The hotel staff just sit around playing on their phones; when you ask for some ice, they laugh and don't give you anything. It’s not very professional. I work in the hospitality industry—I’m an F&B Director in Hue—and I intend to mention this to Didier Corlou (the chef-owner of Mme Hien, located across from the hotel), whom I’ve worked with. I do not recommend this hotel at all; while the location is good, there is a complete lack of professional standards. The rooms are dirty, housekeeping isn't done, and so on. So, instead of laughing and playing on your mobile phones, you need to take your work a bit more seriously........

Booked Tuan last minute for one night. Staff were gorgeous and accomodating. It definitely served its purpose for one night. Great location and perfect for backpackers, had a great atmosphere for younger travellers

The front staff was friendly. Despite the early hour, they kindly accepted my taxi reservation. They were very kind. I will definitely use their service again.

The room was a little dirty. It was noisy from the road. However, it had the bare necessities.

Owner extremely welcoming and gave me an upgrade when I asked for a room with a window. Room Clean and excellent location

A few minor things in the room needed improvement. the Stairway was blocked by water bottlers etc which wouls be a hazard in case of fire

La posizione sicuramente è ottima essendo l'hotel in centro. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente.

La stanza non era molto accogliente, sembrava di stare in uno scantinato, non c'erano finestre. La stanza era perlopiù vivibile ma la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Si trovano capelli un po' in giro, la stanza non è pulita a dovere. Nel bagno, una parte di soffitto era aperto, con grate di ferro che si vedevano ed appoggiate sopra c'erano delle tavole di legno per coprire. Scarafaggi che camminavano in giro. Insomma, non è stato il massimo a parte la posizione e la gentilezza del personale. Per fortuna l'hotel è stato preso come punto di appoggio per qualche ora e non per dormire. Il letto, non appena mi ci sono seduto per riposare qualche minuto, era molto duro.

Muchísima suciedad y cucarachas por todas partes. Había cucarachas y muchísima suciedad. La cama muy incómoda y escuchabas todos los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado. Estaba todo en pésimas condiciones la verdad, no es digno cobrar por esa atención a nadie. Anulamos la reserva al ver la situación.

Tout est faux dans le descriptif. Pas de mini bar, pas de frigo, lit dur comme une pierre, très sale, très bruyant la nuit, cafards dans sdb, Wi-Fi catastrophique, aucun placard ni penderie ni 1 seul porte manteau, ménage pas fait entre 2 nuits, aucune chaise, danger électrique avec fils apparents sur les tuyaux d'eau, etc... Sommes partis au bout de 3 nuits (7 payées) Nous a remboursé 4 nuitées au lieu de 8 mais tant pis... Les avis sur votre site semblent très indulgents??? Pour info chambres 207 et 307.

The location is convenient and the check in is 24/7, that's about the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

Very bad value for money in terms of what it cost me for what I got in return. I'm annoyed at myself for ending up here. Very basic room with no window, fridge or safe. Bed was so hard I may as well of slept on the floor. No quilt only a sheet provided so I was freezing. Shower frame was coming away from the wall every time I opened the shower door. Hardly any hot water. Paid much less to stay at far nicer hotels in Hanoi the week before. Very disappointed.

Enkelt hotell men rent och med ett stort hjärta. Bästa läget i Hanoi. trots att hotellet var litet fanns restaurang med magiskt god mat och bar. Utanför åkte halva Hanoi förbi på motorcykel, med bil och med cykel, Jag åkte till Thailand men blev förälskad i Vietnam. Ägaren Mr. Martin var en perfekt värd. Om du bara är ute efter ett prisvärt och rent hotell i gamla stan så rekommenderar jag Tuan Central Hotel. Enkelt men så bra..

24 hour check in was really handy for us as we got an overnight bus which didn’t arrive until 5am. Martin could not do enough for us, helped us with our bags and arranged a driver to the airport for us. Great service and super friendly staff.

The room was small, might not be great for longer stays but it was perfect for our short visit to rest for a few hours before venturing out again. It’s not very soundproof we could hear other people’s conversations early in the morning.

The room is in terrible condition. It smells humid, and there is mold. There was also 2 cockroaches. Bed is very hard, room is extremely small.

Although we only had a very short stay at TUAN, the owner was still really helpful. Room was clean on arrival - could probably do with some TLC - but for the price for one night can’t complain. Our room was abit snug but for the short stay was no bother. Really great location nearby loads of restaurants. Great budget option

Good Hotel, Friendly Staff, good Price

The staff were perfect. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Even when I thought I had lost my passport Martin ensured the room had been triple checked. Laundry service was speedy and smells lovely. Room was clean and comfy. Perfect location and the bar downstairs does a great egg coffee!

Well, I got a room without a window first, they changed it after. It was uncomfortable to see that emergency stairs are not really possible to use, there was stuff all over them, you can only use the elevator.

Can be noisy at night & early hours of morning from the street if room is at the front of the hotel but still able to sleep well.

Owner is very friendly, took us in quickly late at night due to our flight. Able to help pay for our taxi ride and help exchanged our money. Very friendly and his family to support any needs. Would definitely recommend staying here at this prime location, in the middle of old quarters. Wall is a little thin but great value for your money.

Great hotel in a great location!

Too bad, there is a big hole at washroom. No windows in the room. It is not a hotel. It is a room at underground. It's basically a bar. Inside the bar there is a tiny stairs to go to the underground.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is center of everything you need. Walk is a little thin but overall suitable for the stay. Would recommend, we end up extending our stay here. Thank you to the staff and his family.

Great location, nice friendly staff. Booked our tour for us which was good and well priced. Restaurant / bar was great the lads working there were ace. We had an upgrade to a bigger room on our 1st night for free, the quilt was very thick. Good hotel for the price, would stay again.
