Exceptionally kind, polite, respectful, patient staff. I cannot praise them enough. I was at a different hotel for the first night of my trip that did not meet my expectations. This staff was kind enough to let me have a tour of their room and facilities before I even canceled the rest of my stay at the other hotel and booked with them. After switching they made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Fantastic swimming pool and satisfying breakfast too.

We initially stayed in another apartment and later moved to the three-bedroom apartment, and I honestly have no words to describe how incredible it was. The apartment was absolutely spectacular: extremely spacious, beautifully equipped and perfect for our family. But the highlight was THE VIEW. The view over the lake was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery was one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip to Vietnam. And then there was the service. I already thought the service was excellent before we changed apartments, but during this second part of our stay it was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us. They were attentive, kind, professional and always ready to help. We genuinely felt cared for. This is what five-star service should feel like. We travelled through Vietnam and stayed in several properties, but nothing compared to this experience. The combination of the huge apartment, the comfort, the incredible lake view and especially the outstanding staff made this stay unforgettable. If I return to Hanoi, I know exactly where I will stay. Five Star Westlake has set the standard incredibly high.

The Front Desk team are excellent. Trung plus the 3 ladies. Nothing was too much trouble. Always there to help. Above and beyond many international branded 5 star hotel staff. Truly a fantastic team. The accommodation is great. Clean and practical. Location is a 10 minute drive to Old Town etc.

部屋が、カビか食べ物の匂いが常に残っていました。 部屋に入って暫くすると、気にならなくなりましたが、入る時は毎回気になりました。

Un immense appartement, très bien équipé, à 15 minutes de taxi du centre ville. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le personnel est au top. La piscine est immense, et très agréable. Et les bords du West Lake sont très sympa et pas du tout touristiques. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Hanoï. Et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et prendre une doucha avant notre avion alors que nous avions rendu la chambre ;-).

I had an outstanding experience thanks to **Jack**. From the moment I met him, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful in every possible way. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. He was always approachable, attentive, patient, and ready to help with a smile. Jack is a great example of what exceptional hotel hospitality and customer service should look like. The AC in or room was not very good

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, especially Jacob. You couldn't want for more.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer herrlich ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen:)

Der Pool war leider unter jeder Kritik, das Wasser war sehr schmutzig. Das ist allerdings der einzige Kritikpunkt

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, but what stood out most was the exceptional staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Jacob, who helped us navigate the city and recommended wonderful family-friendly places to visit. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable.

部屋が広く、バスタブ、洗濯機もあり、とても快適に過ごせた。日本のTVが全局リアルタイムで視聴できたのは嬉しかった。朝食はフォーや卵料理がオーダー出来てとても美味しかった。ヨーグルトとプリンも美味しかった。スタッフも親切丁寧で最高のホテルだった。

旧市街から離れているので観光は不便かもしれない。但しタクシーが安いので大きな問題では無い。

◎3泊4日利用／未就学児2名を連れてでしたので2ベッドルームを予約（日本人ファミリーです） 【立地】 ・旧市街から10分程であるが、とても静かで昼夜問わず快適 ・ホテルから2分程度でWinmart（コンビニのような場所）や、5分程でFUJIスーパー（小さなスーパー）あり ・騒音は苦手、観光地へのアクセスは妥協できない方にはベストなホテル 【衛生】 ・室内プールやジムはほぼ貸し切り状態で、ごみや虫もおらず常時清潔 ・部屋はシーツ含め清潔で、スタッフは清掃員含めて廊下で靴を脱いでくれる ・潔癖気味の私でも、毎日気持ちよく過ごせるレベルで掃除が行き届いている ・水回り含め、消耗品は毎日新しいものを準備してくれる 【対応】 ・スタッフは明るく優しい方ばかり ・ホテルと常時メッセージがとれるLINEがあるので、英語やベトナム語ができなくても気軽に質問や問い合わせが可能 ・偶然お会いした「オーナー様」は日本人でありながら、ベトナム滞在者であり現地にとても詳しい ・オーナー様含めスタッフの皆様は、子供に対しても笑顔で対応、見守ってくれ、安心できる 【設備】 ・冷蔵庫、洗濯機、食器、包丁、鍋類、レンジの設備は長期滞在や子連れには最高 ・お風呂やシャワーの水圧・バスタブは文句なし、バスタブもすぐ溜めることが可能 ・トイレは日本製のTOTO、海外ホテルでは珍しいウォシュレット付き ・カーテンの遮光、エアコンの効きは完璧です

Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten. Ein Bett war sozusagen auf der zweiten Ebene im Wohnzimmer und das zweite in einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Das Bad war auch groß und mit einem Fenster. Im Pool konnte man sich am Abend gut abkühlen. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber.

