L'endroit est tout simplement parfait ❤️✨☺️ l'accueil et le personnel sont extraordinaires, la nourriture est super bonne et tout est toujours super propre. La localisation est parfaite aussi, près de la plage et face à la rivière. Das Personal war so freundlich, wir konnten früher einchecken den ganzen letzten Tag unser Gepäck dort lassen und sie waren so nett!! Beim Zimmer kann man sich auch nicht beschweren man kriegt was man zahlt.

Les photos sur booking ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité des chambres. Chambre pas très propre partie commune pas nettoyé. Mobilier des chambres vieillot salle de bien délabré. Rideaux dans la chambre déchiré et dégueulasse. Honnêtement je ne recommande pas du tout .

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La salle de bains spacieuse. Une très bonne literie confortable. De bons conseils et une bonne aide pour organiser le reste de notre voyage.

Personalet er simpelthen så søde, snakkesalige og bare helt igennem gode værter. Værelset var lige ud til poolen og havde alt hvad man skulle bruge. Morgenmad var indtil kl 10 hverdag og lækkert. Vi var meget tilfredse og glade for at bo her selvom det lå lidt udenfor byens centrum. 10 min gåtur til “Hidden Beach” og 10-15 min med grab indtil den gamle by. Så har de også sødste “Milo” som viser dig hen til dit værelse.

Przesympatyczny personel. Blisko do plaży, duże balkony. Dobre śniadania. Na rogu głównej ulicy i wejścia na plażę niepozorna rodzinna restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem „Sea Wind”.

Очень милый, симпатичный отельчик с гостеприимными хозяйками. Вид из окна на реку и закат просто волшебный. В номерах чисто. Территория отеля красивая, бассейн супер.

Все прекрасно, но имейте в виду, что вам понадобится байк/граб, так как отель в отдалении от всего. Также завтрак немного скудный, придется завтракать дважды

La stanza prenotata non corrispondeva a quella fornita (prenotata con balcone, fornita al piano terra fronte piscina). Le foto corrispondono poco alla realtà, la struttura ha bisogno di una rinnovata, soprattutto il bagno (la tavoletta del wc non è adeguata) che presenta evidenti segni di muffa infatti l'odore di muffa è presenta nella stanza. Stanza poco insonorizzata. Materasso molto morbido, forse troppo. La colazione prevede solo 4/5 differenti piatti a base di frutta o uova e non è previsto il bis

Tout était vraiment bien, la chambre et le balcon sont très agréables et la salle de bain est bien. La piscine est vraiment bien et le petit déjeuner assez copieux. Le jour de notre départ on avait un bus de nuit, Ana a accepté qu’on laisse nos affaires dans l’établissement et qu’on profite de la piscine toute la journée, toilettes et douche à disposition. Le personnel est super ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

Si vous voulez vous reposez c’est vraiment le lieu idéal mais si vous voulez visiter la vieille ville c’est assez éloigné, mais ils proposent de louer des scooters ou des vélos donc ça va. On a eu que de l’eau froide pour la douche.

First of all, the hotel is a great option, if you want to be close to a beach, want a calm surrounding and very attentive staff. The staff seems to be trying their best to accommodate their guests. Location wise: as I said, if you want calmness, you will get it. Coconut beach is nearby, a few local restaurants and that’s basically it. We had to use grab to get anywhere since we also had a small child which made cycling impossible. I think, we still made the best of our stay, but we would definitely not come back. The photos are misleading! You should be aware of all the stated points before booking.

But: the photos are basically catfishing you. I wouldn’t say it is totally horrible there, but when you see the photos, you expect something much better. The facility needs an update. The bathroom was moldy and rundown (I had to hold the hose, couldn’t fix it anywhere), there are tiles missing in the pool, the doors are not soundproof at all and the furniture seems broken. The wardrobe seems to be missing half, the fridge I didn’t wanna use because it looked bad. It was great that breakfast is included, yet you get pretty bored between the five options of meals you can choose from, where 4 of them contain eggs.

The breakfast was good with several choices, the staff are very welcoming. The rooms have a large balcony. The pool area is very nice.

The location is a bit limited to several restaurants at the top of the main road with a couple of small shops, most other areas can be reached by taxi or bicycle. The rooms could be slightly modernised.

I really liked this hotel as it was in a quiet location about 15 mins from the centre of Hoi An by scooter & the beach about a 10min walk away. Anna & her family were super friendly & helpful & the breakfast each morning was great. Scooter hire was also available which I took advantage of. I also loved listening to the roosters in the morning. :)

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das gesamte Team war sehr aufmerksam, hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Die aircondition war sehr leise, so dass sie beim schlafen nicht störte. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück was sehr schmackhaft. Mit dem Rad konnte man kleine Touren in die nähere Umgebung machen.. Hoi An war mit 'grab' in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum langen und sauberen Strand waren es 10 Min. Es gab dort auch Liegen und kleine Strandlokale. Abends konnte man fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und streetfood Lokale erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unübertroffen gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist rund um perfekt, für diesen Preis gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Personal super lieb und hilfsbereit! Wenn es Probleme gibt wird einem direkt geholfen und Sie sind immer bemüht! Milo der Hotelhund ist ein kleiner verspielter Hund der es liebt zu kuscheln und zu spielen :)

Anna was so nice and the location so close to the beach was great. Other things I remember are the freshly cooked breakfast everyday, good Wifi, daily cleaning, nice shower and very comfortable beds.

I really loved this place. The staff are great and it has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The pool’s really nice. It’s also in a great spot. 5 mins walk from the beach, great restaurants nearby and a quick ride into Hoi An town. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend.

