המיקום מנצח! ממש בכניסה לעיר העתיקה, ליד השער המצולם. מרחק הליכה לאגם ולכל מקום. יש,מזגן מצויין בחדר, ולמרות שצריך להוציא את הכרטיס כשיוצאים, הוא מקרר מהר מאוד. החדר מרווח ונקי. הצוות מאוד נחמד. לוק ממש מקסים. והשתדל מאוד לעזור.

הם שודרגו אותי לכאורה לחדר עם נוף... אין קשר לנוף שמראים בתמונות בבוקינג, בלשון המעטה. היה לי חשוב שיהיה אור חוץ, הוילון של החדר אטום ואי אפשר לגלגל אותו, הבטיחו שיתקנו, אבל לא קרה. מזל שהיו לי אטבי כביסה להחזיק את הוילון למעלה, ששכחתי שם. ביקשתי שיביאו לי שמיכה עם ציפה, זה לא קרה, ונאלצתי לישון עם שמיכה על הסדין... מאוד לא נעים. ביום האחרון לא ניקו , מסתבר שהייתי צריכה לשים על הידית משהו, זה היה מכוסה ולא ידעתי. לוק הביא לי כשחזרתי מגבות ורחץ עבורי את הכוסות.

Bon emplacement dans le vieux quartier, personnel agréable et lit confortable

L’emplacement de l’hôtel fait qu’il est assez bruyant, et les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos publiées ! La salle de bain et décrépissante, avec une douche sans pression.

La proximite du centre, l accueil du jeune Lang , disponibilité des autres personnels.

L'emplacement, les chambres et surtout le personnel très serviables et sympa.

Schöne große Zimmer. Große Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße ließen viel Tageslicht rein. Gleichzeitig hat man kaum etwas vom Lärm draußen mitbekommen - Lärmisolierung war top. Betten waren gemütlich, Bad sah auch gut aus und sauber war auch alles.

Wifi war schlecht. Leider hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser beim Duschen. Frühstück war die Pho aus dem Streetfoodladen von gegenüber - diese hat zwar geschmeckt, aber nicht vergleichbar mit Frühstücksbuffet aus anderen Hotels. Wir waren zudem wegen der Anreise per Nachtbus schon früh am Morgen da, ein früherer Check-In war aber nur gegen 50% des Zimmerpreises pro Nacht möglich. Andere Hotels waren hier auf unsere Reise kulanter, wenn die Zimmer bereits frei waren. Selbst zwei drei Stunden vorher musste man immer noch einen (zwar geringeren) Aufpreis zahlen. Wer also nicht extra zahlen will, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man wirklich erst um 14 Uhr einchecken kann. Insgesamt hatten wir uns für den Preis und nach den Fotos etwas mehr erhofft.

Do not book any tours through this hotel. I paid $389 for the “deluxe” package for the 4 day Ha Giang Loop, with private rooms. I was not told until I started the Loop that I was doing it alone with my driver. When booking I specifically asked for a group tour as I am a solo female traveller. The accommodations were basic and not deluxe. The hotel is taking no responsibility and the agent I booked with has been difficult to deal with. Save your money and book activitie

L'emplacement proche du marché et au milieu de l'animation des vieilles ruelles. Le personnel et la bagagerie. La chambre jolie, assez grande, lit super confortable. Parfait pour nous.

The staff is friendly and gave good tips for restaurants and arranged our transfer, the location is good as it's close to everything but still quiet at night

We had a rather small room without a window so no space to put the clothes etc and I wouldn't say it was particularly good for the money we paid

So nice we came back for a second stay! Excellent location in the Old Town, close to the markets, coffee shops and local restaurants. Lovely quiet rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. Tommy very helpful even when are bus was late and we arrived at 4am! Highly recommended 👌

Wij verblijven maar een kort nachtje, ondanks dat we erg laat aankwamen was het ontvangst prima. Mooie locatie en goede bedden!

Black Mould, shower had broken fitting. Bad tiling. No kettle, iron or Breakfast.

Great location, right next to shops, restaurants and old city gate. Tommy so helpful advising us on what to do and see. Lovely room, comfortable bed, great hot shower, tea, coffee and water. Luggage storage whilst on the Ha giang loop. Very quiet in room considering location, will definitely stay again. Loved it here!

L'emplacement est top, proche de tout, l'accueil est très bien , lits confortables , serviettes de toilettes changées tous les jours et petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour

Les chambres rendent bien mieux sur les photos ; en réalité elles sont vétustes. Pas d’insonorisation mais ce n'est pas le bruit de la ville qui nous a dérangé mais le bruit des chambres annexes. Le réglage de l'eau pour la douche est tres compliqué, tantôt eau froide, tantôt bouillante.