One of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything felt modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a full kitchen, making it perfect even for longer stays. I only stayed for one night at the end of my trip, but I really appreciated how well equipped it was. The large balcony was a lovely bonus, and having a bathtub was something I don't often find in Asia. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the indoor swimming pool with a sauna was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Hanoi. The mattress was on the firmer side, but the hotel clearly mentions this in advance and even offers a mattress topper free of charge. I requested one, and the bed was very comfortable. The washer-dryer worked perfectly and was incredibly useful after a long trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were friendly well spoken English, very relaxing quiet and great pool, gymnasium and shower pressure.

Clean tidy,well maintained. Staff are excellent,Annie taking care of business at front desk,assisting us in organising our day trips. Jacob a massive assett to the hotel,while taking care of the breakfast bar,filling every guest with his wealth of knowledge.

Location is a little out of the way. Access can be a bit daunting if walking along streets nearby due to traffic and footpaths filled with scooters,have to walk onto road to get past.

Room is very clean and spacious, and great that it has a washing machine also. The staff are fantastic and each of them go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. I had one small issue with the room at 11pm at night and the staff dealt with it immediately and even offered me a different room. Not all hotels would have been so helpful. Breakfast is also very yummy, and Hoang was fantastic at recommending things to do in the city and he was always available to help if I needed any assistance with anything, which I really appreciated! The staff really made me feel welcome.

Not the hotel’s fault - but the pavements on the nearby streets make it difficult to explore the immediate area by foot. Best to use a taxi to get about.

Amazing pool and the apartment size was great. Good facilities including a washing machine. Jacob who was our breakfast host was lovely and informative, he gave us some great tips and is a credit to the hotel.

A more polished version: Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner. Tout était très propre, calme et bien insonorisé, avec une équipe vraiment adorable, disponible et toujours prête à aider. Le personnel nous a notamment aidés à organiser une excursion dans la baie d’Halong, qui a été magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent également, avec un personnel très attentionné. C’est ici que j’ai goûté mon premier pho au Vietnam, et il était tellement bon que j’en ai mangé presque tous les jours pendant notre séjour. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites facilités sur place, comme la possibilité de cuisiner et de laver nos vêtements, avec même la lessive fournie. L’équipe de ménage était également remarquable. Pour mon premier voyage au Vietnam, c’était un excellent choix pour passer une semaine et demie. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Breakfast was great, delisious. Location was good, nice view. We liked the design of the room, bathroom, conditioning. Staff is very nice and supportive. There is pickleball next to the hotel.

L'appartement est grand, les installations (gym et piscine) étaient très appréciée, et mention spéciale pour le staff et en particulier Hoang, Ange et Tuan Anh qui ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide exceptionnelle :) On a été très bien accueillis, conseillé, et aidé pour notre séjour et nos déplacements. Ce genre d'accueil donne envie de revenir. Je recommande à 100%!

Close to the airport. Great pool and gym. Clean and spacious rooms.

Area surrounding the hotel is not recommended for exploring or walking. We had a large group with small children and the streets were narrow and sidewalks non existent. Not too many restaurants close by either.

Frühstück und Lage! Bei der Ankunft wurde einem nicht mit den Koffern geholfen und es gab auch kein Erfrischungsgetränk wie bei allen anderen 4*Hotels auf unserer Reise. Keine 5* verdient!!!

Zimmer war gross und sehr modern!

Staff were AMAZING, big room, breakfast was delicious, pool was refreshing, gym well set up, comfy bed, loved being able to do my laundry and cook food if I wanted to (I didn't). If I had done my research properly, I would've known that I would have to catch a taxi to the Old Quarter which is really where I wanted to be - amongst the markets etc. so location wasn't a winner for me also no bar/restaurant onsite.

מלון נוח, נעים ונקי. הצוות היה מקסים, נתן לנו להרגיש בנוח ודאג לכל מה שביקשנו. הדירה מעולה לשהיה של משפחה.

חשבנו שהמיקום יהיה יותר מרכזי בעיר. בפועל כל פעם שרצינו לצאת היינו צריכים לקחת מונית של 20 דק.

Staff always super friendly and eager to support what ever need you have. Room location is also quite decent and the fact of having a washing machine available is a big plus.

For a Hotel that claims to be 5 start, not having a restaurant available is a big miss, the only option was to get deliveries from outside. Location: even though is not far from main touristic places, nearby there is not much, unless you want to explore a real local feel.
