Hanoi Center Silk Charming Hotel & Travel

Staff were nice at the front desk. Right in the middle of it in the old quarter.

People already have mentioned it but the noise. You would want to be an extremely heavy sleeper. I had ear plugs in and could still hear the thumping. Also, not once was the water warm for the shower during my stay. Room not cleaned on one occasion and weird smell off the wash gel and shampoo (but that's probably just a personal taste thing so not affecting rating). The fridge did not work neither, there is one there but the warm room would keep the drinks warmer so it's really just a tick box checking exercise as it is not functional. Single window out to a corridor but light coming in from the corridor (blinds not sufficient for blocking out light). Would not really recommend and would not return but again, to highlight, the staff were nice.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Thomas and Mr. Marco for their excellent hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Their warm service truly made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing! It is false advertising! The room.looks nothing like the pictures. It might have looked like this many years ago, now it's just run down and outdated. Arrived late at night so was forced to sleep there but left as soon as we could the next morning

10/10 and that’s wasn’t a hard rating to choose. Everything everyone said - absolutely true. In center of everything in every direction. Markets, Riverside and Train. Thomas, Marco, Doc - fantastic staff, very friendly and attentive to everything. We couldn’t be happier with the place or any couple looking to book :))

קבלנו את אותו החדר שבו היינו בפעם הקודמת שהוא צפוף ל- 4. ויש בעיית ניקוז של המים במקלחת בבוקר נאלצנו להתארגן בלי חשמל ולעשות צ׳ק אווט. כשחזרנו לאסוף את המזוודות הייתה תחושה שרק רוצים שנלך. ודווקא בפעם הראשונה הצוות היה יותר אדיב

Very happy with my stay here on few occasions whilst in Hanoi. Great location, clean hotel and very helpful hospitable staff. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In particular many thanks to Marco and reception and concierge staff. Also if you want a massage defo have it at the hotel. I wish I did more massages through the hotel. Would be happy to come back when in Hanoi.

I liked everything, however property could take down furniture kept on stairs. Just a precaution for emergency exit. Not a complaint, but a constructive feedback.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, direkt im old quarter, alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer gut gelaunt und steht für alle Fragen offen. Auch bei der Buchung von Ausflügen sind sie behilflich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Nachts kann es etwas laut werden, daher Oropax nicht vergessen!

Отличное местоположение в центре ночной жизни. Очень внимательный персонал. Соотношение цена /качество отличное, но учтите , что в фойе массажный салон ) это не беспокоило, но забавно.

Allowed us to stay at a higher floor to avoid the noise and allowed us to keep bags there when doing ha giang loop

The staff at the property were incredible, so attentive and happy to help with everything! The bathroom in our room was stunning and a great shower. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Hanoi.

The room was a little bit noisy at night from the night club but we were able to sleep anyway.

Netflix didn’t work on TV

Aardig personeel. Goede schoonmaak en elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Locatie op zich goed alleen door de vele bars heel erg veel geluidsoverlast tot een uur of 4 in de morgen. Daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen en ze willen je ook wel overplaatsen naar een ander hotel van hun, dat doe je niet zo snel als je net 3 backpacks hebt uitgepakt. Geluidsniveau hadden wij ons op verkeken, daarom hebben wij als score een 7 gegeven anders was het een 8 geweest.

Het geluidsoverlast in de avond en nacht. Houd daar rekening mee.

I like it was in the center of absolutely everything that you want to see or visit in Hanoi. Great value for its price. Receptionist team were always kind and had free snacks all times of the day in reception for the guest.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Also very clean, convenient location.

Es war sehr freundlich. Check in um 3 Uhr morgens war kein Problem.

Zimmer war eher klein aber ausreichend für eine Nacht.

The location is great. Absolutely at the heart of the city. And the staff are just so kind and wonderful. Always there to help with a smile. And the beer street is hardly 200 meters from the hotel.

Nothing really. Wish they had a dining space but that’s quite okay because you have everything literally right outside the hotel.

The room was nice and clean and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location itself is nice but there is a night club next door and especially during the weekend there is blasting music and bass til the morning. I know it’s not the hotels fault but would be nice to know beforehand. Also I got asked if I can leave a 10 point review which is not really what reviews are for if I am not asked how I liked it. So keep in mind (it is actually for a lot of places) that the scores don’t really match the place.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, thank you to hotel staff who looked after my bag for me. Always nice to chat to them. room was fine, reasonable value for money.

Little bit noisy sometime at night because of the area but if you want to be close to good bars and good food this is what you will get 🙂

Located centrally in Hanoi Old Quarter which means its close to everything The bathroom was spacious and nice

It is located next to a nightclub so there is bass pumping through the walls during the operating hours The room was simple and small, a little cramped on space and the window looked out into the hallway There is minimal sound dampening from the hallway.

Pour ceux qui aiment les quartiers qui bougent alors cet établissement est idéalement situé. À noter une boîte de nuit /karaoké à proximité, pour notre part cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. La literie est confortable et la climatisation fonctionnelle. La chambre est pourvue d’une terrasse idéale pour dîner en surplombant la ville. Le personnel de réception est très professionnel et aidant, toujours souriant ! L’établissement peut se charger de la location du scooter et également de la blanchisserie.

Juste pour la gestion de l’établissement des suggestions d’amélioration, mieux entretenir la terrasse. La nettoyer l’eau s’évacue mal quand il pleut. Isoler les sorties de climatisation, les cacher Mettre un parasol ou un un ombrage sur la terrasse Mettre un mobilier adapté pour déjeuner et un petit salon d’extérieur
