was massive with one of the most gorgeous balconies I have ever had in any apartment. The staff were fantastic. We loved this apartment

Big house

No hot water and low water pressure

Intermittent air conditioning and hot water. Not expected and a disappointment Noisy cockerels and hens nearby - woke me up early morning.

Outside of central Hanoi so location was fairly quiet and overlooked the lake. Property is beautiful

Very little hot water. Could t use the bath tub unless you wanted a cold plunge. There are roosters at neighbours behind so it was peaceful until they decide not to be quite

Location and the facade

No room cleaning service was provided for the entire stay. We have to bring the towels, water bottles by ourselves from reception. Didn’t feel like we stayed in a hotel, kitchen had no cutlery and not properly clean

Location was good but noisy

We rarely had hot water. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you ask. Kitchen had no dishes except wine glasses. Poor financial compensation for days without hot water.

Obiekt był duży.

Mieszkanie które otrzymaliśmy było bardzo brudne, na ścianach było widać pleśń. Nie było żadnych narzędzi do posprzątania mieszkania. W takim mieszkaniu bardzo słabo się spędza czas. Pomimo że to prywatne mieszkanie to obiekt próbował zdobyć dodatkowe pieniądze zostawiając płatne kapsułki, napoje i przekąski. Dodatkowo przy płatności kartą pobierana jest prowizja. Mam szczere wątpliwości co do 4* tego obiektu. Najbardziej jednak smuci to, że jest on polecany przez Booking. Teraz już wiem, że tag “polecany przez Booking” nie oznacza nic, ponieważ Booking tych obiektów nie sprawdza.

Room was MASSIVE with gorgeous decor. I had to chuckle as I entered as it felt a little like a palace!

A couple of minor bits and pieces: -some accumulated dust in some corners -wifi blackspot in master bedroom

I booked a city view suite and was placed into a singular room that shared a common area with another room instead of a suite. And had no city view just a back alley. Also not close to anything so costs a bit taxing back and forth from the main city

The location is amazing and the apartment style rooms are very comfortable. Easy access to many tourist sites and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms need to be updated. Water pressure is a little low, but the location makes up for the bathrooms.

Victoria Suites Westlake is a beautiful, elegant, and very clean hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room was extremely spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of West Lake from the room, which made the experience even more special and relaxing. The overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi.

However, one small issue that left us a bit confused was the laundry gel provided in the room. There was no clear notice informing guests that these laundry pods are chargeable. As a result, we used them without realizing there would be an additional cost. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly inform guests in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.

Felt like ‘Home away from Home’

The advert states ‘sound proofing’, but unfortunately windows in my suite didn’t close properly and let through the wind and noise from the street. Just need to seal the windows properly.

Elegant, spacious and set out was great

A lot of noted stains on the furniture and carpeting in the apartment. Holes in the towels. Door to the balcony didn’t lock. Washing machine left in a dirty state. Minor problems which just some ‘TLC’ needed.

No breakfast

lot of ants around table and kitchens.. The side glass of curtain can see the flat next door. also not easy to figure out how to open the curtain.... at night, there are lot of bars and poeple are daving and karaoke.. morning, some woman made loud sound for dancing near rivver in front of our unit. It's hard to sleep.

The room was amazing. It was huge. We didn't take advantage of all the facilities as we were only there one night. Great location. Great views.

I was on a cruise and the ship told us we didn't need our passports to check in.. After WhatsApping staff members some questions and pictures of my passport, as the ship suggested and the hotel shared with me 2 pictures of some strangers' passport details as an example of what the picture should look like. I do not want my passport pictures shared with anyone else as this is sharing personal information and can be dangerous

My room was huge. Big living room, kitchen, big bedroom, nice master bath. Amazing view of the Lake. So nice. Great TV. Nice bed.

I was on the second floor close to the street, facing the lake. It was a little noisy from the traffic. It didn’t bother me, I sleep with ear plugs. It that’s an issue, I recommend a higher floor or a city view room in the back.

