La chambre était propre mais très peu décorée contrairement à celle de la photo.

La fenêtre donne sur la coursive et de ce fait on voit out ce qui se passe à l'intérieur. Le matelas est très dur. Le homestay est loin de tout et les plages environnantes sont dégoûtantes

Had 4 nights here and it was so good I added an extra one. This homestay is ran by a lovely family where nothing is too much trouble. I needed to go to Danang for the day and they helped me out with a motorbike. Seriously if you are staying in the area I recommend this place. It’s budget friendly and I will definitely return .

If you are reading this and you’re thinking about staying here book it now before someone else does. I have been travelling now for two months and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during my trip. The owner is the nicest most helpful guy I’ve ever met and I cannot be more grateful for him being so awesome the whole time. The location is great and it is very close to the beach. The beach is nice as it is not as busy as the others and it’s cheaper overall. Also there is plenty of food options just a couple minute walk away from the hotel. If I ever come back to hoi an I will be staying here.

As others have mentioned, the couple who run this place are so incredibly kind and helpful. We verbally extended our stay and we wanted to stay longer but they were booked out. You can easily walk to the beach from here. After we checked out, the man running this place was happy to still help us with our questions around Hoi An e.g. can you help us book a taxi to Da Nang airport.

Très bien, logement propre. Bien situé près de la plage plus au calme que dans le centre ville très touristique. Le propriétaire est aidant et sympathique.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen wenn wir Fragen hatten odet etwas benötigten. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Man konnte direkt Fahrräder oder auch Roller ausleihen für eine Tagesgebühr, um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Es gibt einige Cafés und kleine, gemütliche, leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, alles was man braucht und man ist nicht mitten im Touri-Trubel.

Terrains de foot et de tennis à 3mn à pied. Eau mise à disposition Location de scooter Au calme dans une rue parallèle à la route principale. 2-3 café-resto sympa à proximité (et 2 épiceries)

Vélos un peu vieillot (mais ça va pour faire quelques km) Bouilloire, cuillères en chambre pourrait être pas mal (on a demandé et on les a eu). Le centre historique est à 4-5 km faut le savoir.

L’accueil était au top, une famille au petit soin et vraiment charmante. Nous avons pu louer des scooters directement via le homestay. Super bien placé, à 2 minutes de la plage. Une semaine après notre départ nous avons rencontré des soucis et nous avons contacté Mr Nhien, qui nous a tout de suite donné son aide, sans aucune attente en retour. Nous avons aussi pu prendre une douche, c’était adorable. Si nous en avons l’occasion nous reviendrons 100%! Merci encore pour tout.

very pleasant und lovely homestay, easy located between all the touristic hotspots, close to the beach and some yoga places, and also hoi an old town is reachable by bicycle, warm and friendly hosts, always up for a chat. very tranquil atmosphere, I enjoyed my stay very much

Die Unterkunft war super! Sehr sauber, alles neu und ordentlich. Der Vermieter war Mega freundlich, er hat uns sehr günstig eine Hammer Schnorchel Tour auf eine nahe gelegene Insel mit traumstränden vermittelt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben gute Gespräche mit ihm gehabt. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist etwa 100m vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt kleine Läden und Restaurants in fußläufiger Umgebung.

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel. Można u Niego wynająć skutery i rowery. Lokalizacja też jest dobra, niedaleko do ładnej plaży i dobrych restauracji. Pokój był czysty, ładnie urządzony.

The best thing about this place is the host family; they are really friendly, and it feels very genuine the way they treated us—without expecting anything from us. We always felt safe. Besides, we stayed in two rooms, and both were very comfortable and clean. If you prefer to stay in a less crowded place, you should stay in this area, which is very local and close to the beach.

Заселились к Сону случайно в 23.00, поскольку целый день не могли найти жильё в Дананге и решили заселиться уже хоть куда-то на пару дней, пока не найдём жильё лучше. Но проснувшись мы увидели где проснулись (район отличный, очень красиво!), пообщались с хозяевами и нам так понравилось, что решили остаться на весь длительный отпуск! Хозяева замечательные! Номера прекрасные! Виды чудесные! Пляжи шикарные! Дом и двор постоянно, каждый день убирается. Рынок рядом как и Винмарт, до Old Town 15 минут на Грабе. Хозяева были очень радушны! Помогали во всём (купить билеты, посоветовать куда отправиться и т.д.)! Даже кушать нам готовили по своим местным рецептам, что было очень вкусно! (Сон, улитки были чудесные!). Уборка была регулярной, по мере необходимости. В среднем 2 раза в неделю с заменой постельного белья и полотенец. Номера прекрасные, чистые, в санузлах плесени нет! Кондиционер + вентилятор в каждом номере! Когда снова соберёмся в Хойян - только сюда! На меньшее не согласны, большего не надо! Спасибо!!!!!!!! Если бы можно было поставить 10 звёзд из пяти - поставил бы 20 !!!

The room was big and clean, the property was in a good location near the beach, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend staying here! The location is truly excellent, close to the beach and just a short Grab ride from the city center. And the hosts are wonderful!! I felt unwell on my last day and they kindly brought me something to eat and took care of me. I don't think I could have asked for anything better. Thank you so much

Absolutely loved my stay here, I stayed in a few different places in Hoi An and this was by far my favourite. I’m quite picky about cleanliness and my room was spotless. I felt at home. The owner Son and his family were so lovely too, very helpful if you needed anything! Will definitely come back to stay here. Also location was great with bikes so easy to get to everywhere and so nice and quiet too.

We really enjoyed the place so we extended our stay after arriving. The owners are extremely friendly, they made yummy and big breakfast for us, rented us a scooter to explore the area and gave us a lot of information and advice. Feels like a local neighborhood which we really enjoyed. Walkable distance to beach, restaurants and cafés. The room feels brand new, everything is very clean and working great. We can only recommend!

We had a great time staying at this homestay. Room is new and clean. Friendly and helpful owner and his family. They make delicious breakfast with coffee and tea for just 40k per person 👌☺️ we rented a scooter from them for 120k a day, and got everywhere we needed( Hoi an, danang and beaches around). Some evenings we were drinking beer all of us together and just talking about Vietnam etc. You can also watch netflix when the weather isn't great or you just feeling to chill. We booked one night and ended up staying another 5 nights 😄 If you are looking for quiet, nice place close to the beach and Hoi an this is the place right for you! If we will be in Hoi An again, we definitely come to visit you. Thank you very much for great time at your place!!

Owner cooked to us special hỏi an dish and it was fantastic! Very clean house and rooms! We were here for 1 night but we talked many hours with owner about Vietnam culture and history!

It was an amazing home stay, lovely family who were accommodating and helped with anything you needed. Location is ideal, short walk to the beach with good beach bars.

The hosts are a very nice and helpful family. They really care about you and help you organize if you want to do things around here.
