Nongnia Beach Villa

The villa was exceptional in every way. Incredibly spacious, light, well appointed and designed, and so comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The villa and pool were cleaned every few days which was greatly appreciated. The most perfect accommodation for our family.

The house is huge! Clean and beautiful house appliances are great: a new washing machine microwave, refrigerator and even a Sony PS for the kids. Lam is lovely with fluent English, helpful advices and a big will to help. This house is perfect! 10 minutes, 4$ ride and you are in the middle of Hoi An’s old city. We will definitely be back! We read previous reviews complaining of noisy surroundings, we didn’t encounter any noisy environment, if you are worried about noise don’t stay in Hoi An old city since that area is extremely noisy!! This house is a perfect luxurious house next to the amazing beach within a few minutes ride from the old city. All the advantages in one place. Lam even provided bicycle for us and the kids, which was extremely helpful - within a few minutes ride you find yourself in the perfect vegetable farm and serene coconut river.

Everything was amazing

Spacious clean modern house. Large ensuite rooms. Private plunge pool and deck.

The property was stunning, highly fitted out with architectural features and a premium style. The rooms were large and the bathrooms also expansive. The manager was very pleasant and responsive.

Unfortunately the day before we arrived we received a text to say that there was “building works” being done on the property next door and that there may be “some noise “during the day. Well building works was an understatement. It was literally demolition of a concrete house only 1.5 metres from the boundary. Industrial size jack hammers started at 7am and went all day each day until after 5pm. This meant not only being unable to have a nice relaxing sleep in and start to each day but that we had to leave the villa to get away from the noise. We also had a very unwell child with us and the stress of the deafening noise made for a very very distressing experience. After two unbearable days we requested that another property be found for us to move to.

L'emplacement n'est pas terrible : devant une route très passante et très bruyante notamment dans une des chambres qui donne sur rue et dont la salle de bain n'a pas de vitre a la fenêtre. alentours, beaucoup de terrains vague et constructions un peu sale La plage est certes a 2 minutes a pied mais c'est loin d'être la plus belle plage du coin, assez sale et qui se désensable par endroit

This villa was absolutely amazing! The decor throughout was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also amazing, only 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of cute cafes and coffee shops. The host was also amazing, and super attentive to our questions.

Stunning house with exceptional design. could host up to 8 people with beatuful bathrooms and an incredible pool. playstation in kids room absolute max plus. Host was very knowledgeable sweet and helpful. Absolute hidden gem. Feels tranquil even though it is built on quite a hectic and loud street.

The via was stunning! The cleanliness, decor and comfort was outstanding. We loved the amazing service and help from Lam and her team who arrived every day to prepare us breakfast and help with all our questions and give excellent recommendations, they oragnized scooters to be delivered to the house, a local restaurant to deliver a New Years banquet, laundry service, and a private guide. We all loved our stay at this beautiful villa which is even better than the photos. It was expensive, but the 5 star villa and 5 star service made it worth the money.

The beach was a 5 minute walk away and sadly while we were visiting had been badly damaged by a recent typhoon. The area seems in the process of gentrification so is a mix of the original beach shacks with modern construction ongoing.

Perfect choice with luxurious, welcome design, and well-equipped retreat. The private pool and beautiful balcony are truly impressive which made our stay more enjoyable. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable experience.

I have no complaints

Outstanding architecture, very spacious, great service. They also have a playstation on the 3rd floor! Would recommend
