オシャレなホテル。立地が良く、どこに行くにも便利だった。フロントにある洗濯機・乾燥機は無料で洗剤も用意されているのは便利だった。ベッドは寝心地良く硬さもちょうど良かった。エアコンは効きすぎるくらい冷える。

皆さんご指摘のトイレの狭さ、脱衣場所が無いところは不便。洗面所のライトが真上からなので鏡に顔を近ずけると顔が暗くて化粧ができないと妻が言っていた。

Nothing was perfect

Convenient Location, friendly staff, there’s water dispenser at every floor. Initially thought it will be noisy at night but turns out all good, we’ve slept and rested well every single night.

Design, decoration, room size bigger than expected, big space for suit cases when opening, clean…. The bathroom is large. Enough and controllable lighting in the room

The restroom is small even for a medium height girl’s feet when sitting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Gin, Ishar, Rachel, and the rest of the staff always kept a lookout for our stuff. They even went the extra mile to return my phone to me!

The unusual arrangment of the room which worked great for what we needed. Water station in the hallway. Perfectly working AC and firdge.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Concept Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Laundry facility was remarkable. Special thanks to Mr. Gin and Miss Trang Gia for their outstanding service. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help us, especially when our original tour was cancelled at the last minute. They quickly helped us arrange a new tour with another operator, which saved our day. Their support truly made our stay memorable. Thank you!

There is a security guard at the entrance to the hotel which not all hotels of this price range had. It makes it feel safe

For the price that you pay, I expected the accommodation to looks better and more well upkept.

Clean, mid size rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean showers. Friendly reception staffing. They offer self service laundry facilities. Cons, shower and toilet doors are frosted glass that you can see through, so if you’re friends sharing, it could be awkward.

Sink in the bedroom which isn't unusual in Vietnam but for people who need the loo/wash their hands a lot in the night, this isn't very good for the other sleeping people

It was located well, everything was walking distance. The staff were friendly. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

the hotel bit differ from its commecial AD. and the location is quite far from shops and downtown.

AMAZING STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE.

The hotel was really well located for walking to the centre of District 1 without being right in the tourist bit. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in this area. Once in the room I couldn't hear the outside traffic, which was great. The room was comfortable and had what I needed for a basic stay. Don't expect frills, but there's a TV and water and a mini fridge, plus the laundry facility downstairs (I didn't use it so can't comment on how good it is). The staff were very helpful, especially Jia on reception.

A quaint little business hotel in city center which is quite centrally located and near to everything. Big front street leads to a plethora of restaurants nearby, convenience stores. Reception has a comfortable seating facility, and it's a 9 floor hotel. Non-smoking small rooms. Laundry, you can do it yourself, and they provide the soap for free. Small Gym. Jia and the other reception staff are really friendly.

Single slow elevator. Rooms have very compact and no frills bathroom and toilet.

the stars whose name is Nii at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

The bed was very comfortable. And the washing machines and dryers available to use was very handy. The security guy down stairs was so lovely.

Housekeeping staff were very inconsiderate, being so noisy at 7am getting their equipment out where it was stored. They would bang their trolleys up against the walls, talk loudly to eachother and sit outside our door eating, being loud and on their phones at all hours of the day. They wouldn’t even move out of the way to let people through if they were on their phones! This was daily and not just a one off - we were there for a week and were happy to leave.

Good value for money. Nice that they have washing machines and dryers. Location is good to explore hcm on foot.

O hotel fica num lugar barulhento e movimentado e um pouco escondido. Mas o atendimento vale tudo que hotel de gente legal principalmente uma menininha que estava lá no momento da nossa saída de no Vi Ishar, uma fofa. Não tem luxo mas é confortável o preço super legal ... Foi só uma noite então. ok

The location was good, a walking distance from most of the city attractions. A Very nice and welcoming staff- we got there 3 hours before official time of check-in and were given a room right away..The room was spacious and very clean. There was free coffee in the lobby all day long! The whole experience was very positive.

i came to vietnam quite a bit and this was one of the best hotel ive stayed in terms of value, location, room size and overall comfort. the bed was comfortable, location was near to everywhere, room was clean and i enjoyed the stay very much. i will be back.

Great location, walking distance to a lot of things. Comfy bed, helpful staff. We really liked the washing machine room, managed to get our washing done for free which was great. Although we used the dryer twice and clothes weren’t really dry.

Room was a bit on the small side but for a 2 night stay this was fine.

Central location! There are plenty of restaurants, street food and convenient store around.

A great stay as always, initially booked their last room which was a twin room and the lovely receptionist gave us a free upgrade which had a stunning view of the city!

Room are weirdly designed and make it uncomfortable to move around the room which is already small. The smoke detector which right on top of the bed come with bright flashing light that right above you, make it very difficult to relax at night. NO SOUND PROOF, can hear the cellphone ring from the other room. Overpriced due to small room and weird design despite the location.

Vinh was so amazing and helpful. We arrived late and he was able to check us in. Place was clean, affordable and very useful to have washing machines in the complex! Definitely recommend staying here

The hotel was recently reopened so the room was clean with a lovely city view. The location was good, there was Circle K next door and about 5mins walk to Walking Street (party Street). Food/coffee all around. The staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel had a laundry area, which included iron/board for your convenience, and a small gym.

Not a fault of the hotel, I have a sensitive back and the bed was a bit too firm for me, so I had to check out early. The staff were very understanding about my situation and refunded my extra nights. Everything else was great.

I loved this location for proximity to everything, without being in the most chaotic or touristic areas. Staff was helpful. The room was very clean and bedding extremely comfortable. Shockingly quiet in a street-facing room (5th fl). I ended up using the laundry machines, which was so nice. Everything is brand new. Only critique/pro-tip is the water station on my floor was super slow; I ended up using the lobby spigot to refill bottles. Also, elevator can be a bit slow.
