Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Location is fantastic, staff very helpful and kind, room large and comfy beds. Great showers and very clean room. Breakfast is decent with good omelettes.
After a week long heavy rain in Hanoi, the hotel rooms was very humid and felt damp. Staff resolved this situation straight away and are very understanding.

Siempre ahí para ayudar y asistir en lo que sea, facilitando cambios de divisa, excursiones, entradas, etc. Planificar nuestras excursiones a Sapa y Halong Bay con Kathy fue super sencillo, buen precio comparando con los tours locales y un servicio impecable. El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y servicios en pleno centro de Hanoi.
La baño de la habitación que nos dieron en la primera estancia no debía de evacuar bien y pasado un tiempo olía a cañería.

The room was clean and well set up with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Great location in the Old Quarter. Really enjoyed my stay here!!

Don’t have lift but staff help carry your luggage without even requesting. Really liked about that part.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026You can't be better in the middle of the old center of Hoan Kiem. Though a small entrance, there is a 30+ room hotel behind, with spacious and very neat rooms. And you can leave your luggage in storage (free!!) in case you go out for a couple of days.

Ainsi que les recommandations dont ils nous font bénéficier pour rendre notre expérience encore meilleure.
La chambre que nous avons réservé était sans fenêtre laissant entrer la lumière du jour et nous l’avons su uniquement après avoir réservé.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Second time here. Very reliable place we could easily communicate with them and helped us arrange taxis at any time. The air conditioning was powerful and quickly cooled the room.
There are 2 section of the hotel. This one did not have an elevator so take it in mind when you book to ask for it if you need it.

The maintenance of the common areas is not excellent. There was a mattress on the stairs for some reason. The elevator was smelly.

Breakfast menu is very limited and needs to improved to cater to all cultures and people travelling different region with different dietary requirements like vegeitarians.some more options would be really appreciated.

They even kept our luggage when we went for a 2 day trip to sapa. Breakfast was superb and the lady who was serving was v warm & efficient.

We had some minor problems but these were speedily dealt with and these were are very appreciative. The staff are also very forthcoming with suggestions on what we can do during our stay. Me gustó todo pero añadiría fiambre en el desayuno ya que vi poca variedad pero todo bueno.
