Accepted their offer of cheaper airport pickup - nobody came, spent 30 minutes looking for them - ended up with taxi who could see we were stranded so expensive. Hotel renovation work machinery started next morning. They'd taken our passports (learnt now that they shouldn't) so tried to find staff to get them back to book a different hotel. Their '24 hour reception area" was a building site with no staff. No answer to their phone contact number or email. Builder rang someone who came and rang someone else who did come on their bike 20 minutes later so we could book out. Their main concern was us paying extra because our luggage was still in the room! Paid it just to get out! Might be okay basic hotel once finish the renovations and get some staff?

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The location was easy to commute to the railway station and city center & old quarters. The room with lakeview is exactly we booked and we had a great lake view with bathtub and the experience is great.
I don't find any negative in particular. If the staff speaks English, it would be better. We have to rely on translation app to communicate mostly.. Receptionist mostly understands English but we have to repeat twice or thrice with translation app..

In reality room looked outdated. It seems that there was no proper cleaning. The furniture is cracked. The tap at the bathroom is broken, the sink and shower have low drainage. Extremely noisy street, so I was thinking that I can get crazy of this 24/7 noise of the city. When I was choosing the location expected to enjoy the lake, but it was extremely hot, the lake is super huge and at this part there is nothing to do expect of visiting cafes. The stuff doesn’t care at all, I was messaging 2-3 times about transfer from the airport, explaining that I will have a long flight so need to manage everything beforehand. They didn’t reply with the details and afterwards was trying to charge for it, however I was booking transfer via booking. Also they mentioned that can help with the excursions - never get the information.

My only complaint: The hotel doesn't respond to messages from booking.com. They sent me the standard reply three times, saying that if I let them know my arrival time, they'll prepare my room, and I sent them my arrival time three times. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, and they didn't receive my messages. Well, there they are, in the message history.

Дуже прикро, адже я забронювала готель зарання, кілька днів обираючи найкраще помешкання для себе. А вийшло, що жила б рандомному готелі.

Ga giường còn nguyên vết ố vàng và rất nhiều lông tóc, và đặc biệt hơn là mình không thấy có áo tắm mặc dù có bồn rất xinh, và khi CI đến CO mình có xin hoá đơn invoice nhưng k thấy ai gửi cho mình dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng khá tệ

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Clean, easy, check in, great tub, great view. The hotel staff was also extremely accommodating with transportation. It wasn’t loud but it wasn’t quiet either. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be best. No smells like others reported. I stayed in the top floor lake view room with the tub. The hot water runs out a little quick but you can wait about 10 minutes to start it again.

There was also no shower gel nor sufficient conditioner in terms of toiletries. The bathroom did not smell good, like something wrong with the pipes, potentially. Also the second day they left the same spoon there,seems like a small details bit not when ants are crawling on it. Area was not convenient for me.

Mein Zimmer hatte tatsächlich diese schöne Aussicht, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, auch mit der schicken Badewanne .... Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden und würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

The lift constantly broke down, staff are unfriendly. Shuttles are close at 1130pm on some days. Imagine if you are not back or order grab deliver that hassle to have to hope someone will open the shutter.