L accueil agréable et tres gentil, l emplacement, le calme bien que situe dans le vieux quartier l emplacement n est pas au coeur du bruit des bars et des restaurants, l hotel est calme , wifi ok , petit hotel sympa propre, pour 1 a 3 nuits , car chambre étroite et manque de rangements du coup , les chambres au milieu de l hotel n ont pas trop de lumière, la fenêtre donne dans l escalier interne de l hotel on ne peut donc pas ouvrir le rideau, Tv qui fonctionne cafe et the a disposition! Petit market en face!

Chambre un peu étroite, manque de rangement et de luminosité ! Mais pour quelques jours ca peut le faire d autant que l on passe beaucoup de temps dehors!

We hadden een rookvrije kamer gereserveerd, maar het rook overduidelijk naar rook. Er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar.

The location and price of this hotel were really great, but the facilities reflect the price. It's an easy short walk to the lake, the water puppet theatre and several old shrines, and there are lots of cafes for breakfast and people selling street food right outside. The man on the desk gave us a fantastic recommendation of where to eat. The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked well, the room was quiet at night, and the shower had several settings. They let us pay in cash. (Westerners should use the ATM at HSBC next to the lake.) This hotel was a good choice for us because we were out exploring Hanoi most days and our priority was having somewhere private and safe to sleep in the Old Quarter at a good price.

The room looked homier in the pictures - it felt a bit grey and tired in person. We couldn't make the TV or the lock in the ensuite bathroom work. The carpet was a bit thin and the corridors and staircases didn't feel deeply clean, they smelt of cigarettes, so walking around barefoot wasn't a good choice. There were stretches of time when the front desk was manned with someone who was asleep..! They gave us shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom. The hotel was safe and everyone was nice, so it was fine for a budget stay where location is your most important factor, but you get what you pay for.

A személyzet rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész volt, a szobát minden nap takarították, a napi 2 üveg víz is megjárt.

Nagyon zajos volt a szoba. Nagyon keveset tudtam pihenni emiatt.

Really nice receptionist, explaining us all the details of the area. Even though it is in the city center, the room was quiet at night. We could also store our big bags for some hours.

Loved the location!! The staff were also very helpful and they let us store our bags for a few days while we explored surrounding regions.

We like the location in the old town. It was busy, but interesting. The staff at the hotel go out of their way to be helpful. It is the only hotel we have stayed in that changes the towels daily, empties the garbage, and supplies fresh bottles of water.

Il punto forte sono i ragazzi della reception, accoglienti e sempre pronti a supportare! H24 davvero un plus. In generale la struttura si trova in una posizione molto buona della old town vicino a tutto. Mi sono trovata bene.il letto molto comodo

Probabilmente sono stata sfortunata la mia camera era molto piccola e un pochino fatiscente ma alla fine rapporto qualità prezzo andava bene. Il letto molto comodo. Quindi la consiglio!

C’était très bruyant et la fenêtre qui donne sur les escaliers est perturbante : on est sans cesse réveillés pendant la nuit à cause du bruit mais aussi de la lumière qui s’allume régulièrement. La chambre n’était pas non plus très propre. Ce serait ok si ce n’était pas aussi cher qu’ailleurs pour une meilleure qualité

Excellent location, right by the heart of the Old Quarter. Close proximity to where everything is happening while being tucked in a more quiet corner to get some rest. 24 hour concierge, and all staff at the facility are incredibly hardworking and friendly. Offers lots of great local tips and can help book tours to tourist locations.

This is not the fault of the property itself, but there were a few occasions where other hotel stayers would check in/out very early in the morning or late at night and would be incredibly noisy. It would be nice for staff to remind individuals to remain respectful and quiet upon checking in/out.

La location è perfetta, in pieno centro e nonostrante la mia camera desse su strada, era comunque silenziosa

Purtroppo le stanze sono umide e non ben mantenute, il letto è molto scomodo. C'era un odore davvero sgradevole sul pianerottolo che entrava anche in stanza.

Tommy ist ein fantastischer Host und extrem hilfsbereit. Er hat uns auch geholfen, ein paar Ausflüge zu buchen. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Der Nachtmarkt ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Obwohl es durch den Verkehr sehr laut dort ist, ist es in den Zimmern relativ ruhig durch gute Fenster. Frühstück kann man auch gut in der Ecke finden.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist je nach Etage etwas gering

Joel the reception staff was excellent, kind and helpful. I loved to chat with him and learn more about Vietnamese way of life. He gave good recommendations.

The room was unloved… missing tiles, dirty walls, bare ceiling wires, and needed a lot in the way of TLC. Redecoration and a new bathroom is very necessary.