No complaints.

The hotel's pool was clean. The beds are comfy. The staff were polite. It's more suitable for families and couples and using the pool at night was not allowed. Our room didn't have a view. It was faced with a wall but it was alright for the money. There are bicycles in the homestay but none of them work properly except maybe one or two. Be careful if you rent them as their brakes don't work properly. The location is nice, it's close to the beach and near the lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it will be a memorable one.

They close the doors early at night so if you want to explore the beach or area at night you should stay at a hotel or homestay with 24/7 reception. The toilet paper in the bathroom was moldy.

We were originally told we could have the rooms on the same floor but then they weren’t, we also had a broken shower in one room and no hot water on our last day. Despite that we enjoyed the stay on the whole. Also didn’t like having to pay for the stay in full up front as this was the only hotel that asked for that during our stay in Vietnam.

This hotel does not match the reviews or photos — be careful. We booked it based on glowing ratings here and on Google maps. I don’t understand where all the hype and glowing reviews come from — it honestly feels like a scam with paid reviews. 1. Breakfast is a joke very few options, served outside on tiny chairs, with dirty tables. 2. Rooms are in poor condition: stained bedding, old furniture, broken shower, toilet, non-working TV. I had to sleep fully dressed to avoid touching anything. 3. Noisy and chaotic nights. On our first night, loud music and partying by the pool went on past midnight with Iranian girls and Russian men. Even after guests complained, the men kept drinking and talking loudly near the tables. Around 3–4 AM, drunk Russian men and women were shouting, possibly fighting I woke up in panic, thinking it was some kind of disaster. So it is definitely not for families. 4. Location isn’t as described the beach (btw its super dirty) is far and the walk there is through sketchy, rundown streets. The pool is available, but the water didn’t look clean it had a yellowish tint. I truly love Vietnam and have no intention of harming anyone’s business — quite the opposite. I rarely write negative reviews. But in this case, I feel responsible to speak up. Many people travel here on their only weekend off, spending their hard-earned money and precious time. They deserve honesty.

Location is quiet, and near the beach (10 min walk), staff is friendly, help with pick up and drop off at the airport, hotel looks new and clean. Breakfast is decent, and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

there is too much noise because there is no restrictions on the pool use. Kids go to swim at 7am and it is impossible to sleep. There are too many lizards around the hotel and even on the breakfast tables, we understand that the hotel is surrounded by wild nature but sure they could have done something about all those lizards. In addition, we got 3 big cockroaches in our rooms in a week.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Definitely felt like home away from home. Milo the dog was beautiful & gave that little bit extra feel of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Staff very welcoming, nice big rooms, aircon worked great, pool was open all hours! Easy to get a grab into the Old Town, and walking distance to the beach!

I had a short but fantastic stay. It is located near the popular beaches, easily reachable by bike. The location itself was quiet. They have a nice pool, clean rooms and very kind staff.

Beautiful place and the rooms are lovely. Location is great and tucked way from the main road and busier areas. Lovely staff and super helpful with everything. Top class all round

Everything! The owner was very kind and hospitable. She had great recommendations for Hoi An. We used the laundry service 40k per kilo. The breakfast was delicious (bahn mi, fruits, coffee). The room had a great view of the river and only 5-8 minute walk to the beach. It’s a really lovely place to relax.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were big with a lovely balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and contained everything we needed. The room was very comfortable. It’s a little further out but the area is very quiet and peaceful. You can take a grab to the old town in about 10-15 minutes, they were easy to book on grab. You can walk to a couple of the local beaches which were quiet and there are bikes to borrow for free. The highlight is Anna and her family who run the hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and we spent a lot of time with Milo the puppy. Really great value for the price and my favourite hotel after 6 weeks travelling SE Asia. Would highly recommend!

The location was very peaceful and really quiet on the river front . Everyday we rented the hotel bicycles and cycled the narrow roads beside the lakes and through the rice fields and vegetable farms. These lanes lead into Hoi An old town and is only a steady 30 minute cycle away from the hotel as the crow flies. The swimming pool was lovely and was usually empty in the evenings and there's loads of space to relax and have a beer .The seaside is about 10 or 15 minutes walk and there's some really popular cheap restaurants there if that is what you enjoy. The managers name was Annie and along with the other they made us feel right at home for the duration of our wonderful stay. We will be back in Hoi An next year again and will stay at the Seagulls Nest. Anthony from Ireland 🇮🇪

The bicycles could be better maintained I thought . Maybe some new tyres and lubricant to stop the squeaking. I bought some WD40 and it made a miraculous difference to our cycling endurance and overall wellbeing.

The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, the location is peaceful, the pool is lush--there's no question this is a lovely spot for a Hoi An retreat.

Family who managing this hotel is fantastic, Anna and her sister are really great people. They are always ready to answer all questions, book the trip or organise airport shuttle in better price than in apps ! Breakfasts and coffee are tasty.

Room can be cleaner, especially bathroom. Nice to have - it is close to the sea so would be great to have beach towells and clothes drying rack.

This was our favourite stay of all the places from our trip to Vietnam. Anna and Tina have created a welcoming area to lounge by the pool or sip bottomless coffee over breakfast. The rooms are clean and if there is anything you need, you can just ask. We also booked several tours through the hotel which worked out quite well.

We were satisfied with everything, good value for the money.

I extended my stay. It's peaceful, and no crowds! And the beds are comfy!! The bed sheets were not changed during my stay which I thought was odd, hot water came and went, water was irregular in flow also. But it is good for what is paid.