Great Location and Great Property

Everything was perfect, Although They Charge too much (100% of room rent ) for early Check In !! But that's just Vietnam for you !!

The room was very spacious and luxurious as well. Everything was quite new and maintained very well. You would get a royal feel in the room. The location of the hotel is very nice it's lake facing but you mostly won't be able to enjoy the lake view unless you get the top floor rooms as there are trees by the lakeside park.

However, this place is around 5 km from the old quarter where the real activity is happening, shopping, sightseeing, night market, tour pickups you may need to book cabs everytime you go there. Not a big negative because you get more spacious rooms then what you will get in the old quarter.

The hotel room, a really excellent suite appt in the first floor was very spacious, excellently designed and furnished, and two bedroom plus two bathrooms perfectly settled beside the most luxury " living hall", including a conference table for 6 people, plus a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and freezer, and Vietnamese bar design... Shortly summarized, besides the dream of approximately 100-120 sqm.... AND I was more than lucky to have spent some days in this majestic hotel, and to experience the staff, particularly Mrs Linh, extremely friendly and helpfully across the whole stay in 'paradise' -- thanks to Linh and helpful hints for the undertakings and restaurants... Thank you sooooooo much (and also her male colleagues for similarly good advice), really more than one can expect 😊😊😊

king suite with balcony 3rd floor. not much to like here except maybe the view of the lake between the trees and the public toilets below. booking description inaccurate. despite name it is not luxe nor paradise nor hotel, but rather poorly serviced apartments. grossly inflated positive reviews. location not within walking distance of any basic amenities or attractions. no help with luggage upon arrival. understaffed lobby. payment upon arrival required. one key/lift card for family of 4. bathroom balcony not accessible. dirty windows. no dedicated place in the suite to set luggage. no ironing board. dirty toilet seat. mouldy shower area. poor quality bathroom linen. shower head not functional, leaking. shower shampoo and conditioner but no soap. ants and food stains in kitchen. dirty bed linen. poorly adjusted aircon vent. faulty aircon stopped for 2h. slow wifi. recent front loader washing machine but no soap. scuff marks, water marks, glue, silicon and paint marks on walls, floors and ceilings. loud techno music aerobics class 5.15am-6.45am daily in the park below. will not return, cannot recommend.

The only place in Hanoi is truly immaculately clean. High technology bathroom . Fully equipped with everything we need. This is totally home away from home. I will definitely book this place again. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. Tuc and Linh deserve a promotion for keeping the high standard customer service.

Không nghĩ với giá rẻ như vậy vào dịp lễ 2-9 lại được ở căn phòng siêu to siêu đẹp như thế này Nhóm mình đi xem duyệt binh,còn được bạn Đức lễ tân hướng dẫn chi tiết cung đường đi xem thuận lợi và bọn mình đã chọn được vị trí tuyệt vời để xem duyệt binh.Tóm lại rất hài lòng 😍

Khách sạn to, sạch, đẹp và sang trọng. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, lễ tân thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Đặt phòng ở Hà Nội rất nhiều lần rồi nhưng chỉ có khách sạn này là ưng ý nhất. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm !

Gọi là căn hộ khách sạn thì đúng hơn. Ban đầu mình nghĩ mình nhìn nhầm vì diện tích lên đến 74m2. Nhưng đến nơi thì hài lòng tuyệt vời. Không gian rộng rãi dễ chịu. Lễ tân ngoan, mến khách. Đặc biệt giá rẻ hơn rất nhiều so với các khách sạn cùng khu vực. Cảm ơn các bạn đã cho gia đình chúng tôi kỳ nghỉ thêm ý nghĩa.

Cái Toilet của Toto xịn quá, mình đi qua nó tự động mở. Kiểu như cảm ứng tự động. Nhưng nó mở đi mở lại nhiều hơi chóng mặt vì nó tự động. Nó mở cả khi mình không có nhu cầu sử dụng. Chút xíu dễ thương.
