Everything about our stay was perfect. The friendly staff, the gorgeous interior, the cleanliness and its in a quieter neighbourhood so more relaxing. There is always a cheap grab taxi 2-3 minutes away for easy access into the city centre. I would definitely stay here again. You also get free coffee when you stay and I must say it was excellent.

Väldigt trevligt ställe att bo på. Var som ett litet hem. Kan rekommenderas Tack Wille och Sakuna

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. They offer amazing free coffee that we enjoyed a lot. The host Taylor is such a welcoming and helpful young man who made our stay 10 out 10!

I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Star Apartment. The room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, yet close to everything I needed. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Every request was handled quickly. When a small issue occurred (such as the air conditioner), they responded immediately and even proactively offered to move me to a better room to ensure my comfort — truly thoughtful and respectful service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. I felt safe and comfortable, just like being at home. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends.

There were no comments about liking it.

The owner oversold rooms. Two days before my arrival, the owner sent me two notifications, but when I checked in, the counter said there was no record of my reservation in their system. This is a case of extremely poor management.

sạch sẽ an toàn

Sạch sẽ yên tĩnh nv thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, m quay lại 2 lần r

Staffs are very attentive and professional…will definitely stay here again.

I liked the room design, friendly & helpful staff, cleaniness, reasonable price & good location. Comfortable bed too. The cleaners always cleaned & restock everything so nicely. Rooms are exactly like the photos.

Some minor broken facilities - like one of the sliding door & curtain holdback. Water pressure & hot water in the shower was slightly poor. Sink was fine. Noticed a sewage smell only at night. Also felt like the bed was shaking when a truck would drive past the building?

New and clean, spacious and on a nice street

Staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly

Room layout and bathroom was a bit awkward

Good quiet location. Very comfy beds. Good WIFI. Air con good. Bottles of water provided.

My room smelt of stale cigarette smoke I have asthma so only got 3 hours sleep each night. Coffee bar was out of service. Shower head broken spraying everywhere and flooded bathroom after 1 minute in the shower as the drain was blocked. Not deeply cleaned. Shower was dirty. Walls tatty need painting and some plug sockets loose. Staff smoke outside the property and maybe 100 cigarettes in the ash tray at the entrance table is the first thing you’re greeted with. Could be amazing with some maintenance repairs and deep clean. 2 star by British standards.

Nice Interieur, big Smart Tv, located in a nice and calm area not to far away from the center. Nice Foodspots around and great service by the staff.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness of the room, everything there is to like about the hotel

On arrival there was a system error with our booking and we were transported to the sister hotel and upgraded for free for the inconvenience which was 10/10. Free made coffees available from staff each morning which were delicious. Super spacious and clean rooms, beds very very comfortable, we also were provided with free laundry aswell due to the situation. Quiet and quaint area for a relaxed stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything about Golden Star is great: the rooms, facilities, staff, etc.

The location is far from the central w/c is District 1, but that’s ok because the area of District 7 where Golden Star is located is good,

Large clean spacious room with great air conditioners Staff were very nice and accommodating. Area very safe and quiet . So many near by dining options and coffee houses. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quite in a noisy city

Great Front Desk personnel and the room is super comfy and spacious. No in-house restaurant but there are lots of eateries nearby

We recently stayed at Golden Star Apartment and had an exceptional experience. The staff, especially Starf, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. After doing some research, we found that this area is one of the safest in HCMC, with low density and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s designed with Western residents in mind, making it a comfortable and familiar environment. The apartment itself was well-maintained and offered all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We felt safe walking around at night, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC!

The location and facilities.

Comfortable room, helpful staff.

Was quite noisy, average location for tourists wanting to see the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh, be prepared for 20-40min travel times to and from.

Laundry is free. But try to bring your own detergent and fabric conditioner and put them in the laundry basket with your clothes. In case you forgot to bring those, they’d still do your laundry but don’t expect for your clothes to smell nice. They were nice enough to give us a better room (according to them they moved us to a bigger one).

The location of the property is way too far from the city center. We ended up using Grab to pay more or less VND90,000 all the time we went to the city. From the International Airport, the Grab costed VND280,000.

Good location in D7 with friendly and helpful staff. The included coffee in the morning was a nice bonus

The air conditioner was old and not very cold

Great little hotel very clean staff helpful, rooms clean & quiet etc etc… Will be staying again on my next trip in May. Thank you & see you soon Regards Stuart

Golden Star Apartments provided a delightful stay for my overnight visit. Conveniently located near top-notch Vietnamese restaurants, it offered easy access to delicious breakfast options. The proximity to these eateries enhanced the overall experience, making dining choices a breeze. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Golden Star Apartments for its convenient location, comfortable amenities, and excellent service.

Clean and nice apartment

Brand new hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Star Apartments for a night and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and elegant. The room provided was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What set this stay apart was the abundance of delightful restaurants surrounding the hotel, offering a variety of breakfast options. As a lover of Vietnamese cuisine, I was particularly pleased; the breakfast I had was, without exaggeration, the best Vietnamese meal I've ever enjoyed. The convenient location, combined with the excellent service and outstanding dining options, makes Golden Star Apartments a top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying stay.
